"As other reviews say the rooms are small but they are modern, clean and well equipped. The only issue we had is that the AC didn’t work initially. We told the staff and they said they would fix it in the morning in the evening it was not fixed, we told them again and this time it was fixed straight away (a problem with a window sensor). I wrote this review because I see people marking them down for small rooms which I think is unfair. If you want a large room and a large bed pay more for a more expensive hotel but for us this was by far the cheapest hotel of this quality in the central area and was more than suitable for sleeping and showering in comfort, while spending the days outside exploring the city. The location is fantastic!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive. I forgot to bring USB chargers, and the staff proactively lent me two. All my requests were responded to promptly. The location is unbeatable, just next to Berlin Central Station, making it extremely easy to travel around the city. Definitely recommend."

"I absolutely love this hotel! The breakfast is excellent and the quality is amazing! Location is good and the comfort is top notch. The only improvement that could be made is to have the complimentary bottled water refilled. They only provide it for the first day. "It’s a good location to access to Berlin Central Stations. We had 2 single rooms with acceptable pricing with the city Centre location. However, the housekeeping section required to improve as I’m unaware that they needs to pre-informed if u liked to clean your rooms with new towels and empty trash. However, I managed to get the access through front desk. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service quality as 4 stars hotel."

"The beds were comfortable but not wide enough. The pillows were uncomfortable. The room had a bad smell when entering. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of everything. "The location of the hotel is pleasing, it is a 6-minute walk from one of the major S-Bahn stations, Savignyplatz, where you will also find lovely cafes, bookshops, local supermarkets, resturants and bars. The neighbourhood is quiet, and people are friendly.
One complaint I would have is tthat he escalator from the ground floor to the first floor (the reception is on first floor) is broken, and it could be quite confusing for travellers with bulky luggages and not knowing where to look for a lift."

"The rule that you need to ask for cleaning before 11am at reception is weird. The QR cosde that was given to ask for cleaning did not work and you have to sta long queue with those who check in and out in the morning. Finally, we hardly managed to ask for towels change. Strange and uncomfortable. Otherwise ok hotel in a good location."

CCece28Absolutely in love with this hotel and our room specifically. It’s just few steps away from the Berlin Wall museum and Charlie Checkpoint, 12mins from the metro station to reach other tourist attractions. The room was super spacious and clean, with a view of the street. It can get a bit noisy on weekend’s nights but we had zero problem with that. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The price was also very competitive for a big city like Berlin.
P/S: If you fancy some Vietnamese food, there’s a Viet restaurant 4 mins away from the hotel serving good Pho.

Only 1 out of 3 lifts are working so need to spend some time on waiting it and it’s get busy at some times. Breakfast 10/10 a lot of options for every kind. Great location. A lot of restaurants around, shopping, Christmas market. Public transport like Underground or buss stops few minutes walking distance

From a ”red carpet” rolled out in the hallways in line with their theme, to a handwritten welcome card with Bulow candy (Yum!), pictograms next to the light buttons, and lights that go on automatically when entering the room and give you 30 seconds to find the key card holder.
Well done team Circus! Chapeau!

Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay.
The hotel’s amenities added a lot of value to the experience. The common areas were well maintained, and the facilities were easy to access. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different preferences. Everything was replenished promptly, and the dining area remained clean and comfortable even during busy hours.
Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaPerfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

AAngelinchinaI travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin.
I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip.
Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do.
This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager.
I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel.
I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience.
Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

I stayed for 2 nights in a mixed dorm with three bunk beds and en-suite. The toilet and shower are separate which makes use easier. Hanson’s and shower gel is included, as is a hairdryer.
The room is spacious with tables and seating areas, this is also of use to those who on the top bunk who cannot sit on their bed as easily. There is a mirror though a lack of hooks being only a hook and couple of hangers. The bed is of a metal frame and thus I was able to apply my travel straps and hooks to create places to hand my coat and bag. There is a locker big enough to take hand luggage sized bag (own lock needed). The bed has a usb port for charging and a slot into which a phone will fit, though no individual light. The room has two lights and it is possible to turn on only one; the other people in my room came in and out at unsociable hours though we’re all respectful being quiet and also putting in the main light.
The mattress and pillow are comfy enough, you need to collect linen and make the bed yourself.
Everything was clean.
Reception is 24 hours though checking us via one of the 4 automated screens. It is through the machines that you do check in and pay tourist tax and the machine prints paper with your allocated room and bed number. You even activate the room card yourself. There is a sign in the desk with a map of blocks with room numbers in each one. That is all the welcome that you get; there is no explanation related to hostel layout or facilities. I had to ask in which direction to go to get to my block, the receptionist gave my directions and once I got to the room and found no bedding on the bed so went back to reception. The check in computer screen states that bed linen is provided free of charge and towels can be paid for at reception. The receptionist did not give me any bedding nor point to where to where to pick it up some thus I assumed the linen would be laid on the bed as in other hostels. The next day a person arriving in the room asked where he gets bed linen, he also did not get given any bedding even when talking with the receptionist. I do find it odd that you are expected to ask for the bedding: as this is the case I recommend updating the wording on the computer screen as it is ambiguous and gives the impression you only need to ask at reception if needing a towel.
There is a guest kitchen which has basic equipment: fridge, sink, microwave, 2 hot plates, 2 frying pans, 1 saucepan, some plates, bowls and some cutlery. There was one mug in which I made a cup of tea by heating water in the microwave. I recommend a kettle to boil water. The kitchen is sufficient for simple meals, making breakfast and sandwiches. I did not try the hostel breakfast.
There is one common area near reception with a bar and possibility to purchase food. Vending machines there. WiFi reliable. The common room can feel cramped when groups are there. There is good security as all entrance doors and lifts use card access. To access the guest kitchen ask at reception and they update your card.
The location is very good being 5 min walk from Ostkreuz train station. It is a direct line to Messe Nord where the bus station and FlixBus stop is. Easy to get public transportation into the cities. There are many shops, supermarkets and eating places nearby. Vegan kebab shop directly opposite.
Good value for money. I had a comfortable stay with no difficulties and I would stay again.
