After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Ulangtahun perkahwinan saya yang ke-27 di Ipoh staycation. Tempahan malam selepas bercuti dari Pahang. Ipoh Bali Hotel adalah pengalaman yang menakjubkan bagi saya. Saya hampir tidak tidur di katil hotel tetapi di Ipoh Bali ini saya tidak ragu-ragu untuk tidur dan saya telah mencuba spa tab mandi dan urutan sebelum daftar keluar. Bilik tidak menemui sebarang tempat yang kotor. Sangat bersih dan menyejukkan tanpa air cond juga. Sangat disyorkan untuk penginapan berbulan madu atau ulang tahun perkahwinan. Cuba elakkan bawa anak🔞. Sebab anda akan merosakkan persekitaran yang tenang 💝 hotel hanya ada 12 bilik dari villa tukar ke hotel. Jadi anda perlu menempah awal untuk bilik yang bagus dengan kolam ikan koi. Saya hanya bermalam di Ipoh jadi kami tidak pergi banyak tempat sebab hari hujan. Kami hanya ke Tasik Cermin dan membeli cenderahati di Panglima Lane. Kami memutuskan untuk menginap di hotel untuk benar-benar menikmati kemudahan tersebut. Hotel yang sangat bagus pasti akan kembali lagi.

This place was available on our unplanned trip and i am beyond grateful especially the cleanliness. Self checked in. Clean and homey. Pretty cozy. Room was decent perfect for a one night stay. Overall is good. Thank you.

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

Hotel mewah yg sangat menarik di tengah bandar ipoh. Menu sarapan yang menarik dan banyak pilihan. Kemudahan kolam siang dan malam sambil menikmati keindahan bandar ipoh.

Sabun, shampoo tak disediakan. Tiada percuma kopi atau teh di bilik. Tiada juga air minuman dalam botol. Paling bagus dan patut dipuji ialah siaran televisyen. Ada tv1, tv2, tv3, 8tv, tv alhijrah, tv okey. Banyak siaran boleh ditonton. Tuala disediakan cukup untuk 3 orang tetamu, dapat 3 helai tuala. Bilik mempunyai kipas siling dan aircond. Ada tanda arah kiblat. Bilik bersih.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Perkara yang baik ialah bilik bersih. Tetapi yang menyedihkan ialah bilik air hotel berbau busuk. Katil ketiga tidak seperti yang diiklankan, ia adalah katil kecil *****tara. Saya tidak dibenarkan bertukar ke bilik lain walaupun saya telah membuat aduan. Mereka hanya menawarkan 3 sarapan percuma kepada kami kerana pengurus mereka bercuti. Trip.com sepatutnya memastikan ahli-ahli anda yang menempah bilik dari aplikasi anda menjadi keutamaan anda dan gembira untuk percutian bersama keluarga.

Kali kedua menginap di Hotel ni. Overall OK cuma bilik yang dapat kali ni Pintu dia macam ada ruang tak rapat. So boleh dengar semua sound kat luar, bilik sebelum ni sangat OK. Maybe management boleh baikki pintu nombor 305.
