Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Heishui

The room is exactly same as posted, and very clean when we go into the room. We are group of 3 and being welcomed warmly by lady boss. She even prepared some teas for us even we already checked in late around 8pm at night. Simple breakfast prepared by lady boss very delicious, and she was very kind enough make us 3 cup of coffees. This is a very good place to stay while enjoying beautiful scenary, and quiet neighbourhood. 👍🏻

The room was spacious, clean, with a nice view that made the stay even more relaxing, although the place is not easily accessible from the main road. The service was excellent throughout, and the host was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable from check-in to check-out.

#位置交通酒店就在去達古冰川的路上，開過去達古冰川大概4公里，十來分鐘吧，位置很近，而且酒店就在**溝房車露營區對面，我們住的時候正好淡季，景區沒人，從酒店窗户看出去景色很不錯，視野很寬闊。#服務我們是下午五六點左右到的，還沒停好車老闆大叔就出來給我們指揮、拉行李，非常熱情！正值淡季當時沒什麼客人，老闆讓我們自己選擇房間朝向，相當周到了。#早餐第二天早上老闆娘一大早起來煮早餐，高壓鍋現熬的白粥…還有非常香的饅頭（本南方人吃了兩個）配粥配饅頭炒白菜絲、炒辣椒都是老闆娘現炒的，很好吃，乾乾淨淨簡簡單單，但是吃的非常舒服！#餐廳晚上本來想去吃藏餐，但是附近真的前不着村後不着店，懶得折騰直接在住的地方吃了老闆家自己做的氂牛肉湯鍋，味道絕絕子！太鮮了！湯鍋裏面牛肉的部位也很好！配菜的蘑菇也很不錯！兩個人128套餐根本吃不完，我們昨天晚上在畢棚溝附近吃的188套餐，材料沒有這個好（建議老闆提前説一下另收米飯和碗筷使用費，這樣提前説了，買單的時候客人心裏舒服一些，不會覺得有隱藏的額外消費，畢竟湯鍋真的很好吃，不要因為幾塊錢影響評價）最後説一個問題，酒店應該是25年10月、11月剛裝修完，酒店外觀及大堂內還能看到裝修痕跡，然後天冷希望老闆還是要打開房間窗户多通通風，裝修的味道還是聞得到，不要因為天冷關窗悶着。總而言之，酒店是新裝修的，雖然存在一些瑕疵，但是老闆老闆娘人很熱情很實在（跟我們聊天的時候老闆的藏普真的很可愛哈哈哈哈哈）吃的東西也是真材實料很好吃！酒店位置也很好，以後生意肯定很好！

Their support team responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism. They canceled our original booking free of charge and allowed us to select a new accommodation on the spot. We eventually chose to stay at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay. Additionally, Trip.com compensated us with coins for future discounts, demonstrating genuine care for their customers. What started as a disruption turned into a surprisingly positive experience—thanks to efficient problem-solving and a warm, comfortable new stay. Unexpected moments can become meaningful highlights—when you have the right travel partner like Trip.com by your side. Following the unexpected change of plans, we stayed at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay, and it turned out to be a genuinely heartwarming experience. Although the staff did not speak English, their willingness to help was evident in every interaction. Through gestures, smiles, and sincere effort, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. As we were preparing to visit Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, we purchased instant noodles and additional canned oxygen from the property, just to be safe for the high altitude. The prices were fair and reasonable, with no sense of overcharging. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality—proving that meaningful service goes beyond language. True hospitality isn’t defined by words, but by the sincerity and care you feel along the journey.

This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I honestly had one of the best experiences. The hotel owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. He even helped us to buy ticket to Dagu glacier. Communication was very easy and smooth from check-in until check-out. The room was also very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly very clean. Everything was well prepared and made us feel relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Would definitely come back again in the future!

I received a warm welcome. Even though my luggage was heavy, I received good assistance. I was able to leave my luggage. The bed was comfortable. The hotel owners were very helpful. They were like family. They took me to eat delicious food. I didn't want to go back to Thailand. They were very lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good experience. If I have the chance, I will stay here again.

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

Good location hotel is sited between city center and Dagu glacier main gate. Room is large, clean and new with automatic lights, curtains, toilet and wireless chargers. Reasonable low price.
