"Super efficient pick-up service- appreciate the speediness as our flight landed in the wee hours of the morning. Great location being close to the airport for us to rest up. There are multiple dedicated check in porches which provides a private check-in service. Room and bedsheets are clean, with the pillows being super comfortable as a plus! Strongly recommended! :)"

"I love the traditional decoration of the hotel, it transports you back to the ancient time. However, the car cannot go in, you have to push your luggage into the street where the hotel is located. It's very near to the big malls and walking distance to the old town. Hotel was very nice to pack our breakfast for us because we have a train to catch early in the morning and the restaurant is not open yet."

"This was a pleasant stay near Green Park and old street Kunming, l within walking dkstance of this relaxed and chilled city. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as the options nearby were plentiful but it looked good. The hotpot restaurant near to the hotel Huagood was amazing and the server paid us much care and attention for mushroom hotpot."

Sangat disyorkan! 👍 Cadangan: Oleh kerana lobi hotel terletak di tingkat 7, adalah lebih baik jika ada kakitangan di tingkat bawah untuk membantu mengarahkan tetamu dan menguruskan bagasi."

"Paid over SGD32~ for this Cozy Queen Room. Room was pretty decent for the price and proximity to the airport. Hence we’re giving a 5/5 for the location due to proximity to Airport (approx 4-5km~ from departure/arrival gate). We were given a level 1 room right beside the reception, so it was slightly noisy, but bearable. Please bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. You can occasionally hear sounds of planes taking off too. But that is to be expected due to the proximity to the airport. As for cleanliness, it’s relatively clean. However we found a House Centipede in the room, hence we’re giving a 4/5 for cleanliness. For amenities, free airport transfer service was available (both From Airport to Hotel, and Hotel to Airport). Do note that there are specific times for the shuttle transport from Hotel to Airport, so do plan accordingly when you are checking in. For our transport to Hotel,the Hotel first sent a small 5 seater car for my group. But since we had 4 people and 4 large luggages, they weren’t able to fit us all, and 2 of us had to wait for the next transport (minivan) that came 10-15mins later. But hey, at least the transport is free so you saved approx 7-10yuan in airport transfer. Service was decent, and the hotel staff were helpful. There’s no Toothbrush and Toothpaste provided in the room, so do ask the receptionist for those. Also, do note that the reviews may be slightly higher than usual, as gifts are often provided if you show the hotel staff that you’ve given a 5/5 rating. So customers may be incentivized/pressured to provide 5/5 review ratings even though it’s not really a 5/5. But overall room is still pretty decent for the price. The service was excellent. Hotel staff help to provide take away breakfast as we couldn’t attend the hotel breakfast as we have an early flight. I would definitely rate 5/5 for service. The staff is helpful. Should award the staff."

"Sangat mengesyorkan Four Points by Sheraton di pusat bandar ini! Lokasinya memang tiada tandingan, dikelilingi oleh banyak pusat membeli-belah, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk bersiar-siar dan makan. Kakitangan sangat bersemangat dan penuh perhatian, dan proses daftar masuk berjalan lancar dan cekap. Sarapan paginya pelbagai jenis, dengan banyak pilihan snek ***a Yunnan, jadi saya sentiasa dapat makan dengan kenyang setiap hari. Saya sengaja memilih bilik tingkat tinggi, dan pemandangan bandar dari tingkap sangat indah. Apa yang mengejutkan adalah penebat bunyinya; kebisingan jalanan di luar diasingkan sepenuhnya, membolehkan tidur yang sangat lena pada waktu malam. Pengalaman menginap secara keseluruhan sangat memuaskan dan merupakan pilihan terbaik untuk penginapan di Kunming."

"When i arrived in yunnan last month, the flight and altitude combined in a major headache and nausea… and i travel full time since over a decade lol… the level of care and friendliness of the staff, was really amazing. I ended up booking extra nights just cuz it felt so nice there and wanted to recover and upon leaving yunnan, i came back here. The rooms are clean, have all amenities, staff is INCREDIBLY friendly, and helpful :) The beds are comfy and clean and i slept superwell here. They offer rides to the airport and subway. Theres food options nearby and if i return to Kunming, definitely will stay here again :) Lack of pics is just cuz i didnt take any , its like they show on the website ☺️"
