Ulasan Grand Hyatt Jeju

This hotel is amazing, the room is huge and extravagant. View, sofa, bed, tv, shower, bathtub, sink. Really great! The carpark is free for hotel guests and is so big they can block off every other lot and still have ample space. ******, shops, restaurants and connivence store in the hotel. The lounge was filled w good food and alcohol. Overall, extremely pleasant stay, i wish i had stayed for longer! However, as the hotel serves many many people, do not expect service where you are treated like a king. You just feel like a king in your room & in the lounge.

big, nice view, go eat all you can at 6th floor, okay and the front desk is abit like frustrated if you questions too much, with no smile on her face, we got another party room under another booking, they somehow call you at early morning 6am just to tell you to pay for minibar expenses, oh comeon i already give you the alipay for authorized, and when we call they just say you wanto pay by wechat or alipay, we wanto complaint cause, you calling at 6am, for nothing, we got deposit you may deduct ok

It was a beautiful experience! The staff is very professional, the restaurants are superb and the room service is impeccable. The hotel offers one of the best view over the city. My girlfriend appreciated the stay in Jeju and the hospitality of the hotel. Thank you

Love the experience especially the spacious room, it's really comfortable. Downside is when there's rowdy customers at the lobby.. however, it's not the hotel's fault so I'm still giving it a 5 star!!

New big hotel. But lacking in hospitality. We felt the staff were there just to do the job. It is just big branded hotel and that is it. Feedback to the reception that the room smelt of smoke. Not sure if it is in the central aircon or just the room. The smell is disturbing especially in the middle of the night.

Good premium product, short of luxury. Motel level service and courtesy. Nothing is included, no spa, no toothbrush. Thank goodness they didn't charge for wifi. When asked if I can use the gym after checkout since I have a late flight, they said definitely not. Considering you're the most expensive hotel on the island, maybe consider extending some courtesy to your guests so they don't feel like they just walked into a holiday inn.

The room size was huge for a family of 3 but the room was not well maintained. Given by the nice bathtub but it would be nicer if they provide bath salt like the Lotte hotel we stayed in MyeongDong. We give up the thoughts of airbnb and chose this hotel was because of the good location. It was near to 2 big supermarkets, Emart and Lotte mart and many eateries around.
