Good location just next to the underground station. If you need to take the early flight in Heathrow, it’s good to stay here. Price is okay, room is clean, staff are friendly as usual.

Good for a quick stay. Clean and convenient for when flying off at Heathrow.

Good and peacefull location , helpfull staff. Breakfest is ok.

Good location & good service but no free internet (only 3hours) nor worth it

酒店地理位置方便近地下鐵站距離3分鐘，價錢合理，而且包早餐，浴室設備不完善沒有風筒。

這家提前入住要交錢，比較坑，下次不會再住這了。

早餐一般，衞生一週一次

酒店位置在地鐵站附近，步行大概2分鐘，步行到大街大概5分鐘，大街裹很多商舖餐廳，酒店乾淨舒適，但是沒有停車場。

離機場很近 2站地鐵，房間比較乾淨整潔，沒有停車位置，不過旁邊有停車場，沒什麼特點和缺點，正常酒店吧！

Staff not so friendly. Not worth the money you pay. Do not buy prepaid dinner you will get better at nearby restaurants.

The room was cozy , staff particularly angel was very friendly, professional and cooperative. Would be nice if there were water bottles in the room for use but according to the policy it is not provided hence no complaints. Overall it was worth the money and I would book traveloge Hounslow again in future if needed.

Lovely spotless clean room, very friendly girls at reception, nice little bar and restaurant. fab location to Twickenham rugby ground which was the reason for visit. Will definitely return

There were no glasses in the bathroom No face towels No shower mats No tray on the coffee station No water in the kettle No water bottles Lousy coffee mugs just placed on the table No care whatsoever The room wasn’t even cleaned after the first night of my stay I’ve been to 6 Travel lodges, 2 in London, Acton, Canterbury, Ashford, Kingston and this one was the worst.? I never had a bad experience with a travel lodge before ever in my but this was seriously the worst and I promised myself not to actually put my review on Trip advisor but after getting this email my feelings and emotions about travel lodge Hounslow experience it has ignited the sour taste that was left in my mouth about my stay. I did tell the receptionist about this and her colleague who I assume was the supervisor and manager interrupted me to say “thats the standard because it’s a 2 star hotel “ for someone who has had an experience with this lodge this is definitely the worst hotel this group has or atleast that I have been to. Later on I came down to receptionist and the same lady was shouting at another customer who wanted to leave her luggage in a safe space…. I don’t know what was the issue but the way she was handled and spoken to was very unprofessional and unkind
