"La habitación es amplia y se encontraba muy limpia. Sin embargo la ubicación no es demasiado cómoda ya que aunque está a 15 minutos del centro caminando, la zona no es agradable y no hay absolutamente nada en los alrededores. Yo no lo consideraría un hotel ya que al menos durante nuestra estancia no hicieron la habitación y creo que es uno de los servicios que esperas al reservar un hotel en lugar de otra alternativa de hospedaje. Por último, en nuestro caso tuvimos la mala suerte de tener a personas muy molestas en el piso superior, lo que nos dificultó bastante el descanso ya que se oían sus gritos y pisadas. Es de agradecer que te obsequian con una pequeña botella de vino de cortesía."

MMaria JuliaLovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

TTree136Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours. Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall. Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning. Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. PPengguna TetamuThe hotel certainly have some history but everything is so well maintained and cleaned, the room looks just like the photos they show. You need your card to press the lift and get in the floor hallway, which adds an extra layer of security. The hallway has a pleasant smell. The staff are very welcoming and willing to answer questions. The station is near underground metro and numerous bus stations, you can find public transports to most tourist sites. It was a pleasant stay and to get this experience for such affordable price I would say I definitely under-paid.

However, good AC & WiFi, incredible customer service, decent breakfast and the location is convenient with the metro and main train station just outside.
