PPengguna TetamuThis is an outstanding property - I returned to Rosetti several times during my travels in Romania, and each time was a wonderful experience.
A great amount of attention to detail has gone into the design of the hotel; it is modern yet inviting. The rooms are well appointed, with a full range of amenities. Public spaces are cosy and welcoming. As can be expected, it is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
However, the greatest asset of the Rosetti is its staff, who all went over and above expectations to make my stay comfortable and memorable. This is what really set it apart from most of the other establishments I have stayed at during this trip.
The hotel is not in the centre of town; however it is a pleasant 15 minute walk. And Uber works well in Bucharest, and is very affordable.
I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

PPengguna TetamuWe had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room was a good size — very pleasant and well kept. We were quite happy with the overall experience.
Breakfast could be improved, as there weren’t many healthy options available. Most of the choices were heavier, American-style dishes, so a bit more variety would make a nice difference.
It would also be great if the room cleaning were a bit more thorough each day, rather than just making the bed and changing towels. When guests pay for a hotel stay, consistent quality and attention to detail are always appreciated.

CCeline ArgyropoulosThe stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen.
The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?).
The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

PPengguna TetamuOne of the sole hotels super close to the city center with a pool and gym included although that is outside of the hotel building and actually belongs to a gym chain. You can enter for free as a hotel guest. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth but once you understood the layout, it works out nicely. People are friendly and service is good. You are not here for the views though :D

PPengguna TetamuGood budget hotel near the main train station and steps away from the metro and city bus stops. Hotel offers breakfast which I found to be varied and good quality. Plentiful options to be had. My only complaint would be that if you have any tours, or excursions like to the castles, they leave before the kitchen is open. Perhaps they could offer some type of boxed breakfast items for their guests who have purchased the breakfast option but cannot partake due to time constraints. Maybe a breakfast sandwich, yogurt, piece of fruit or a bottle of fruit juice, a muffin option and a bottled coffee or tea? That would make a very convenient option for guests who have excursions or must be at work functions before the kitchen opens. Either that or you really need to refund that days breakfast price if the guest cannot partake. The staff were all, to a person, dome of the most pleasant and helpful that I have come across in my travels. I would gladly stay in your hotel again the next time I am in this city.

前台小哥又帥氣又耐心，辦理入住時，詳細解答我各種問題，還貼心地給出遊玩建議，讓人好感倍增。衞生間和淋浴間空間寬敞，完全不用擔心侷促。公共空間歸置得井井有條，無論是閲讀、聊天還是休息，都十分愜意。更驚喜的是，若有早餐需求，還能品嚐到當地特色美食，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。
美中不足的是廚房面積較小，多人使用時略顯擁擠。要是能擴大廚房面積，那體驗簡直完美。另外，有的床可能是床墊不夠厚和硬，感覺可能在槓桿與槓桿之間會感覺到凹陷，會給睡眠造成或多或少的影響，希望店家能夠再優化一下，或是説賓客需要注意一下。
總體而言，布庫爾21號經濟青旅性價比超高。希望店家生意興隆，未來能不斷優化，給更多旅人帶來家一般的温暖！
