I really want to appreciate and share my feedback for the excellent hospitality probided by Yatharth, Chahat, satyajeet as they made us feel very special. The dishes suggested was really exquisite and delicious. Specially the fish was really well cooked and marinated. Thanks you guys :)

Nestled on Bhawani Singh Road in the heart of Jaipur, Rambagh Palace is a masterpiece of heritage, luxury, and unparalleled hospitality. I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

Awesome experience at Hilton Jaipur. Provided early check in which is deeply appreciated. Lounge experience was also good. So was the food and service. Room with outdoor terrace felt spacious and cozy. Location is also terrific with railway stations, malls nearby. Overall a great experience. Will return for sure.

Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi persendirian dengan pancuran mandi menampilkan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut. One of the best stays… Our breakfast and dinner experience was the best bec. Of Ms. Harjinder kaur and Mr. Pawan… They were the best servers They made some items specially for us… Best location… In the middle of the city… On a whole Best is the word that describes the hotel… Only one thing lacks They don’t have any accommodation for drivers…

Value for money and I’m use too live in this hotel. Location so close to airport and near by so good food places.

Hard to fault. Brilliant hotel in middle of Jaipur. Check in staff could do with some additional training as are overall poor with an mis booked room type and had zero empathy . Duty manager sorted in end and we compromised elsewhere. The pool , restaurants and bar staff are fantastic. Breakfast team a little slow. The hotel chauffeur is excellent albeit expensive. Rooms great - just ensure you get a renovated one which is very modern as the others are extremely outdated

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional services provided by the hotel, as well as the outstanding assistance from Manisha at the operator desk. The hotels facilities are topnotch the cleanliness of the rooms and the efficiency of the housekeeping staff was executed flawlessly my order was delayed at 11 PM but the staff, especially Manisha from the operator desk, ensured it was delivered promptly after following up her dedication and quick response were impressive so a special mention goes to Manisha, whose professionalism and dedication to excellence stood out throughout my stay Her prompt and courteous responses to all my inquiries and requests were remarkable. Her ability to remain patient, attentive, and solution focused, even during busy times, reflects her commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction the one thing i like the most her genuine friendliness left a lasting impression and her exceptional service greatly enhanced my overall experience.
