Hotel Mountain view di Heishui

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

Kumpulan kami mendaftar masuk lewat, sekitar jam 9 malam. Ia mengambil sedikit masa untuk memberitahu kami tentang tempahan berlebihan; mereka memberi kami rehat yang panjang, menawarkan kami makanan ringan, dan tidak membenarkan kami pergi ke bilik kami sehingga akhirnya menunjukkan kepada kami satu bilik dan mengatakan hanya ada satu yang tinggal!!! Dan itu bukan bilik yang kami tempah! Kami menempah empat bilik untuk tujuh orang. Mereka mahu kami berkongsi satu bilik dengan tiga orang dan memindahkan kami ke lokasi lain dengan empat orang dalam dua bilik. Jangan mengalah, orang Thai! Kumpulan Thai yang tiba sebelum kami juga mendapat bilik yang tidak sepadan dengan tempahan mereka. Pendek kata, kami meminta untuk memindahkan kami semua ke lokasi lain sambil mengekalkan empat bilik asal yang kami tempah. Kami bertengkar selama lebih sejam sebelum akhirnya kami dapat berpindah. Tempat baharu itu jauh lebih baik, dengan bilik mandi en suite, pemanas, dan selimut elektrik (seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar 2. Pada asasnya, jika anda mendapat apa yang anda tempah, itu adalah pilihan terbaik dan anda tidak perlu risau mengenainya). P.S. Semasa membuat tempahan, gambar-gambar itu membuatkan saya menyangka ia adalah bilik mandi en-suite, tetapi sebenarnya ia adalah bilik mandi berkongsi di luar bilik. Lokasinya tidak berdekatan dengan pusat bandar; anda memerlukan kereta untuk kemudahan.

#位置交通酒店就在去達古冰川的路上，開過去達古冰川大概4公里，十來分鐘吧，位置很近，而且酒店就在**溝房車露營區對面，我們住的時候正好淡季，景區沒人，從酒店窗户看出去景色很不錯，視野很寬闊。#服務我們是下午五六點左右到的，還沒停好車老闆大叔就出來給我們指揮、拉行李，非常熱情！正值淡季當時沒什麼客人，老闆讓我們自己選擇房間朝向，相當周到了。#早餐第二天早上老闆娘一大早起來煮早餐，高壓鍋現熬的白粥…還有非常香的饅頭（本南方人吃了兩個）配粥配饅頭炒白菜絲、炒辣椒都是老闆娘現炒的，很好吃，乾乾淨淨簡簡單單，但是吃的非常舒服！#餐廳晚上本來想去吃藏餐，但是附近真的前不着村後不着店，懶得折騰直接在住的地方吃了老闆家自己做的氂牛肉湯鍋，味道絕絕子！太鮮了！湯鍋裏面牛肉的部位也很好！配菜的蘑菇也很不錯！兩個人128套餐根本吃不完，我們昨天晚上在畢棚溝附近吃的188套餐，材料沒有這個好（建議老闆提前説一下另收米飯和碗筷使用費，這樣提前説了，買單的時候客人心裏舒服一些，不會覺得有隱藏的額外消費，畢竟湯鍋真的很好吃，不要因為幾塊錢影響評價）最後説一個問題，酒店應該是25年10月、11月剛裝修完，酒店外觀及大堂內還能看到裝修痕跡，然後天冷希望老闆還是要打開房間窗户多通通風，裝修的味道還是聞得到，不要因為天冷關窗悶着。總而言之，酒店是新裝修的，雖然存在一些瑕疵，但是老闆老闆娘人很熱情很實在（跟我們聊天的時候老闆的藏普真的很可愛哈哈哈哈哈）吃的東西也是真材實料很好吃！酒店位置也很好，以後生意肯定很好！

This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

Nothing much to do in this city, just for a short stay before going to Bipenggou. We arrived there at late evening and just had a chance for having dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The dinner and breakfast were just soso (not bad). The room was simple and big. It's good for staying in this city for arriving Bipenggou in the next day morning before tour group arrive.

Recommended hotel in Heishui with very kind and supportive reception staff. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the location is close to Dagu Glacier.

Comfortable and cozy room with Japanese-style decorations. I especially love the heated bed topper. The hotel staff, which we think is also the owner, is really nice and friendly. It is a little far from Heishui downtown, but there was nothing to do in town at night anyway, so no issue there. Having said that the hotel is not close to Heishui city, the staff offered to bring us dinner, so eating was not an issue. The hotel is located close to Dagu Glacier with around 5-min taxi ride. Highly recommended

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

雖然是隨便選的一家，但沒想到超出我的預期。新開業的酒店，環境衞生很乾凈，風景視野又好，關鍵老闆很熱情友好，做飯也很好吃！還有一衹老闆的可愛小貓。十分推薦！！！真實評價騙人我是🐷
