"I had a wonderful stay here in Heishui. The owner warmly welcomed us upon arrival and was incredibly kind and attentive. He even helped carry our luggage to the room, which made us feel very well taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The dinner food was also delicious. I highly recommend ordering the tomato and scrambled eggs dish, it was especially tasty! Overall, a very warm and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel room was quite comfortable and suitable for the cold weather, as both the room and the bed had heaters which made our stay much better during the mountain trip. However, the hotel did not have an elevator, so we had to carry our big luggage up the stairs which was quite tiring. The most unpleasant part was when the toilet bowl got clogged in the morning. We could not flush or use the toilet at all, and eventually had to go somewhere else just to use the toilet because the one in our room became unusable."

"Heshui is the nearest town 4km to Dagu Glacier. People here sleep very early. We reached the hotel around 7pm & everywhere is darkness & only 1 restaurant is open for dinner. Hotel is new with modern design. Booked a room with hot spring tub, so that we can relax after dinner. Unfortunately the staff told us not to use it as the hot water is bit warm, better to take a shower & sleep early. There’s a projector instead of a TV. We have to login as member then we can watch the local channel. Again we are disappointed that we can only select the free old drama to watch till we are tired & fall asleep."

The road up was a bit challenging, but once we arrived, it was totally worth it. The hotel is lovely with a peaceful mountain atmosphere. We had hot pot for dinner at the hotel, which was both tasty and perfect for the cool weather. The breakfast room was especially beautiful — such a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a quiet and scenic getaway.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well-designed, with smart features that made everything convenient and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful mountain view — it made the stay even more relaxing. The host was also very kind and friendly, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. This hotel was amazing! It feels like a newly opened hotel, but everything is very well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel restaurant serves Hunan-style hot pot for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. There were also many Thai guests staying here. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but it wasn’t a problem at all because the weather is cool throughout the year. I accidentally left some belongings at the hotel, and the staff kindly helped coordinate the return shipment. The service was excellent in every aspect. I was truly impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the

This hotel has the best service ever. The staffs are so alert with the complaint and quickly did the best to solve it. The heater in my room was not functioning then they gave us free room upgrade as soon as possible. They were so nice and friendly to my whole family. They even asked us to try Hanfu for free and dressed my kids up. Overall they are the best! Disclaimer: you should request moslim/vegetarian breakfast earlier

This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

Saya sangat kagum dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh pihak hotel. Kami hanya menempah untuk satu malam, tetapi hotel menaik taraf kami kepada Suite Premier secara percuma. Bilik itu mempunyai banyak kemudahan. Ia bersih, dengan bilik mandi dengan kawasan basah dan kering yang berasingan. Terdapat pemanas di dalam bilik mandi, lengkap dengan sabun, dan tandas automatik yang mudah digunakan. Katilnya empuk, dan saya tidur lena sepanjang malam. Bilik itu sunyi, dan yang paling penting, tiada bau asap rokok. Pemilik dan kakitangan memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Mereka baik dan ikhlas, melayan saya seperti keluarga. Saya menghadapi masalah membayar teksi melalui WeChat, dan mereka membantu saya membayarnya. Mereka membawa saya ke sebuah restoran, membelikan saya tiket bas pulang ke Chengdu, dan membawa saya ke Taman Negara Dagupingchuan. Mereka juga membantu saya kembali ke Chengdu tepat pada masanya untuk bas terakhir. Saya tidak pernah bertemu sesiapa yang begitu bersedia untuk membantu pelanggan. Saya benar-benar berasa sangat bertuah. Mereka begitu baik kepada saya dan suami saya. Jika saya mempunyai peluang untuk kembali, saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi dan mengesyorkannya kepada semua orang yang saya kenali. Akhirnya, saya meminta untuk membeli satu tin oksigen. Mereka tidak akan menjualnya kepada saya, tetapi mereka menawarkan untuk memberikannya kepada saya secara percuma. Saya berasa sangat teruk, jadi saya membayar separuh harga. This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale. The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.
