After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Saya sampai di hotel dalam pukul 3.45 petang. Saya agak saya sudah boleh masuk bilik tetapi saya disuruh tunggu di lobi sebab bilik belum dicuci. Saya terpaksa tunggu dalam 15 hingga 20 minit. Saya terasa amat penat sebab perjalanan yang jauh. Wifi dalam bilik sangat teruk dan tidak boleh digunakan..harap hotel baiki kelemahan itu..

Hotel ni memang puas hati duduk Staff baik sgt sopan walaupun lelaki Staff sangat membantu Dapat bilik ada tingkap Besar dan selesa Toilet dan bilik sangat lahhh bersih Walaupun budget hotel Kualiti hotel ni terbaikk Dah la dekat dgn tempat makan,byk pilihan dkt dgn mall jugak

Perjalanan dari Singapura ke Ipoh dengan bas dan turun di Jalan Bendahara. Lebih kurang 5-8minit berjalan kaki ke hotel. Penerimaan tetamu membenarkan saya mendaftar masuk lebih awal dengan bayaran kerana jam 8 pagi dan saya sangat memerlukan tempat untuk berehat sebelum memulakan hari saya. Kafe yang bagus di sebelah restoran dan terdapat 2 lagi restoran tempatan di sebelah dan bertentangan dengan hotel. Mesti memuji pengering rambut mereka!!! Tidak tahu sama ada ia palsu atau Dyson sebenar tetapi ia pasti lebih baik daripada pengering rambut terbina dalam putih. Saya mempunyai rambut yang panjang dan sangat lebat dan saya sangat gembira saya dapat mencuci rambut saya dengan tenang!

Hotel ini hebat dalam semua aspek, kecuali ia betul-betul di sebelah lebuh raya dan sangat bising. Saya tidak dapat tidur sepanjang malam kerana kesesakan lalu lintas; kalis bunyi sangat teruk. Hotel ini juga menyediakan penyumbat telinga untuk saya! 😅😅 Biliknya dihias dengan ber***a dan tilamnya hebat, tetapi ia sangat bising... Kebersihan: Tandas dan bilik sangat bersih.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Good value and good area..at Mydin.. terminal bus..food area.. like kiosk and family entertainment.

沒有停車位， 需要靠運氣或較早抵達， 但是交通不大方便 距離景點會需要一段時間 一開始的被單不是很乾凈 但是員工很樂意換另一間房間給我們， 也體恤我們有位長者行動不便安排在底層 服務給滿分 洗手盆的底下不是很乾凈 有點黃色的污漬 但是影響不大， 廁所前有樓梯 對於要上廁所和洗澡的長者有點困難， 有熱水， 沐浴露和洗髮水， 沒有牙膏牙刷拖鞋， 沒有冰箱 也沒有廚房（可以去family mart 或者 7-11 覓食） 電視也相對比較舊的頻道 隔音也不大好， 可以將就睡一晚 總結：是很不錯的體驗 除了以上缺點 確實有在進步 但是還能更好 加油
