I was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself. The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

Great host and responsive to all details I needed; I have enjoyed my entire stay in this home stay! The host cooked very well with my purchased seafoods from the harbour. Highly recommended

最滿意的一次住酒店體驗，暑假末尾來，真的物美價廉，老闆非常好，不懂的問老闆老闆都解答，包括趕海時間表都發給我們，還有哪兒買海鮮等等，老闆人太好了。洗衣服也很方便。老闆還幫我們拿行李箱到房間。房間很乾凈整潔，很清新的感覺，一看就心情好。 如果以後還來北海一定定他家的房間。

人很好的大哥，也算是老鄉了，我們川渝不分家的，人當然也很熱情，大哥可以來碼頭接，環境也很好，裝飾很溫馨，感覺和家裡一樣的感覺，晚上很安靜，睡得很好，如果下次和朋友一起來，必須還選這家

這次旅行挖到寶啦😆 推開民宿門的瞬間就被驚喜到，原木風裝修暖乎乎的，陽光透過落地窗灑在地板上，隨手一拍都是治癒大片。 房東超貼心，提前準備了周邊遊玩攻略，去景點都超方便，下次來還住這兒🥰

Very friendly family run business. I love the bosses parents. They are nice and friendly. You can have breakfast and dinner with them for a good price and get a chance to taste local foods

住的海景房，在五樓比較高，潿洲島住宿都沒有瓶裝水，之前不知道，打電話詢問老闆，老闆就給了送水上來，和父母一起行李多，老闆娘直接幫忙一起搬行李，服務都非常好，五樓水壓不太夠，店家幫忙租車的那個司機沒空，叫了朋友接送了一段路，一路上一直嘴碎髮牢騷，很煩，一不順心還懟遊客，影響心情，潿洲島交通不好，一羣東北人在做生意，再不來了。

位置挺好，周邊吃飯的地方不少！也不貴。離老街不遠！老闆很隨和，房屋不可以，畢競價位不高，可以接受，太挑剃的就不要來了！畢竟沒有十全十美又很便宜的地方！！！再去北海有機會還會住那裡！
