What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

Great location and an excellent homestay experience overall! The prime location also made exploring the area incredibly easy. The only minor issue we encountered was that the provided towels had a noticeable musty odor. Aside from that small detail, everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend this place for big groups or families!

Kelebihan: - Bilik bersih, cantik & luas - Kemudahan bilik sangat lengkap: tuala, pinggan mangkuk, sudu garfu, pisau, ketuhar gelombang mikro, dapur induksi, peti sejuk, TV, dll. - Fasiliti lengkap: kolam renang, gim, ruang istirahat, dll. - Landskap taman & reka bentuk dalaman sangat cantik, banyak ruang untuk bergambar. - Tempat letak kereta percuma. - Dapat daftar keluar lewat kerana lambat dapat bilik semasa daftar masuk. Kelemahan: - Ambil masa lama untuk daftar masuk, jadi kena datang awal tepat pukul 3 petang untuk elak beratur panjang. - Lambat dapat bilik, masa daftar masuk bilik belum siap lagi, jadi cubalah minta masa daftar keluar dilanjutkan. - Bilik hanya ada 1 bilik mandi & 1 tandas, jadi kalau datang dengan keluarga yang ramai, berebut sedikitlah. Keseluruhan: - Sangat berbaloi sebab saya dapat harga promosi, bawah RM100 untuk apartment 2 bilik.

Bilik ini sangat luas, dengan satu ruang tamu, satu bilik tidur, dua bilik air, dan tiga singki. Koridor ini juga sangat luas, walaupun agak lama. Kakitangan meja depan sangat membantu dan baik. Sarapan pagi tidak mengejutkan tetapi ok yang paling saya suka ialah terdapat bahagian di mana anda boleh memasak ayam dan sayur anda sendiri, mee atau mee. Walaupun bersebelahan dengan lebuh raya, ia masih terasa sunyi, saya hanya mendengar bunyi penghawa dingin ketika tidur pada waktu malam. Wifi tidak stabil dan tidak tersedia sepenuhnya pada pagi kedua daftar masuk.

Typical ‘Airbnb’-like experience , everything is digital, just follow instructions you’ll be fine. Online WhatsApp to contact the management team, they are pretty responsive. 2 issues Our unit in 08-07A, the common toilet started to stink after a shower, think the plumbing needs to be rechecked. Strangely the stink went away the next day after the toilet dried out by itself. The car park for this development is REALLY NARROW and u have to park designated lots. We drove 4 levels up and sharp turn saw many cars scratch their side on the pillars. Not the fault of the accommodation but be wary if u r driving a car and a new driver, go SLOW! Good stay overal

Unfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped. The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants. Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay. Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.

Apartmen itu berada di lokasi yang bagus. Ia sangat terang dan bersih dan selesa. Terdapat kolam renang atas bumbung yang menakjubkan serta banyak kemudahan lain yang kelihatan hebat juga. Tuan rumah sangat membantu. Saya pasti akan tinggal lagi.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
