My stay at The Marmorosch Bucharest was truly outstanding — a genuine 5-star experience in every sense. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect — central yet peaceful, ideal for exploring the city. Everything about my stay felt effortless and refined. It was definitely a wise choice, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest.

We stayed at the Moxy recently and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the hotel itself is great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities. On the other hand, the service we received regarding a flight cancellation left a bitter taste. We were originally booked for Feb 18–21. Due to a severe snowstorm on the 18th, Bucharest airport was closed and our flight was rescheduled, meaning we could only arrive on the 19th. When we contacted the hotel to explain the situation (a clear case of ”Force Majeure”) and asked for some flexibility with the dates, the staff was quite dismissive. They claimed that because the booking was made through a third-party app and not directly, they couldn't help us at all. While we understand the technicalities of third-party bookings, the rigid and empathetic-free approach was disappointing. Despite this, we chose to extend our stay until the 22nd because we liked the hotel itself, but the way our initial request was handled definitely cast a shadow over our experience. Bottom line: A cool hotel, but don't expect much help from management if something goes wrong with your travel plans.

Erinomainen ja siisti hotelli. Loistava sijainti lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Vilkkaasti liikennöidyn kadun vieressä, mutta silti rauhallista yöpyä. Lähellä minimarket ja bakery. Ystävällinen palvelu ja henkilökunta. Monipuolinen aamiainen, mutta aamiaisravintola hieman meluisa ja sekava. Saunaosasto altaineen oli plussaa. Samoin oma parveke, mutta parveketuolit puuttui.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. A beautiful place to stay when you visit Bucharest. The hotel has nice, spacious rooms with comfy beds. It also has the most beautiful furniture. You have a fantastic view in the evening. Staff are friendly and helpful, speak several languages - no worries for travellers from any country. Breakfast is fine, and the restaurant looks nice as well. Parking is possible as well, so you don't have to worry about the car.

One of the sole hotels super close to the city center with a pool and gym included although that is outside of the hotel building and actually belongs to a gym chain. You can enter for free as a hotel guest. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth but once you understood the layout, it works out nicely. People are friendly and service is good. You are not here for the views though :D
