Kawasan kolam adalah mesra keluarga dan tempahan menghalang kesesakan. Bilik-bilik bersih dan semua restoran hebat. Lokasi adalah pusat kepada segala-galanya di pusat bandar. Sangat mengesyorkan.

Room size is good, clean and no smell; the environment is prefect, nice decoration.
The pool is nice, but not use due to cold weather at this moment. The experience is fine.
Aside from a couple of minor things, the hotel is in nice shape and quite clean. The lighting in the room is quite dim, and for some reason, I wasn't able to figure out the hot water at 4am. But I'm sure it was something that I was doing wrong. Perhaps consider changing the hot water controls in the shower. Rm 40X; 406 perhaps.

PPengguna TetamuI recently had the pleasure of staying at a youth hostel that truly stood out for its exceptional qualities. Nestled in a residential area, its location was incredibly convenient, offering a tranquil retreat just a bike ride away from the city center—less than 10 minutes to be exact. This made for peaceful nights, ensuring a restful sleep in a safe environment.
The hostel is run by a delightful couple whose hospitality knew no bounds. They were not only eager to assist with any issues that arose but also went above and beyond by providing bicycles. This thoughtful touch significantly enhanced my mobility around Houston, allowing me to reach various destinations swiftly.
What set this hostel apart was the attention to detail and the array of complimentary amenities, including cookies, milk, cereal, coffee, and tea. The cleanliness and smart technology throughout the house contributed to a seamless stay, making it the best hostel experience I've ever had. The bathroom towels folded into swan shapes were a testament to the owners' dedication to detail, adding a touch of elegance and care.
The warmth of the place was akin to being at home, with the owners always ready for a chat, eager to answer questions, and share their stories and experiences. A highlight for me was the world map on the living room wall, where guests could pin their home countries—a fun and interactive way to connect with fellow travelers.
In summary, this hostel was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home, or perhaps more accurately, a homestay. It's undoubtedly the best hostel I've ever stayed in globally, blending the comfort of a home with the adventurous spirit of a hostel.
EEbenezerWe stayed at Home2Suite during our last trip to Houston but it was the one at Pearland. We arrived at this one late in the night and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. However once we entered the lift, we were welcomed with a strong greasy smell. The hall way had rug that was clean but obviously old.
The major concern was the room which had a hole in the ceiling inside the toilet dripping water all over the floor. The AC also wasn’t working well that even at 19 degrees Celsius, was still warm. Initial complain to the staff was met with no vacant room, that they were fully booked. We managed for the first three days because we were outdoors most of the time. The room was later changed to a more comfortable one.
The other thing was the swimming pool. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay but the staff mentioned that some handle to the pool was broken and that it was closed.
The breakfast was also good but with little varieties to choose from.

Sangat Baik
KKingHuckI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities, particularly the weight room. The weight room was small and outdated, with limited equipment and not well-maintained. As someone who enjoys working out during my travels, I found the lack of quality fitness facilities to be a downside.
Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel due to its other positive attributes. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the room service was prompt and efficient. If the hotel could invest in upgrading their weight room and fitness facilities, it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future, but hope to see improvements in this area.”

VVivi C.Decent hotel but was a bit old, but considerably clean compared to other stays that I have been to. The service was great and breakfast was decent too. Should try the pool and fitness room as well!

PPengguna Tetamu Upon check in, we went to our room only to find out the key card/lock would not work. The concierge was very helpful and said he'd send the engineer up to assist. We waited about 10 minutes, but I understand the engineer was very busy assisting with other patrons' key card/lock issues. So we had to leave the hotel for dinner and come back. The concierge said he would have the engineer test the card/lock to ensure we would be able to get into our room later that evening. Upon our return to the hotel room, we still could not get in. We contacted the night concierge, and she called the engineer. We waited another 15 minutes for him to show up. At that point, he troubleshot the issue and could not get into the room. He said he would need other tools to get us in. So we waited another 10 minutes in the hot and muggy hallway for him to come back with crowbars. He was finally able to get us in; this was after about 30 minutes total of waiting in the hot hallway.
Now I do not blame the engineer or concierges; they were just doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. But a very nice hotel like yours should have a better fail safe system in place than crowbars. Kind of scary that someone could pry open a room with a small crowbar or two.
PPengguna TetamuI was in a rush and needing to go to the passport office- This hotel is conveniently located two blocks away. Upon entry I was greeted warmly and it felt like an upscale home. While my room was small and quaint, it’s what I paid for. The bed was comfortable with four fluffy pillows ready to welcome my head from a days worth of travel. The food here was excellent with super fast service. What I ate? Dinner: steak and frites with french fries. Breakfast: Eggs over easy, bacon, croissant with jam, potatoes (potatoes were not my favorite but they weren’t horrible). Lunch: chicken alfredo. I enjoyed Edgar’s Hermano and the staff we so polite and helpful, pointing me in the right direction because I’m oblivious to signs.
I’m general the staff were super friendly, my room was clean with complimentary cookies and was an overall amazing experience at. For an upscale hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem.

PPengguna TetamuI checked in very late - around 8-9pm - and the woman at the counter was extremely friendly and nice. She made conversation with us about our trip and our jobs and told us all the available amenities. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was your average hotel breakfast, but had more options than I usually see so close to the end of breakfast time. They did not begin cleaning up breakfast right at the end time, which was nice because they let us keep grazing on what was left before finally taking it away about 20 minutes after breakfast had ended. The vending machines were really cool. There were cheap toiletries in the vending machine that you could buy in case you forgot something at home, and the cola vending machine had ice cold drinks for pretty cheap. I had a great time staying at this hotel and would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again. I've stayed at this brand of hotel (Choice Hotels) before and I've always had a great experience.

PPengguna TetamuHas a full size refrigerator and kitchenette in the room. Feels like a temporary apartment more than a hotel. It's well kept but not necessarily clean. Carpet was very old and felt sticky. Everything worked, no bugs, and staff was polite. No real complaints. Good for the money. Would stay there again.
