The room was very spacious, clean, and new. Whenever there was an issue, such as the heating not being warm enough, the staff assisted us immediately.

"Overall, the hotel stay was pretty good. Location is slightly inside the roads but is still quite convenient to walk around though I felt that there are other hotels that is nearer to the roundabout area. Nonetheless, it is surrounded by many massage shops which is pretty good.
Room is nice with projector and screen which the quality is good and clear. Downside would be that it seems impossible to turn off the bedside LED light. Room size is also pretty decent. Felt that the Housekeeping is quite wasteful because they throw all slippers and toothbrush almost every day after room cleaning."

They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room."

"이번 숙박에서 직원분들께서 정말 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 깊은 감사를 드립니다. 번역기를 통한 소통도 아주 원활했고, 특히 타오바오에서 주문한 택배를 안전하게 맡아주신 점은 투숙객 입장에서 정말 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 올해 새로 오픈한 곳이라 그런지 시설 자체가 무척 새것처럼 깔끔하고 쾌적했습니다.
위치 면에서도 지하철역과 가까워 이동하기 편리했고, 역 근처 마사지 샵은 이틀 연속으로 방문할 만큼 훌륭해서 머무는 동안 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.
호텔이 앞으로 더 완벽해지기를 바라는 마음에 작은 피드백을 덧붙이자면, 객실에 처음 들어갔을 때 환기를 해도 완전히 사라지지 않는 약간의 냄새가 남아있어 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 퇴실할 때 옆방 문이 열려 있어서 입구에서 냄새 킁킁 맡아봤는데 옆 방은 또 냄새 안 나더라구요 ㅠㅠ룸 바이 룸인가봅니다.. 처음 들어갔을 때 바닥의 먼지가 굴러다니고 수건에 머리카락이 남아있는 등 객실 청결도에 조금만 더 신경 써주시면 훨씬 완벽한 공간이 될 것 같습니다.
또한, 객실 내 콘센트가 일자형(11자)이라서 변환 어댑터가 꼭 필요했습니다. 근처 슈퍼에서 급하게 산 충전기는 속도가 너무 느려 다소 불편함이 있었어요. 호텔내 보조배터리 유료 대여 기계가 있긴해요. 그리고 냉장고가 없어요.

헝리호텔에서의 2박 3일, 저의 경험을 바탕으로 솔직한 후기를 남깁니다. 전반적으로 좋은 점도 많았지만, 개인적으로 아쉬웠던 부분들도 함께 정리해보았습니다! 😉
✅ 좋았던 점들
- 유연한 얼리 체크인: 호텔에 오전 11시쯤 도착했는데, 짐만 맡기려던 계획과 달리 방 청소가 곧 끝난다는 소식을 듣고 30분 정도 기다려 얼리 체크인을 받을 수 있었습니다! 이런게 바로 중국 호텔 특유의 유연함이라고 생각됩니다. 👍
- 빠르고 편리한 엘리베이터: 제가 묵었던 60층까지 운행하는 호텔 전용 엘리베이터 5대가 있어서 이동 시 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 🚀
- 웰컴 서비스: 과일 서비스도 잘 챙겨주셔서 좋았어요. 🍎🍊
- 담배 냄새 없음: 중국은 실내 담배가 되는 곳이 많아서 걱정했는데, 다행히 내부에 담배 쩐내가 업었습니다. 근데 중간에 외출하고 왔는데, 거실 싱크대 배관타고 냄새가 올라온건지 뭔가 담배+쓰레기 냄새가 좀 나던데 좀 당황스러웠습니다.
- 친절하고 꼼꼼한 청소: 중간에 청소해 주시는 분이 오셨는데, 보통 사람이 있으면 최소한으로 청소하는 경우가 많을텐데,, 그런데도 생각보다 정말 열심히 치워주셔서 감사했습니다. 🙏
- 위치적인 특성: 동방수성이 바로 옆이라 가볍게 구경가기 참 좋았습니다. 1층에 편의점 있어서 간단한 음료 및 과자 구매 가능했습니다. 근데 동강이나 동방수성을 제외하고는 딱히 매리트가 엄청 크지는 않으나 그래도 공항까지 25분 정도 밖에 안 걸려서 좋았습니다.
- 보증금 : 트립닷컴에는 보증금이 2000원인가로 나와있었는데, 실제로 가니 500원이라고 하더라구요! 생각보다 적어서 예산 문제 없이 잘 놀았고 위챗으로 결제했는데 퇴실 후 2시간 뒤에 바로 환불 잘 받았습니다! 귯!
❌ 아쉬웠던 점들
- 제한적인 온수 시스템: 가장 아쉬웠던 부분인데요, 온수기가 시스템 방식이라 온도가 떨어지면 뜨슨물이 안 나오는 중국식 시스템이었습니다. 🚿 따라서 연달아 오래 씻을 수 없는 구조라 시설 면에서 좀 마이너스였습니다. 🥶
- 부족한 주방 편의용품: 인덕션이랑 싱크대랑 냉장고, 그리고 커피포트까지 있어서 주방용품이 있을까 싶었지만 객실 내부에 전자레인지나 다른 주방용품이 전혀 없었어요. 🍽️
생수는 첫날 인원 수 맞게 4병 제공해줘서 추가로 구매했지만 다음날에 8병으로 넉넉하게 제공해줬습니다.
- 미러링이 안 되는 TV: 거실에 삼성 TV가 있었는데, 미러링 기능이 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 귀찮아서 문의는 안 했지만, 결국 연결을 포기했습니다.
- 그저 그런 뷰: 60층이라는 고층임에도 불구하고 뷰는… 😅 아쉽게도 앞에 공사 현장이 보이는 '공사 뷰'였습니다. 🚧 그래도 밤에는 불켜진 건물들만 보여서 시티뷰이기는 했네요!
해변뷰가 아니라 어느정도 감안은 했지만 체크인 할 때 봤던 66층 로비가 뷰가 너무 압살이라 살짝 아쉬웠습니다✨
- 와이마이(배달) : 와이마이 받는 방법을 따로 물어보지 않았는데, 객실층으로 올라가려면 카드키가 필요해서 그냥 1층으로 내려가서 받아왔습니아. 📶
📋 총평 및 개인적인 의견
전반적으로 시설은 참 좋았지만, 샤워 시스템이 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 🛁 온수 문제에 대해 알고 가시면 좋을 거 같네요..!
그 외에는 직원들의 친절함이나 엘리베이터 편의성 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 😊

Kami tinggal sebagai sebuah keluarga selama empat malam di The Castle Dalian dan benar-benar menikmati pengalaman kami. Bilik kami yang luas dan dihias indah di tingkat 12 menawarkan pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan, menjadikan penginapan kami benar-benar tidak dapat dilupakan.
Lobi pintu masuk hotel ini sangat besar dan direka bentuk dengan elegan, mewujudkan suasana yang mesra dari awal. Untuk keluarga dengan kanak-kanak, terdapat kawasan permainan yang luas, yang memerlukan bayaran tambahan. Nasib baik, tetamu hotel menerima kadar diskaun.
Di luar, hotel ini mempunyai taman kecil yang menawan dengan pemandangan hebat ke teluk dan landskap yang indah—sesuai untuk berjalan-jalan santai. Hotel ini terletak di atas bukit kecil, jadi perjalanan pulang ke pusat bandar agak lama. Walau bagaimanapun, perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik percuma adalah sangat mudah, menyediakan pengangkutan mudah turun ke bandar dan kembali.
Bilik kami dilengkapi dengan teliti dan sangat luas, termasuk bilik mandi yang besar dan serba lengkap. Satu kelemahan kecil ialah terdapat hanya satu salur keluar kuasa di sebelah katil (di satu sisi sahaja), dan tiada port USB untuk mengecas telefon, yang merupakan tambahan yang bagus.

SSam and LeeWe booked two nights at Yiyi Haisu hotel to celebrate my birthday and enjoy a wider view of Dalian's Venice city and sea. The room was large, comfortable and warm. The bedding was comfy and a dream to sleep on.

SSutaiIt was very western designed. The interior and services were good but somethings were very expensive. like twice the amount it should be.
Also the room's hair dryer was broken. We had to use hair band to make it work again.
Other than that everything was smooth and jazz. The room was really good. There was a pillow menu! My mom only uses latex due to medical reasons, so the pillow menu was really helpful.
The band at the live music section was really friendly. They even sang a birthday song for my mom!

I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value.
The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office.
The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄
The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control.
Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat.
Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby.
Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel accepts foreigners. Great location, a walking distance from Dalian Station, essentially on Zhongshan Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was good, there's even a washing machine (didn't use it though). The staff was kind and helpful. Perhaps the only problem was that the room card didn't work, so I had to get a password, which also expired daily at midnight, and I had to contact the reception to get a new one. But that's not how it's supposed to be, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overall, a great option.
