AAlisaCWonderful little oasis. 12 rooms only. There are different room types. The deluxe room is at ground level with enclosed garden/patio to koi fish and fountain. The centre of the hotel has an open zen garden. Best 2 nights of sleep in a standard double room (level 1) with comfortable mattress and pillows. The room is cooling due to high ceiling with both fan and AC. Room size is generous. The bathroom is huge with bathtub and skylight. The breakfast choices extensive, fresh and tasty. Spa is available. Roof top has a lounge area too. Staff is professional and friendly.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaExtend our second night here because the stay was so comfortable and affordable. The hotel is clean, modern, and feels very new. Quality of everything was surprisingly good, from the bed sheets, towels, even the hangers.
Amenities provided include 2 bottles of water, shower gel, shampoo, and tissue box.
They also have a paid self-service laundry area with an Electrolux washer and dryer, which is very convenient for longer stays. I was also impressed by the pantry room with SK Magic water dispenser, microwave and iron provided for guests.
One area that could be improved is the security access system. The main entrance and lift already have card access systems installed, but they don’t seem to be functioning yet. Since the area feels quite quiet at night, it would feel much safer if card access for the entrance and lift were activated.

WWEESTHomestay ini lokasinya sangat strategik, pengangkutan awam pun senang, dan persekitaran pula baru serta bersih. Reka bentuk keseluruhannya nampak mewah dan estetik, banyak sudut cantik untuk bergambar, sama ada siang atau malam, memang cantik. Sangat sesuai untuk pasangan, kawan-kawan atau percutian keluarga.

PPengguna TetamuFor the price, I think it is a reasonable option. However objectively:
1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking. The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about. To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.
2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews. However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.
3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both. They only cleaned 1. I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.
4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.
5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.
6. The staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).
7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible. It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.
All in all, it was a decent stay. Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

PPengguna TetamuI highly recommend this place to those who are looking for a place that can accommodate big groups. Comfortable, clean with affordable price. We were assigned to a 3 bedroom apartment facing swimming pool. Even though it was a short stay but everything was very pleasant, no hassle at all from check in to check out. The main attraction there was the pool with waterpark!
The check out time for the apartment is earlier than normal which was 11.00am. But that was okay for me.
Just that the wifi connection was very poor especially in the room and we were given with only one access card..rules at the pool were quite strict i’d say compared to other facilities/hotels where u have to leave your access card at the guard there..quite troublesome…
Overall, I’m a satisfied customer!

Ada lift. 4 tingkat. Deposit dikenakan rm50 sahaja.. First masuk hotel ni room 118. Tingkat 1 sekali dengan ruangan spa. Bukak je pintu hotel rasa nyaman je. Bilik air terbaik. Air laju, ada tab mandi.
Bilik dilengkapi dengan tv. Ada neflix, mcm² movie ada. Plug banyak sangat. Dekat tepi katil ada 2. Dekat iron board ada lagi.memang banyak plug. Cuma bantal tu mcm dh kempis sikit. Ada peti asi kecil, ada disediakan alatan minuman dan pemanas air. Ada arah kiblat, ada disediakan sejadah.. Ada tingkap.aircond sejuk...overall puas hati sangatt..
Yang paling best kawasan parking banyak, tak sibuk. Staff yg ramah dan jika parking dekat parking luar, pihak hotel akan bayarkan kupon prking kereta. Ni kali pertama menginap dihotel, hotel yang bayarkan tiket parking. Memang terbaik menginap disini rasa tenang nyaman..kerana rs macam ekslusive je walau hotel ni nampak biasa. Memang terbaik.taktahu nak gambarkan macamana keseronokan apabila menginap disini. Memang tiptop dan terbaikkk...Kena cuba sendiri.. Akan kembali menginap disini lagi apabila berkunjung ke ipoh

Apartment is located on 20th floor for my stay. View towards the south, very nice.
It has 2 bedrooms, both with connecting toilets. Living room and open kitchen is in a large space. Large enough for another queen bed that is placed beside the living room windows.
Do whatsapp the provided homestay number for instructions on an easy self check-in. Can also ask for early check-in if required.
Clean bath towels, hair dryer, hand/body soap and wifi provided.
