Penginapan yang sangat bagus. Bilik-bilik mempunyai bilik mandi sendiri, luas, selesa dan bersih... kawasan umum juga selesa. Ada meja makan, dapur, microwave, peti sejuk. Tempat letak kereta berbumbung juga ada. Tetapi ruang letak kereta terhad di dalam premis. Hanya boleh meletakkan 2 kereta. Yang lain perlu meletak kereta di luar sahaja. Proses daftar masuk/daftar keluar mudah. Sangat disyorkan.

Hotel bajet kalau rancang untuk jalan-jalan sekitar Ipoh. Banyak tempat boleh sampai dengan berjalan kaki sahaja!

Saya telah memilih Zone Hotel Ipoh untuk percutian singkat. Lokasinya bagus, hanya 15 minit dari pusat bandar Ipoh dan berdekatan dengan Plaza Tol. Saya rasa selesa untuk menginap di sini dengan bilik yang bersih dan persekitaran yang tenang.

Apartmen itu berada di lokasi yang bagus. Ia sangat terang dan bersih dan selesa. Terdapat kolam renang atas bumbung yang menakjubkan serta banyak kemudahan lain yang kelihatan hebat juga. Tuan rumah sangat membantu. Saya pasti akan tinggal lagi.

Bilik itu luas. Bilik mandi berkongsi adalah bagus dengan pelbagai pancuran mandian dan tandas.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.
