We had the best time at this hotel, the food is great and the service is really good The rooms are clean and well kept and Orlando the bar man is so lovely and goes out of his way to help you The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and is so clean Perfect for a girls holiday and made our time in Ibiza amazing :)

Nous avions passé 3 nuits en 2019 dans cet hôtel qui nous avait laissé un super souvenir grâce à l’accueil chaleureux de Nicky (le boss), à la gentillesse du personnel, à la propreté des chambres et à la localisation (7mn de la station de bus et 10mn de la mer). C’est pourquoi sans réfléchir nous sommes revenus cette année pour une semaine. L’hôtel est encore plus agréable ! Il y a une piscine sur le rooftop accessible à tous les clients ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est extrêmement varié, viennoiseries à gogo, œufs, pan cakes, etc… excellent café et jus de fruits frais et toujours le sourire du personnel ! Rapport qualité prix au top! Alors merci Nicky et à ton équipe très professionnelle et sympathique (réception, femmes de chambres, service du petit déjeuner, bar). Hasta la proxima !🤞🏼

AWFUL. our room absolutely stank of sewage, told the receptionist to which he replied “there’s nothing i can do because i don’t know where it’s coming from”, could had offered us a new room? attempted to figure it out? when we arrived there were crisps all over the floor, our toilet was leaking, adding to the smell and as was our shower which flooded the room whenever we used it. the receptionist was informed of this also but did nothing. room was “cleaned” once in the five days we were there and by cleaned i mean 1 bed was made and towels&toilet roll given. had to ask reception every day for towels and toilet roll. no chairs or table on balcony? even tho we could see loads of plastic chairs stored behind the hotel and when i asked if we could use one one of the workers was very rude in telling us no? extremely unnecessary? balcony also leaking probably from someone’s shower as there was clumps of hair in it. doors rattle in the wind ALL NIGHT keeping u awake even with shutters and all locks on due to them being dated. had to use our own towel to stop the whole bathroom from flooding which we explained to reception as we were using the hotel towels by the pool in an attempt to stop us, the lady at reception told us whoever’s in charge “wouldn’t give a s**t” that we had to use our own towels for the flooding which is disgusting. awful hotel, awful management, only good thing was the air con in our room however heard many people complaining their room had 0 air con. if i could give no stars i would, cheap but not even worth it!

Having just returned home as a first time visitor to Ibiza, I shall definitely return to Cala Llonga, not sure if I would return to here for my stay. Based on my overall experience.( and compared to other all Inc. holidays) Rooms: We stayed in a family 2 bed apartment which was ample in size with a lovely big shady terrace. Upon arrival, the door didn't lock, I informed a member of housekeeping that was passing by who fetch maintenance & this was rectified immediately. 😀 A/C in the main living area and both bedrooms which was a welcome relief after spending days lounging by the pool.) 😀 Towels and housekeeping was provided each day ( except Sun & Thurs, but we were informed to just ask at reception if clean towels were needed these days 😀) We did have to remove cockroaches each day from the main living area when returning back from being out all day and also from bedrooms in the middle of the night ( during bathroom trips 🙈) and although bugs are expected, can I suggest that you provide bug spray in your apartments to make life more comfortable for your guests. Pool: The pool area and sun terrace was always spotlessly clean, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Staff: A lot of the time, there was only one member of staff behind the bar, it was unfortunate, that while standing in queue waiting to be served, that a manager was stood talking to the staff member, while she was making a coffee, this would of been a good time for the manager to step behind the bar and help his colleague to reduce the queue, turned out, she was actually making a latte for the manager, while the queue was still building up. As soon as he got his coffee, he left the bar, leaving the staff member to reduce the queue! The restaurant staff work tirelessly to keep food stocked up and clear away tables 😀 All inclusive: We have always stayed all inclusive, so can only compare this establishment to others I have stayed at. cups- it's great that you are reducing the single use plastic cups and doing your part to help the environment, but it would be better if you had a choice in size ( small/large). It would be nice, if you were given clean cups each bar visit and not made to feel an inconvenience from the staff if you did ask for them. It would be even better if you allowed your guests to use there own refillable chill cups ( even if you put a size restriction for example,24oz) What is your reasoning for not allowing this? ( we've been able to use our own cups in all other all Inc holidays we've been on previously) Coffee machine - it's good to see that the machine is now labelled in English too, although I think for most, this wasn't a problem. It was unfortunate that during our stay either one or both machines in the restaurant were faulty most days. It would be nice if the machines were available during lunchtime and evening meal too. Why aren't they available at these times? It would also be beneficial if beer alongside wine is available during mealtimes too, F

My recent stay at this charming hostel was an absolute delight, and I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff's dedication to hospitality was exceptional. Bruno, the head of the bar staff, is a true gem. His attention to detail and warm demeanor made every interaction at the bar a memorable one. Bruno's passion for his craft truly shines through. Soraya and Bea were equally amazing. Their attentiveness and genuine care for the guests were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing insightful recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. The hostel itself is a haven of cleanliness. The housekeeping ladies are like fairy godmothers, tending to the rooms with an unparalleled level of precision. Walking into my room felt like stepping into a sanctuary, thanks to their meticulous work. Overall, my experience at this hostel was nothing short of exceptional. The dedication of the staff, including Bruno, Soraya, and Bea, combined with the meticulous housekeeping, created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort that made my stay truly memorable. Nos quedamos 2 noches en este hospedaje, y la verdad fue fantástico. A 5 minutos de la estación de autobús, el lugar esta limpio, la habitación es acogedora y el personal siempre nos atendió con amabilidad, además nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y nos dejaron resguadar el equipaje para aprovechar todo el día. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí. 100% recomendado.
