Hotel berhampiran Arxiu Històric d'Imatge i de So, Ibiza

This aparthotel is in a great location. Beach on doorstep and 15 mins walk to the old town. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The shower is amazing with great pressure. If you’re a light sleeper in any way, don’t stay here as the walls are paper thin. You can hear the toilet flushing in the room above and furniture moving from rooms beside and above. There is also a large space under the room door so you can hear a whisper when people are passing by on the corridor.

This was a good budget option for Ibiza. Good proximity to the sea and local facilities. The apartment we had was a generous size and was clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable and a decent shower. Minus points: - guests don't observe the request for quiet at night and bedroom windows open onto the ”atrium” area which is extremely echo-y and amplifies any noise. I was woken up every night by loud voices. - there was virtually nothing provided in terms of the kitchen - no washing up liquid, no cleaning products, no clothes or sponges. Just cutlery, crockery utensils and some pans etc.

This was my fifth stay in eight years at the usually brilliant Simbad. The staff are all lovely, particularly restaurant staff and cleaners. The breakfast buffet is extensive, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel is modern and clean and the view is incredible. We have kept coming back - including a visit with 15 friends last year for a special birthday - because everything has always been great. Until now. It’s no exaggeration to say our holiday was ruined this year and we will think twice about returning again. The only issue is the bizarre pool policy that seems to allow countless non-residents to use the facility whenever they wish, despite a sign saying the pool area is exclusively for the use of guests only. What should be an oasis of calm and restfulness looking out over the beautiful Talamanca bay is now ruined by scores of people who aren’t staying at the hotel using the pool. In a response to another review complaining about this, the hotel director replied seeming to imply there’s nothing they can do about it as the pool is on public land. Maybe something there is lost in translation - I don’t see why someone couldn’t operate an entrance gate to control numbers and noise. The problem was bad during the day while we were there, but particularly awful during the afternoon/evening from about 4-8pm. The pool used to close at 6pm, which seemed odd but maybe this helped, as it’s now open well past 8pm. I appreciate this complaint may sound petty or entitled, but I simply think that the pool should be for the use of residents only, in line with any other hotel I’ve stayed in all over the world. Unfortunately the current situation sees people turning up in droves, failing to use the showers and jumping straight in the pool. I twice saw babies with their nappies being taken off on sun loungers then put into swimming attire without swim nappies, then going straight into the pool. The noise level from children screaming, shouting and repeatedly jumping into the pool is totally unacceptable and not only punctuates the calm around the pool area but also across the front of the whole hotel, including the lovely bar and balconies. The pool area capacity is stated as 40 - yesterday evening I counted 32 non residents, the day before there was 22 children in the pool. You can see from the website it’s a very small pool area. At one point this meant there wasn’t enough loungers for residents and being around the pool was akin to being at a kids club throughout the evening. This isn’t the usual and understandable sound of a few children playing in a swimming pool on holiday, it’s like a whole classroom of children all set loose at the same time There was even a visible divide with residents at one end of the area, as far away from the noise as possible, and everyone else at the other end. Our visit to Hard Rock Ibiza in early June was an absolute blast! Despite it being the quiet season, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience we had. The staff at Hard Rock Ibiza went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, creating the perfect vibe for a memorable night out. Despite it being the quiet season, the venue maintained a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making us feel like we were part of something special. The service was exceptional other than at the pool where it was sloooooow even though it was few customers. Hard Rock Ibiza is a hidden gem even during the quieter months, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic time on the island. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Five out of five stars without a doubt!

Buena ubicación en Santa Eulalia, para mí la mejor zona de Ibiza si buscas ir con tu pareja o familia. El desayuno fue excelente! Aunque si tuviera que dar una sugerencia, sería que pusieran zumo de naranja natural. El check in genial, tenían disponibilidad y nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora. Para el check out, tenían disponibilidad de habitaciones y nos hicieron pagar 10€ la hora desde las 12, hasta nuestra salida. Tenemos un bebé y necesitábamos la habitación hasta después de comer para llevarlo cambiado al aeropuerto. Entiendo que si no hay disponibilidad, no lo hagan… o que si quieres irte a las 18 de la tarde, te cobren algo, pero por poco rato me parece ridículo. Yo tengo un alojamiento, y siempre y cuando haya disponibilidad no me cuesta dejar salir más tarde a mis huéspedes.

2nd stay here in this beautiful hotel. We booked direct with free cancellation. Upgraded to a huge suite when we arrived with separate lounge 2 terraces! What an amazing treat! Also came back after day of relaxing by the pool to a bottle of cava and a note to say thank you for returning! Really appreciate theses perks, makes it feel special. The actual hotel is beautiful, no kids which makes it such a calm quiet retreat. The pool on roof amazing. No rush for a sunbed, always a bed or cabana available whatever time you get up there. Breakfast is so delicious and the choice is out of this works, we would sit for a good hour and leisurely enjoy the food and ambiance. Beds are huge and very comfortable views in all rooms are sea view. The staff here are so attentive but not overbearing. Will help with anything from bits needed for room to restaurant recommendations. Lovely happy helpful people. I really cant wait to return, hopefully in September! Sunshine, great food, amazing views, comfy beds, no kids! Perfect 🤩

El servicio y la localización son muy buenos , al igual que la relación calidad precio. El personal del hotel son muy amables y con muchas atenciones con los clientes. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. Mostramos vistas desde el hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location, if you’re looking for a beach experience, it has its own private entrance to the beach, the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday thoroughly. Definitely encourage one to add the breakfast and dinner option to their bookings, as they have a large variety of dishes to pick from, buffet style, and they change the menu intermittently. Would definitely stay again

Just arrived back from a 3 night stay! Amazing hotel, rooms were well equipped and cleaned to a high standard. Pool areas were clean and had a good vibe in daytime. Rooftop restaurant food was really good and staff were excellent. Staff around whole hotel were very good in fact. Location brilliant as right outside from water taxi into san antonio and was nicely located to be just slightly out the way a little but just a short taxi or water taxi away from main san antonio. Breakfast was ok, good selection of pastries and fruit, and omelettes cooked fresh to your liking, also eggs cooked fresh to your liking but my only negative were rhe bacon, sausage and beans weren’t great! Huge selection of everything else though. Great hotel and staff! Will defo stay again!

The best hotel i have ever stayed. Choose all-inclusive option. The pool is spacious and the hotel ambiance is rather chill and relaxing, which I really liked. The staffs are very attentive. There's a drinking water station/purifier at every floor and you can refill the water bottle - this was the best part of the stay. Had an amazing time!! Highly recommended.
