Stayed at Jiangyang Boutique Stay and it was such a cozy and peaceful stay ❄️ The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful mountain view—perfect after a long day exploring. The location is quiet but still close to local spots and food. Staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easy. Overall, great value and a very comfortable stay, highly recommend ✨

This trip came with an unexpected situation when our original accommodation, Mountainside Reverie, was suddenly closed without prior notice to Trip.com. Given the urgency, we immediately contacted Trip.com—and this turned out to be one of the most impressive customer service experiences we’ve had. Their support team responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism. They canceled our original booking free of charge and allowed us to select a new accommodation on the spot. We eventually chose to stay at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay. Additionally, Trip.com compensated us with coins for future discounts, demonstrating genuine care for their customers. What started as a disruption turned into a surprisingly positive experience—thanks to efficient problem-solving and a warm, comfortable new stay. Unexpected moments can become meaningful highlights—when you have the right travel partner like Trip.com by your side. Following the unexpected change of plans, we stayed at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay, and it turned out to be a genuinely heartwarming experience. Although the staff did not speak English, their willingness to help was evident in every interaction. Through gestures, smiles, and sincere effort, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. As we were preparing to visit Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, we purchased instant noodles and additional canned oxygen from the property, just to be safe for the high altitude. The prices were fair and reasonable, with no sense of overcharging. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality—proving that meaningful service goes beyond language. True hospitality isn’t defined by words, but by the sincerity and care you feel along the journey.

這次從九寨溝到四姑娘山，路過黑水縣選到了寶藏民宿！✨乃倉德吉:像家一樣的地方, 老闆一家人特別熱情，服務特別貼心，入住體驗超出預期。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞生做得很到位，住着安心舒服。推開窗就是山林美景，風景絕美，潺潺水聲，隨時都能欣賞山間綠意。😍, 主人還拿出自家新鮮的核桃、蘋果給我們品嚐，清甜可口；晚上就在民宿吃飯，小哥給我們炒的當地菌子，還有兔肉，當地野菜，都是很好吃，超香！！😍😍, 第二天阿姨還帶着我們進山采野生菌，體驗做酥油餅，體驗感拉滿，沉浸式感受山林的樂趣，是很難得的體驗！山上風景超美🎈🎈, 下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給想來遊玩的人！！

酒店環境好，服務好。前台大堂的服務員姐姐特別好！會告訴我們達古冰川一些情況，像可以帶坐輪椅的家人去冰川。還送了早餐票給孩子，考慮我們的情況，給我們送路。房間寬大，床有電熱毯，非常之温暖^ ^，設施新也乾淨。晚飯點了番茄牛腩火鍋，價格惠民，量正好4個人吃，好吃好吃，性價比高高的。在酒店出發去冰川，開車5分鐘左右就到，還是挺近的，很方便！

我感覺這家酒店是黑水縣新價比很高的酒店了，基本上所有旅遊團和散客聚集在這裏。 酒店樓層蠻高，旁邊就是縣裡的商圈，位置很好找。 設施：我們住的是套間房間空間很大，床墊很舒服，房間温度也正好，一進門還有一位當地的黃財神，有很濃郁的民族特色。我們屋裡還有個按摩椅，特別好使，按着很舒服。 衞生：打掃得特別乾淨衞生就是吃早餐的那個餐桌沒有及時收拾，估計是人太多了。 自助早餐：味道還是很好的有五六個現做的小菜，就是總會被人搶沒了，我們去的挺早的都吃不上三個菜。補菜也特別慢。 重點誇讚下前台小姐姐crush！真的人美心善，特別熱情，是那種發自內心的熱情好客，還帶我們參觀了藏包，真的超級美！全木質材料的雕刻，超級驚艷。

定的三人間，老闆大氣，升級為套房。套房有兩個房間，一張大床，兩間小床。空間很大，隔音效果好，酒店也不挨着馬路。整體不吵雜。床品睡起來舒服。除了到店過程中門口不太好找，其他都很好。門口附近吃住方便。早餐在門口主要街道上的童記小吃，稀飯包子鹹菜，可以吃飽。

相當的不錯房間，很温馨 設施：設施齊全，居然兩個電視 衞生：很乾凈，相當的不錯 環境：在城中心，小院很不錯 服務：老闆介紹了好吃的，不錯。
