Onix Park Resort Ubud | 7/10 Unfortunately, our stay here started with a lot of stress and disappointment. I had booked a Townhouse 2BR villa and had confirmation both from Trip.com and via email, but upon check-in, the reception couldn’t find our reservation at all. The staff member handling it kept looking at her computer and phone without explaining what was going on, and I had to keep asking what the issue was. Eventually they admitted they didn’t have the villa I’d booked and started showing us alternatives. The first option they showed us was in questionable condition — dirty, and they only offered to clean it while we waited. The next option they proposed was two separate 1-bedroom units, which completely missed the point — we specifically wanted a villa with 2 bedrooms under one roof so we could stay together as a group of 3, not be split across separate units. I explained this clearly, but the staff kept pushing the separate rooms as if it were the same thing. It was only once my friend (who is Indonesian) happened to speak with the manager and another staff member she knew personally that things moved — they offered us a 5-bedroom villa instead. By this point over an hour had passed since our check-in time, so we accepted just to move things along. But even this villa had cleanliness issues — not from previous guests, but more like rooms that hadn’t been regularly maintained or used in a while, with a noticeable musty smell in some of them. The kitchen cutlery also looked like it hadn’t been washed in some time. The villa itself was beautiful, but the housekeeping and upkeep let it down badly. We had to pick two rooms and wait again while they cleaned, so we went out for dinner in the meantime.Oh and one more thing- after housekeeping came to clean the second day they left the dirty cloth on the kitchen table . The property itself has real potential — the villa was lovely — but the booking confusion, unclear communication, and lack of regular upkeep made for a very stressful start to our stay. If these issues were sorted out, this could be a great place to stay.

100/10 the best hotel of our Bali trip! Hygge Hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything feels brand new and super clean. The service is incredibly friendly and warm, you feel welcomed the moment you arrive. The building itself is also beautiful, stylish, elegant, and perfect for photos. We even did a couple photo shoot here and the whole place felt like a tropical villa garden.The location is perfect too, right in Seminyak, with the best spas and restaurants just a short walk away. Super convenient and easy to get around. Honestly one of the best stays we’ve had in Bali. Even better than some 5 star resort we stayed. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Seminyak!

Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, pekerjanya peramah walaupun pergerakan mereka tidak laju. Saya amat menghargai pegawai keselamatan yang bertugas... bila anak saya terjatuh, mereka sangat cepat membantu dan memberi maklumat tentang perkhidmatan perubatan terdekat.

Hideaway Village Villa truly lives up to its name, offering a peaceful and secluded stay surrounded by nature. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and spoke English very well. The service throughout our stay was impressive, and the rooms were comfortable and decent. One downside of the villa’s open-air, forest setting was the presence of quite a few bugs. The outdoor couches and floors were often dusty, with dirt and tree sap from falling flowers. The property is also not ideal for elderly guests or those with mobility issues, as the kitchen and pool are located downstairs. Additionally, it is not within walking distance of the town centre, and there are no nearby shops. Overall, despite these limitations, we had a good and relaxing stay.

The hotel has a great location and some of the staff (most of them) are very friendly and kind. We traveled as a family of 3 and when we came to so the check in the receptionist told us that our booking needed to pay extra for the 3rd person, which in trip.com I already paid and booked breakfast for 3 so was kinda disappointed and unfair. The staff told us to pay jut for the 3rd person breakfast since was a problem from trip.com, maybe if you are traveling you need to confirm this with both trip and the hotel to avoid this situation. Honestly the hotel needs to improve the cleanest of the bed sheets and towels, the towels looked so old and dirty, and the bed sheets were smelly as humidity. I know the area has humidity but we stayed in another hotel nearby before and no problem at all with it. Nice hotel for few days because of the location but you can think about it if you don’t like this humidity smell.

I had a pleasant stay at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center and would happily recommend it to others visiting Denpasar. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for both business and leisure activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.

An Amazing Stay – One of My Favorite Hotels in Bali Overall, this hotel delivered on every aspect that mattered to me—warm and genuine hospitality, an excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, thoughtful sustainability practices, and a location that's close to everything without feeling overly crowded. I stayed here for a week for work, and by the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Satya, who escorted us to our rooms after a long and tiring flight. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly prepared one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and get some rest while waiting for the others. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference after traveling. Breakfast One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the breakfast, and now I completely understand why. Breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. There was plenty of variety every morning, from freshly cooked eggs to delicious local Indonesian dishes. I also appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is quite common in Bali and perfect if you've had a late night or arrived early from a flight. In our case, we were able to enjoy breakfast before our rooms were ready. The breakfast team was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. A few favorites that I looked forward to every morning: The fresh acai bowl The turmeric wellness shot Great coffee selections, from espresso to café mocha Everything was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start a busy day. The lagoon pool looked beautiful, although I wasn't able to use it because it closes at 7:00 PM. Thankfully, the rooftop pool stays open until 10:00 PM, and I managed to enjoy a relaxing evening swim. The water was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a full day of work. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's sustainable design. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, while the hallways and common areas are naturally ventilated. It keeps the rooms comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use—a thoughtful approach that I hope more hotels adopt. For me, this location was much better than staying along Sunset Road. It felt more local while still being incredibly convenient. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find: Two convenience stores Plenty of affordable massage and spa options A shopping mall Kuta Beach Getting around was also easy with Grab and Gojek available whenever we needed them. Room Service Room service deserves a mention because it was impressively fast. Every request arrived much quicker than I expected.

I had a great stay at d’primahotel Seminyak. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Seminyak just a short distance away. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

We love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.

Stunning seaview Lobby to impress the whole family, rooms are good size, close by shopping, restaurants, massage, are good. It located on a cliff, with 270degree clear view of the ocean, unblock View watching surfers below while enjoy my Drink. The infinity pool has limited assess, need next day Booking, or use the back pool, is also ok. We like their breakfast... see picture. Great value for money. But traffic in and out the hotel can be trouble, as the tourist spot right outside. Blue Point Beach.
