Hotel dengan WiFi di Albufeira

I think this place is quite far from been a 5 star W service. The cleaning arrived around 6 pm and also we had a bad situation with the room cards (it stoped working on the 3rd night). On the other hand the room by itself was spectacular, big and bright. F&B service was good as well. To conclude - do not expect perfect work on reception but at least you can enjoy friendly restaurant staff.

Such a lovely 10 day stay. The staff are friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean, linens changed every day. The view from our room was stunning (304). The breakfast was buffet and the choice astounding. We also ate a few times in the ground floor restaurant and of course used the ice cream parlour! We spent a few evenings in the bar, with Noonoo at the piano ( except for Sundays when we were entertained by ”Presumed Innocent”) fantastic place to watch the sun go down and served in luxury. We loved it. Thank you all. PS. To contradict an earlier reviewer. There IS a swimming pool, but we didn't use it as the beach is on the doorstep!

Un accueil à la réception très chaleureux. La chambre est propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. L’hôtel est à quelques mètres de la plage et à 5min à pied du *****. Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation des chambres: on entend les voisins et passages dans les couloirs.

Gorgeous hotel, very close to 2 beaches, walking distance to *****, but not so close that you can hear all the parties! Room was lovely, cocktails very good, staff very friendly & welcoming! Only thing I would comment less that 5/5 is there was almost no vegan options at the breakfast, which was a shame as we had paid for breakfast included and I couldn’t eat much! Anyway other than that amazing hotel, will definitely stay here again!

The staff are so friendly here - they made us feel so welcome. The hotel is in between the old and new towns so easy to walk to both. Our pool view apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was excellent and well priced. There is a great supermarket 2 mins walk away where we got all our provisions for self catering. Would definitely come back.

Just got back from staying here, hotel was nice enough, rooms were really spacious. All the staff were really friendly, one staff member I will mention, Gil was really friendly nothing was too much trouble for him. Ideally located to the ***** just a 10-15 minute walk and a short taxi right to the old town.

Second time staying here. This time as a family. Can’t fault it really as supermarket 5min walk away. Old town 20 min walk but an easy one. Special mention to the cleaners they really do a great job and are very friendly great at their job. Not much given to you in the apartment so you will have to buy most things. No brush , cloths for cleaning etc not sure if this is normal may be. Bar over priced. Bar staff very friendly. We didn’t have book a pool view and not a great view from other side of the hotel as your looking at a run down apartment block across the way which looks worse when no sun.

To say this place was awful is all I can do after my personal experience there recently, I certainly would never book to stay there again or recommend it. I booked a double room in their Guest House part of the complex. * The Reception is only open certain hours. You are supposed to be able to contact them outside those hours but I had to call them a couple of times and got no answer or help. It’s really impersonal and there’s no one around when you need them. * There is no facility to make hot drinks in your room. There was a bottle of water. You have to go to the breakfast room where a vending machine serves terrible quality drinks. You don’t want to have to walk around the hotel first thing in the morning to get hot drinks. *Room 521 was right by the door into reception and was noisy all night with people banging through into the corridor to get to their rooms. * The space immediately outside of the double windows in my room opened out on to the terrace for people sitting having breakfast. This was horrible and gave no privacy into the room at all. Thankfully it was raining but had it been sunny I would have had people sitting right up by my only window in the room. * They have waterproof mattress protectors on the bed which made it feel like you were sleeping wrapped in tin foil it was so hot and it crackled loudly every time you moved. * Pillows were either absolutely enormous and too big to put your head on or so flat and small they were useless. * No bathmat provided for the floor while showering, bit of a safety concern and I had to use a pool towel. No where to hang towels in the bathroom when you’ve used them…it was all just lacking in thought. * No waste bin in the bedroom * Horrid yellow lights in the room * It’s very dark and depressing inside. * Bright light over the door to highlight where the door was in the night but it lit the room up through the night making it hard to ignore and sleep. * Breakfast is only available from 8.30am which is very late. It was poor, stale bread and dirty jars with cereal in with a very poor selection of foods. Overall this was poor quality, grim and depressing and absolutely not worth the cost.
