TTree136Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours. Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall. Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning. Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

CCeline ArgyropoulosThe stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

PPengguna TetamuJust back from a 3 night stay. Clean apartment but some marks in the shower but otherwise no issues. Plenty of space, nice touch with the drinks and water in the fridge on arrival. Beds are slightly hard for our liking but comfortable enough. Good shower, although it ran out of hot water on the last morning. Nice kitchen area - we did not cook but used the coffee machine and kettle. Nice decor and very modern. Liked the blinds on the outside windows made it all snug and dark for relaxing sleep. Easy check on online and access with digital keys were great as no worries about loosing the keys. Good access to local shops and short walk into old town. Overall a very good stay and would visit again.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

PPengguna TetamuPersonale molto gentile e disponibile, pulizia ottima. Si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Plata Victoria, dove è possibile prendere qualsiasi mezzo. Non abbiamo mangiato li in quanto la colazione (non compresa nella prenotazione) era troppo costosa (17€ a persona), quindi abbiamo mangiato nei bar vicini all'hotel. Nel complesso comunque ci tornerei. :)

LLyubomirThe hotel is located close to the center of Bucharest, in a calm and safe area, in around 10 mins walking to the closest metro line. The bus which goes directly to the airport stops nearby as well. Close to the hotel is located a Carrefour supermarket and several restaurants + an embankment full with bars. The staff is super friendly, helpful and speaking good English. The rooms are spacious and clean, with new quit AC and everyday the housekeeping is leaving new towels, tea, shampoos. There're two lifts, a restaurant where the breakfast is served and also a viewpoint. The breakfast is delicious and diverse, but it's the same every day. Several kinds of sausages, omelette, coffee, juices, croissants, jams, cornflakes, etc. Definitely recommend if you're on a business trip.
