Facilities are very good, location is good. Food is excellent. Overall a good experience.

This has been the most interesting hotel we have been in India. If you are looking for a hotel with character in Jaipur this is it. The entrance facade is marvellous, really beautiful. Every furniture, every wall, every picture has been meticulously put together to make you feel you are in a little indian palace. It really reminds me the vibe of a riad from Marraketch but the indian version of it. The room was really beautiful as the rest of the hotel, just a shame that the windows where facing a building next door very very close, so no views, no much light, windows were really dirty and blind were broken, so we couldn't open on if them, but we didn't bother to open as we knew there was nothing to see. We used the pool, which we found it really cute in a little courtyard, but they overdid it with the chlorine. The breakfast selection wasn't as varied as others hotels we've been to, but the quality and the service was really good. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop, beautiful sunset we had on our first night there, delicious dinner and an amazing dancing and singing perfor***ce by one of the local family, we really enjoyed it. The hotel arranged a driver for sightseeing one day - which was convenient and the driver was knowledgeable. Just be aware that despite them saying they wouldn't we were still taken to clothes shops and spice shops for the general tourist hustle. Overall a really good hotel to stay. A good congratulations to the team, specially the waiters and housekeeping for their hardwork.

El hotel es muy cómodo con instalaciones nuevas y prácticas. Muy ordenado y limpio. Una estadía muy agradable. El personal de recepción siempre muy amable, me ayudó a movilizarme en forma segura, cuidaron mucho de mi, igualmente atendieron todos los servicios de lavandería, q era un sistema nuevo para mi. Agradezco mucho a Yogendra, Arti Kumari, Bijaylaxmi y Paramiject. Cada uno en su momento se esforzaron por atenderme.

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

We Visited hotel Clarks Amer with our friends I would say it’s very big and very Close to nature and have nature beauty also with well maintained in all the areas The room are very nice and well Maintained and it talk about food it is very good and the maintain the Indian taste very well they have 9th Floor Tablu Bar the Front Desk Team has given special coupons which made our stay more enjoyable the reception Team is very helpful and supportive they will give all the information about city whatever you need which will help you to explore and Special Thank To Gunjan And Prerna they are out standing LoL and Once again Thanks to Clarks Team to Make our Stay memorable, we will love to visit again in our next trip. The stay was really amazing especially the hotel staff . I would like to mention the name of of the staff as well like Shriya Lony Harmanpreet and Sonu at the Front desk are very helpful and have great smile on their face and also preferred to come here as long as to others well . This is best property where I stayed. Loved it the services and all

A beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and a wonderful pool area All the staff from the GM Mr Sharma, the Director of Rooms Ms Gupta, Mr J Singh Front office ***ager, our delightful butler Shashwati and the restaurant staff Rehot an Ajay were absolutely deligthful, and treated us as if we VIP guests! We loved the bar decor and the reception and the beautiful grounds and the buggies which resembled vintage automobiles! We had booked a villa but were kindly upgraded to a pool villa. Tea and coffee served everywhere at no cost with four pieces of laundry per day gratis. Also an amazing happy hour 5 to 7 each evening with delicious snacks to accompany! We did look forward to this each day as Jaipur can be cooler in the evenings. A wonderful hospitable hotel in amazing Jaipur, a very special experience indeed.

The place legit looks like a palace. Entire place is super clean and the rooms and big and comfortable. Staff was extremely hospitable,we had a great experience here.
