Hotel Ipoh dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Perkhidmatan yang hebat! Kakitangan yang rajin dan mesra yang membawa baldi air panas ke bilik untuk memastikan kami boleh mandi dengan air panas, apabila paip air pecah, menjejaskan semua air panas ke bilik. Semasa kami kembali berehat, tidak menjangkakan keadaan yang tidak dijangka ini, saya meminta buah-buahan, dan mereka membawa 2 pinggan, percuma. Kami dibuat untuk berasa selesa yang mungkin. Menaik taraf kami apabila kami diberi bilik yang menghadap dinding (jalan tinggi). Lokasi yang bagus, betul-betul bersebelahan dengan pusat membeli-belah. Sangat sangat sesuai untuk muda dan tua (ibu saya sudah berusia 80-an).

Kelebihan: - Bilik bersih, cantik & luas - Kemudahan bilik sangat lengkap: tuala, pinggan mangkuk, sudu garfu, pisau, ketuhar gelombang mikro, dapur induksi, peti sejuk, TV, dll. - Fasiliti lengkap: kolam renang, gim, ruang istirahat, dll. - Landskap taman & reka bentuk dalaman sangat cantik, banyak ruang untuk bergambar. - Tempat letak kereta percuma. - Dapat daftar keluar lewat kerana lambat dapat bilik semasa daftar masuk. Kelemahan: - Ambil masa lama untuk daftar masuk, jadi kena datang awal tepat pukul 3 petang untuk elak beratur panjang. - Lambat dapat bilik, masa daftar masuk bilik belum siap lagi, jadi cubalah minta masa daftar keluar dilanjutkan. - Bilik hanya ada 1 bilik mandi & 1 tandas, jadi kalau datang dengan keluarga yang ramai, berebut sedikitlah. Keseluruhan: - Sangat berbaloi sebab saya dapat harga promosi, bawah RM100 untuk apartment 2 bilik.

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

Okay okay je.. hotel mmg parking susah ye.. receptionist dekat lobby boleh pulak mntk kite parking luar pd kwsan hotel then nk kena jalan 3-4minutes ke hotel. Kite nya family travellers ada baby boleh byg tak kalau nk kena jalan mcmtu.. tp nsib lah guard bg parking basement ade je parking situ cuma parking nya bertingkat. Susah jugaklah bab parking ni saya tk berapa minat kalau tempat2 susah parking ni.. , lg 1, you all kena prepare jugak cash untuk cagaran tu.. diorang tkde sediakn debit ye, just kredit!  jujurnya tk akan stay situ dh lepasni..sorry for me lah sebab i ada baby so kena pkir smua tu..

Kami mempunyai masa yang indah tinggal di apartmen ini. Lokasi adalah sangat mudah, dan akses mudah untuk menghubungi perkhidmatan Grab. Apartmen itu sendiri bersih dan diselenggara dengan baik, dengan perabot yang selesa dan semua kemudahan yang diperlukan. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi pada masa hadapan. Terima kasih kerana keluarga saya mempunyai penginapan yang hebat di apartmen ini!

Perkara yang baik ialah bilik bersih. Tetapi yang menyedihkan ialah bilik air hotel berbau busuk. Katil ketiga tidak seperti yang diiklankan, ia adalah katil kecil *****tara. Saya tidak dibenarkan bertukar ke bilik lain walaupun saya telah membuat aduan. Mereka hanya menawarkan 3 sarapan percuma kepada kami kerana pengurus mereka bercuti. Trip.com sepatutnya memastikan ahli-ahli anda yang menempah bilik dari aplikasi anda menjadi keutamaan anda dan gembira untuk percutian bersama keluarga.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Lokasi sangat bagus, dan tempat yang boleh Instagram. Hotel telah digunakan semula dari bangunan lama dan usang. Reka bentuk industri dalaman menambah watak. Tetapi kebersihannya tidak begitu ketara. Bilik juga berbau dank n sewer-ish bau dan masa. Secara keseluruhan, untuk perhentian memandu selama 1 malam, ia adalah memadai. Tetapi lagi tidak akan mencadangkan.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.
