Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Heishui

The room is exactly same as posted, and very clean when we go into the room. We are group of 3 and being welcomed warmly by lady boss. She even prepared some teas for us even we already checked in late around 8pm at night. Simple breakfast prepared by lady boss very delicious, and she was very kind enough make us 3 cup of coffees. This is a very good place to stay while enjoying beautiful scenary, and quiet neighbourhood. 👍🏻

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

來之前看幾家了黑水縣的多家民宿~最後選擇了這家~無論是環境還是服務都不錯的!離景區很近，老闆找人接送，我們房間風格好喜歡寬敞明亮舒服乾淨空調可調製熱出暖氣晚上睡覺不會怕冷!敲暖和的!是一整棟自家民宿還自帶庭院，老闆態度很熱情~還會幫我們搬行李!敲貼心的 !有機會下次再來會再訂這家民宿~ 扎西德勒!!!

This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I honestly had one of the best experiences. The hotel owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. He even helped us to buy ticket to Dagu glacier. Communication was very easy and smooth from check-in until check-out. The room was also very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly very clean. Everything was well prepared and made us feel relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Would definitely come back again in the future!

Recommended hotel in Heishui with very kind and supportive reception staff. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the location is close to Dagu Glacier.

I received a warm welcome. Even though my luggage was heavy, I received good assistance. I was able to leave my luggage. The bed was comfortable. The hotel owners were very helpful. They were like family. They took me to eat delicious food. I didn't want to go back to Thailand. They were very lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good experience. If I have the chance, I will stay here again.

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

Don’t miss the dinner — it's very delicious and reasonably priced. As for the atmosphere, it’s truly the best: peaceful and quiet, not crowded at all. If you need anything, you can ask the hotel directly. If you get the chance, I really recommend staying here. Breakfast is also available, so there's no need to look elsewhere — everything you need is right here. Also, the driver is very kind and super friendly. Overall, I really like this place.

Good location hotel is sited between city center and Dagu glacier main gate. Room is large, clean and new with automatic lights, curtains, toilet and wireless chargers. Reasonable low price.
