1st room bed wasn’t made door was open, 2nd room shower head didn’t work but was fixed right away. Breakfast was mid great location though

It was a 3 night stay very nice spot it’s hidden from main streets staff very nice rooms need more love when cleaning tho it wasn’t that bad but needs more loving

Full of pets hairs and dusts. Dirty and no shampoo

the last room and am arranged to the handicap ,the service is not so good especially the showe area

Worst experience in nearly 10 years. The hotel was unhygienic, and for some reason, I was given a handicapped room. The shower head didn't even have a holder. Breakfast was just a simple biscuit, coffee, and tea. Thankfully, Mr. Shi, Ctrip's after-sales service manager, was incredibly helpful and was able to negotiate a solution for my early departure. A special thank you to the Ctrip service team!

To be exact, this Stay America in Spectrum is better than the average motel and Inn. It is a 5-minute walk to the very good Outdoor World and Costco, and the Spectrum Center is also very close. Breakfast is self-made oatmeal porridge, coffee, and small desserts. The staff is generally responsible At this price, you don’t stay in the room for a long time every day, just come back to rest at night, it’s worth it!

The room smelled bad and I couldn't cancel. I had to stay there reluctantly. I won't choose to stay here again. Although the hotel has a good location, it was a terrible experience.

There are several major problems with this hotel: 1. As long as you move in, they won't clean the room. They will wait until you leave before cleaning. I lived here for two weeks and urged them many times, but they didn't come to clean the room. Later, they told me that as long as the guests move in, they will come to clean the room after 14 days, unless you move out, they will clean it before the new guests come in. The key is that the used bath towels are never replaced. You have to take them to the laundry room downstairs by yourself, and you have to wait more than two hours in the laundry room to get clean towels. 2. There is a big problem with the access card of the room door here. The access card often cannot open the door. You have to go to the front desk to reset it before you can open the door, but after going out and coming back, it can't be opened again. The probability of this happening is more than 70-80%. 3. It is said that there is breakfast here, but in fact, there is only coffee and a single kind of small bread that seems to be expired. The bad thing is that I have lived here for more than a week and there is no coffee supply every day. It is said that the coffee machine is broken. 4. The room here is not very soundproof, and any movement of the neighbors on the left and right and behind can be heard clearly. All the rooms have no windows except those facing the corridor. The windows in the corridor are usually not convenient to open, so the rooms are dark all day long.

The overall feeling is still OK, but the room card can't open the door after swiping for a long time

I stayed here for a while on a business trip. It was nice and convenient.

It's a bit like a motel, the breakfast is simple and the room service is completely self-service.

Clean and convenient. Except for the poor sound insulation, everything else is good👍
