Stayed one night, amazing service, spacious room for the deluxe type, also a classic building concept but looks luxurious and modern. But I feel that the room feels less soundproof so that sometimes sounds from outside can still be heard into the room. The breakfast menu is quite good and varied. The location itself is quite strategic, near the Yogya Monument and Malioboro. Will definitely come back to stay here.

I stayed June 3rd 2023, this hotel near Tugu Train Station. Only 10 minutes walk from exit gate. The employees have great hospitality. Thank you Salma has fulfill my request for room 705. The room was clean, suggest need intense in sofa cause i found stain. The breakfast so so, need improve for bihun goreng, too salty for me. I ordered room service 3 menu, but the rice for the tengkleng was not soft (bit hard), maybe Chef need check regularly before serving to the guest. And please maybe you can skip regulation for calling the guest in the room 1 hour before check-out. That's annoying for guest like me who frequently stayed many hotel around Indonesia & other countries. But If should, maybe you can call at maximum check out time (12.00 noon)

I was very happy that i made my decision to stay in Grand Senyum Hotel Yogyakarta a few weeks ago, i stayed there for 2 weeks long. The accommodation was above and beyond my thought !! They gave me a very clean, elegant, and super huge room on the sixth floor so that i could have a very beautiful view of the most iconic scenery Tugu Yogya every morning. The room service was outstanding !! Even better when Mr. Eka as one of the fnb staff has sent my breakfast to my room couple of times by himself!! And the guest service team were very friendly, they took a good care of my needs everyday !! Attention to details is one of the best experience during my stay !! Thank you for the wonderful memory, would love to go back soon .. excellent !!

Nice place and good service, location nearly center of traditional market, i think never forget it, maybe next month or net year will be come back again.

Breakfast has a wide range of variety and good. Excellent customer service from the hotel staff who are always helpful and smiley.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a nice square with cafes and good local restaurants. The overall facilities are well taken care of and the pool is freshly located in the center of the hotel. The food was also nice and at a good price. Most of the tour services are able to pick you up from this location which makes it very convenient when exploring the city.

Wow, I had an amazing dining experience at the hotel's restaurant! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. From appetizers to desserts, each dish was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. We have booked the hotel from booking.com and I want to manage booking by call the property, guess what, the person (male) rejected my call TWICE after some conversation. And theen… since I can not manage the booking to add one more day ahead, I have to booked for one day more, unfortunately I forgot to choose “breakfast included”. first day’s breakfast (I booked for 3 days stay), the female employee at FnB told me that my booking did not include the breakfast package. Then I show her the information that if I still want to have a breakfast I have to pay IDR 85.000. She acknowledge that. I also willing to pay. What happen next is.. when I choose the food and put everything on the table and start to eat, another female employee came to me and TELL ME THE PRICE for additional bfast. Why can she just wait until I finish to have my bfast ? Or she can just ask me when I leave the restaurant ( the desk is just in front of the door and every guest will pass her). Really, the manager should teach the employee how to handle the customer in a good way and in a good manner.
