"The hotel room was quite comfortable and suitable for the cold weather, as both the room and the bed had heaters which made our stay much better during the mountain trip.
However, the hotel did not have an elevator, so we had to carry our big luggage up the stairs which was quite tiring. The most unpleasant part was when the toilet bowl got clogged in the morning. We could not flush or use the toilet at all, and eventually had to go somewhere else just to use the toilet because the one in our room became unusable."

"Heshui is the nearest town 4km to Dagu Glacier. People here sleep very early. We reached the hotel around 7pm & everywhere is darkness & only 1 restaurant is open for dinner. Hotel is new with modern design. Booked a room with hot spring tub, so that we can relax after dinner. Unfortunately the staff told us not to use it as the hot water is bit warm, better to take a shower & sleep early. There’s a projector instead of a TV. We have to login as member then we can watch the local channel. Again we are disappointed that we can only select the free old drama to watch till we are tired & fall asleep."

"I received a warm welcome. Even though my luggage was heavy, I received good assistance. I was able to leave my luggage. The bed was comfortable. The hotel owners were very helpful. They were like family. They took me to eat delicious food. I didn't want to go back to Thailand. They were very lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good experience. If I have the chance, I will stay here again."

Don’t miss the dinner — it's very delicious and reasonably priced. As for the atmosphere, it’s truly the best: peaceful and quiet, not crowded at all.
If you need anything, you can ask the hotel directly. If you get the chance, I really recommend staying here. Breakfast is also available, so there's no need to look elsewhere — everything you need is right here.
Also, the driver is very kind and super friendly. Overall, I really like this place."

We had hot pot for dinner at the hotel, which was both tasty and perfect for the cool weather. The breakfast room was especially beautiful — such a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a quiet and scenic getaway.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

The heater in my room was not functioning then they gave us free room upgrade as soon as possible. They were so nice and friendly to my whole family. They even asked us to try Hanfu for free and dressed my kids up. Overall they are the best!

TTbh$This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

PPengguna TetamuComfortable and cozy room with Japanese-style decorations. I especially love the heated bed topper. The hotel staff, which we think is also the owner, is really nice and friendly. It is a little far from Heishui downtown, but there was nothing to do in town at night anyway, so no issue there. Having said that the hotel is not close to Heishui city, the staff offered to bring us dinner, so eating was not an issue.
The hotel is located close to Dagu Glacier with around 5-min taxi ride.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

NnaruTongI am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale.
The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.
