The room was quite big and clean! All the staff were so kind and helpful! The location was really nice. There's everything you need in walking distance! A mall 3 minutes away and a subway right across the street! I was a bit disappointed to see that there is no fridge in our room but except for that everything was so nice!

Perkhidmatan adalah setanding dengan Marriott Autograph Collection. Pembantu peribadi telah menyediakan kemudahan bilik dan hidangan buah-buahan serta pencuci mulut terlebih dahulu, jadi kami tidak perlu risau tentang apa-apa.

This place is the best sofar with an incredible seaview. The staff is helpful. It's clean and cozy . Walking distance to all restaurants and subway stations

It was very western designed. The interior and services were good but somethings were very expensive. like twice the amount it should be. Also the room's hair dryer was broken. We had to use hair band to make it work again. Other than that everything was smooth and jazz. The room was really good. There was a pillow menu! My mom only uses latex due to medical reasons, so the pillow menu was really helpful. The band at the live music section was really friendly. They even sang a birthday song for my mom! Overall great experience.

The staff was helpful and nice, always happy to help with small requests. The communication was easy via Wechat. The breakfast buffet is a bit small and limited. The location was convenient, the beach in front of the hotel is nice. There are cafes and family-friendly attractions nearby like the Ocean Park, and the hotel felt safe and welcoming for kids. The room was clean. The overview from the balcony towards the bay is great. The hotel restaurant for dinner was very good.

The location was perfect! Exceeded all of our expectations. It felt like a luxurious home. Can't imagine how breathtaking this view would be in autumn.

This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!

The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, each meal was beautifully presented, and the flavors were consistently excellent. It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to. In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.
