I did not receive a minimal refund despite my complaints that the room was not as advertised, I still found much better at Baan Saenkhram Hua Hin with large terrace, never again at villa hua-hin hotel, stay away from here, even booking. com who provided me with false information was able to give me only a few words of comfort, trying in vain to act as an intermediary, I turned to Agoda and Trip.com who did not disappoint my expectations.
