After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Tiada tangga, susah untuk tetamu yang ada masalah untuk berjalan dan sebagainya. tidak accommodate kepada request customer dalam reservation walaupun telah dibuat awal. tidak boleh memesan makanan daripada bilik. sarapan walaubagaimanapun dihantar ke bilik dan sangat sedap. bilik cantik dan sangat selesa tetapi semasa saya hadir bathtub seperti tidak dicuci. tv best boleh tengok macam macam netflix dan sebagainya. bayaran deposit dan caj hotel memilih tunai sungguhpun ada kemudahan qr, walaupun tetamu memaklumkan tiada tunai. walaubagaimanapun hanya beberapa minit dari kedai kedai dan sebagainya.

It was clean and safe. Bed is clean, shower is clean, common area is clean. Just a couple things: 1) wish the compound was smoke/cigarette-free (it was a middle aged local man who smoked in the area next to the pantry, looks like one of you idk); 2) don’t expect to go to bed early 😂 you can go to bed early but theres a bar below so you hear the music, and I was in the female dorm on level 1, lotsa noise coming from the floors above. However, people generally go quiet after, I think the bar closes? Which is 1am. Not sure, I went to bed around 10pm and was in and out of sleep. Overall the place is great.

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

Hotel baharu, makanan yang sangat sedap. Memang lazat sungguh. Selva dari restoran memang hebat. Sangat membantu dan mesra. Kami sempat berbual panjang dengannya. Dia menjadikan pengalaman kami jauh lebih baik. Hotel ini agak berteknologi tinggi. Kami kurang gemar kemasukan tanpa kunci melalui imbasan muka, walaupun ia adalah pilihan. Kami lebih suka menggunakan kad. Lokasinya okey, tetapi anda perlukan Grab untuk bergerak ke mana-mana.

Sabun, shampoo tak disediakan. Tiada percuma kopi atau teh di bilik. Tiada juga air minuman dalam botol. Paling bagus dan patut dipuji ialah siaran televisyen. Ada tv1, tv2, tv3, 8tv, tv alhijrah, tv okey. Banyak siaran boleh ditonton. Tuala disediakan cukup untuk 3 orang tetamu, dapat 3 helai tuala. Bilik mempunyai kipas siling dan aircond. Ada tanda arah kiblat. Bilik bersih.

Perkara yang baik ialah bilik bersih. Tetapi yang menyedihkan ialah bilik air hotel berbau busuk. Katil ketiga tidak seperti yang diiklankan, ia adalah katil kecil *****tara. Saya tidak dibenarkan bertukar ke bilik lain walaupun saya telah membuat aduan. Mereka hanya menawarkan 3 sarapan percuma kepada kami kerana pengurus mereka bercuti. Trip.com sepatutnya memastikan ahli-ahli anda yang menempah bilik dari aplikasi anda menjadi keutamaan anda dan gembira untuk percutian bersama keluarga.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Kali kedua menginap di Hotel ni. Overall OK cuma bilik yang dapat kali ni Pintu dia macam ada ruang tak rapat. So boleh dengar semua sound kat luar, bilik sebelum ni sangat OK. Maybe management boleh baikki pintu nombor 305.
