Tiada tangga, susah untuk tetamu yang ada masalah untuk berjalan dan sebagainya. tidak accommodate kepada request customer dalam reservation walaupun telah dibuat awal. tidak boleh memesan makanan daripada bilik. sarapan walaubagaimanapun dihantar ke bilik dan sangat sedap. bilik cantik dan sangat selesa tetapi semasa saya hadir bathtub seperti tidak dicuci. tv best boleh tengok macam macam netflix dan sebagainya. bayaran deposit dan caj hotel memilih tunai sungguhpun ada kemudahan qr, walaupun tetamu memaklumkan tiada tunai. walaubagaimanapun hanya beberapa minit dari kedai kedai dan sebagainya.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb last week! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the best parts of our stay was the water playground — the kids had a fantastic time, which was a highlight of the trip! However, we were slightly disappointed with the approach of the security guard stationed at the water playground. While we understand the importance of maintaining safety and order, the frequent whistle-blowing and constant instructions to the children made the experience feel less enjoyable and a bit tense at times. It would be great if there were a more friendly and engaging way to manage the area, especially when kids are just trying to have fun. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place, but we hope the management considers a more child-friendly approach at the water playground in the future.

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

My stay at Dawa Brickhouse exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-kept, with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The area around was beautiful and calm.. Truly worth it, and I would definitely come back again😍😍😍

Pengalaman sangat terbaik menginap disini.. Tak pernah jumpa mana² hotel sebaik ini.. 10star Tarikh menginap : 20 sept 24 (jumaat) Ada lift. 4 tingkat. Deposit dikenakan rm50 sahaja.. First masuk hotel ni room 118. Tingkat 1 sekali dengan ruangan spa. Bukak je pintu hotel rasa nyaman je. Bilik air terbaik. Air laju, ada tab mandi. Bilik dilengkapi dengan tv. Ada neflix, mcm² movie ada. Plug banyak sangat. Dekat tepi katil ada 2. Dekat iron board ada lagi.memang banyak plug. Cuma bantal tu mcm dh kempis sikit. Ada peti asi kecil, ada disediakan alatan minuman dan pemanas air. Ada arah kiblat, ada disediakan sejadah.. Ada tingkap.aircond sejuk...overall puas hati sangatt.. Yang paling best kawasan parking banyak, tak sibuk. Staff yg ramah dan jika parking dekat parking luar, pihak hotel akan bayarkan kupon prking kereta. Ni kali pertama menginap dihotel, hotel yang bayarkan tiket parking. Memang terbaik menginap disini rasa tenang nyaman..kerana rs macam ekslusive je walau hotel ni nampak biasa. Memang terbaik.taktahu nak gambarkan macamana keseronokan apabila menginap disini. Memang tiptop dan terbaikkk...Kena cuba sendiri.. Akan kembali menginap disini lagi apabila berkunjung ke ipoh

Terletak dengan selesa berhampiran menara jam. Berjalan kaki singkat dari stesen kereta api ke hotel dan berjalan kaki singkat ke kedai makan dan tempat menarik di Old Town. Terbaik untuk pelawat yang tidak memandu. Bilik hotel adalah asas tetapi mencukupi. Tiada almari, tiada peti ais. Bilik kami dengan tingkap terbuka ke dinding bangunan bersebelahan, 1m jauhnya. Mandi ok tapi air tak panas.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

PROs: Cute and clean unit. Perfect for a group stay in Ipoh. Located near the town; able to reach by car within 5-10mins. Everything in the unit is working properly except the WiFi. There’s even a washer for laundry. Recommend to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent. Overall it’s a great place for quick getaway. CONs: Bad building management, which is no fault of the unit owner. Rude security guards, unclear signage both inside and outside of the parking lots, even worst is the wretched traffic management. If you are driving and parking in this building, I suggest you go slow and take your time looking out at the signage, lest you fall victim to their management’s ridiculous rules. This was my second stay at The Anderson condo, while I knew from the first stay that their parking lots had poor lighting and signage, I’m surprised that it can get worse.
