Have read the comments about the hotel after booking Had worried about the hotel service However after arrival the related comments are not realistic The hotel is nice, new, clean. Staff service attitude is friendly enough. Location is also very nice. Hotel also arranged the buggy car service to soi 4 and soi 6 The destination is the kanpai restaurant and the empire nimman Close to the main venue in nimman Recommend of this hotel and will stay again if visit chiang mai next time

WiFi not working, totally no connection. If you’re trying to save your roaming data, think twice. I stayed at the King Room with Bathtub, very spacious and huge.. like a suite. Bathtub is good, wish they got provide bath boom. Aircond is super cold. Strategic location very near to maya mall but super traffic jam if you drive. Parking wise, very limited but manage to get parking.

Kemudahan di sekelilingnya agak jauh berbanding hotel lain di Thailand, dan ia mengambil masa 15 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke 711 yang terdekat. Ia mengambil masa lapan atau sembilan minit untuk menaiki teksi dari hotel ke jalan raya. Kerana kami memandu sendiri, kami tidak merasakan pengangkutan itu tidak begitu mudah. Malam daftar masuk. Terjumpa seekor lipas gergasi terbang. Takut sangat kekasih aku. Hotel ini menaik taraf saya kepada suite superior secara percuma. Walaupun beberapa penambahbaikan telah dilakukan, persekitaran kebersihan masih membimbangkan.

Great staff especially the female receptionist during our stay. Helped us with our issues missing items at royal park n called the tiger kingdom for us! Appreciate it so much. Nice pool also n brkfast was good

Hotel ini terletak sangat baik, sangat baik, tetapi dalam tidak begitu bersih, hotel ini agak lama dan apabila menginap di sana bising, tidak ok langsung. Kolam renang tidak begitu jelas dan saya tidak berani berenang di dalamnya.

Over all experience was good. The view from my room was breathtaking. And the staffs were also very friendly and helpful. The only issue there for me was that the wifi was very slow. But since we had unlimited data on our tourist sims it wasn’t much of a problem for us. Definitely would recommend :)

Biliknya besar dengan balkoni, kemudahan yang lengkap, dan hiasannya agak baru dan moden. Lokasinya bagus, terdapat KFC, restoran pizza dan restoran tempatan di bawah hotel, serta kedai peralatan mandian yang lebih besar. Di hadapan sedikit di seberang jalan adalah bandar purba. Sarapan adalah biasa-biasa saja. Perkhidmatan ini mesra dan penuh perhatian.

Datang untuk tinggal buat kali ke-2 pada bulan yang sama. Perkhidmatan yang baik seperti biasa. Pesawat itu mendarat sangat lewat dan terpaksa bergegas untuk menjalankan beberapa urusan terlebih dahulu. Takut tak sempat check in, call hotel. Pekerja bercakap dengan baik. Anda boleh mendaftar masuk pada bila-bila masa. Anda boleh menghantar permintaan khas melalui Trip Kali terakhir saya mendapat tingkat 1, jadi saya cuba meminta tingkat 2 dan bilik yang saya dapat adalah tingkat 4. Sangat ok.

We wanted to share our experience during our stay at your hotel. We were very impressed with everything! The accommodation was top-notch, with a clean and beautiful bedroom that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast variety was also fantastic, and we particularly loved trying out Kaeng Hang Lay, a dish whose name we were unsure but the taste is awesome. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our stay at Moose Hotel Nimman and would definitely consider coming back to stay again. Thank you for providing us with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

All staff were welcoming. Let us check in 30 mins earlier than check in time. They had welcome drinks/food, their mock tail was delicious! Roof top view was lovely and during check out they gave us a souvenir! Hotel was walking distance to plenty of shops /eateries/attractions and it is also close by the airport (20mins) so didnt have to rush.

Love this hotel, new, clean, medium sized hotel. 3 of us stayed in a good size double story room! It’s only 5-10 mins drive from the city and they offer a great spread for hotel breakfast & my favourite is the mini cafe which they open every morning, even if it’s just to serve 2-3 guests with latte or americano coffee options. Must say they really put heart into the work they do. Every single staff there works hand in hand to provide great service. Will be back!

Interesting experience where we had dinner (bbq) and breakfast delivered to our room. View was great from the balcony. Room was clean. Only downside was there was no amenities surrounding after sunset. So make sure to have extra food for those who require supper. Also, be prepared to live with some insects or flies that flew in from the nature. We loved staring at the greenery and breathing in the natural fresh air, which we can’t get the experience in the city. A good getaway from the bustling city life. Highly recommend for those looking for such experience

This resort was a dream! Such quiet, beautiful views. Stunning scenery and amazing food. The villa was incredible, with a personal swimming pool and the decor was traditional Thai which is exactly what I had hoped for! The service was incredible and above and beyond! My partner had a tooth problem on our 2nd day, and they quickly found us a dentist in downtown Chiang Mai. I have already suggested this property to so many family, friends, and colleagues and will definitely return myself.

Quite a gd place to enjoy natural. But reasonably, it's not a luxury location. Location is not too accessible but meant to be.

Good location,very close to Golden triangle the well known place that a lot of foreigner visit here and most of them choosing Golden Triangle resort,also my family come to Chiang Saen every year and stay here each time...

Warm welcome from all staff. Big room and clean. Delicious food , easy to order food from room service just scan the QR code and you'll get your food quickly. I did enjoy my stay. Delicious breakfast served to the room.

What a fabulous hotel, Beautiful accommodation, very comfortable, wonderful rooms in the Moroccan style, lounge, kitchen, balcony, bedroom, all very clean and well decorated. Friendly and helpful staff, in our case they were extremely helpful and went above on beyond and I wish to thank them very very much, I cannot thank them enough. Steve and Panya 20230802~03.

Thanks for Mr Tee for everything. Nice villas clean and beautiful. Good service and professional. I recommend it if you like natural places and if you looking for relaxing all the activities near by , also the area has nice restaurants and good cafes.

We stayed in the cottage for only one night. Love the hospitality here, the staff are very attentive and friendly, we received welcome complimentary drinks when we arrived at the cascade. It is so beautiful, with green scenery, peacocks & ducks around the premise. The rooms were big and clean, just be careful with the floor and go bare feet it gets very slippery with socks on. The Internet is good we had no problem with it. I sleep well to the sound of the water rushing and I can not hear the birds, ducks or peacocks at night, they go to sleep too. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and it is a bonus with the waterfall view. Such a unique experience, everything is just so picturesque!

We stayed as a couple in November 2022, the hotel, it’s grounds, the rooms and the pool are beautiful. The staff are generally friendly especially the main reception gentleman who was there and always willing to help 24/7. Whilst the hotel was beautiful, there are a few improvements that are needed to allow guests to have a better stay. The breakfast wasn’t great at all and we paid quite a lot extra for this (as the hotel is a 30 minute drive from town). There are two options, a Thai breakfast (minced pork with eggs although we didn’t try this) or an American breakfast. There are no options for fruit, yoghurt or any cereals. The American breakfast shown on the menu doesn’t come as shown and instead comes with frozen vegetables (rather than beans, mushrooms etc). From the second day I just asked for eggs or eggs on toast which we found to be best. The pictures online led us to think there were lots of breakfast options so we paid extra for this but this isn’t the case. We raised this with staff but we’re told the pictures weren’t right. The hotel is quite far out, but we liked this for a peaceful and tranquil stay in between our day trips out. Whilst you can buy water, smoothies and tea & coffee it would have been nicer to have access to water (maybe a water fill up station) tea and coffee all day round the pool. You do have access to two bottles of water in the room each day but this wasn’t really enough if you’re spending the day round the pool. There is a mini market 5 mins away where you can get some supplies from. There is an on-site gym which has enough if you want to workout, the pool area is lovely and everything is decorated really beautifully. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but a better breakfast option at the least needs to be improved given how far away from any other food options the hotel is.

Interesting resort. The gate is too simple and frugal that we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in the taxi. But when you go through the glass restaurant, you’ll find a new jungle garden world. Good gardening and swimming pool. However the room facilities are a little old, especially the bathroom which should be renovated. Btw there are many funny exploration restaurants, farms and places near the resort.

If you come to Chiang Mai, you should definitely stay in such a place. this place is about 10 km away from the area where night markets are located. It's a great feeling to come here after having fun in the crowd. like a place from heaven. just the sound of birds and crickets. The first thing you see when you wake up is a wonderful garden. the pool is very enjoyable but I wish it didn't close at 8... the staff is friendly and polite. the rooms are clean and very nice. This is the place I want to come back to. Thanks for everything 🌸

We booked hoping for a retreat, somewhere private and with a balcony to enjoy the nature and that’s exactly what we got. If you want a resort with a swimming pool this is the wrong place but if you want a private villa on the hill side with a balcony in the jungle then this is perfect. I celebrated my 30th birthday here and have no regrets! The room is huge, bathroom too. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the bed was a little hard for our liking, perhaps more Thai style. The staff were great and helped us with the luggage. I recommend hiring your own car and bringing some snacks or drinks with you as there’s no shops close by. The breakfast was order the evening before but enough. We bought a little extra fruit and snacks for beer in the evenings. We had the most wonderful two nights here!

stayed here twice, june is low season so the rate is cheap and no one else except us, peaceful quiet, nice view of the mountain, cricket and frog at night, stars are bright on clear night. The pool in the morning is empty except us, but lots of dead insects in the water, but still decent fun. no breakfast though, with so few guest, we understand. A restaurant just outside the villa, so food is not a problem, but better to be there with your own vehicle.

So happy to returned back to the second home, when I’m landing to Chaing mai always think about this hotel is the first selection. Feel like home, place so quiet and room very clean, the room facing to the mountains view. The Local market near by to the hotel walked for 10 minutes. This place is far from the busy area make you deep rest and deep sleep, the hotel provides bicycle you can bike around hotel area. thanks you everyone there. Regards, Suranee

I first stayed at Sela Chiangmai with my family in July 2022. I chose to stay here because I did not want to stay in a hotel that is crowded. I can only say that I made the right choice to stay at Sela. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable. There was everything you needed in a room. There were lots of sockets for all your needs. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get up. Breakfast was made individually and was so delicious. I just love the atmosphere there. The service was incredibly good. The staff were so friendly and helpful and would go out of their way to get things done for their guests. I went back there again 2 weeks after I came back. I just love it there. Very peaceful and quiet.

Great relaxing place for a night staycation, like a B&B. Beautiful garden. Breakfast excellent. Cafe during pandemic lacked variety of desserts. Kitchen closed at 5 way too early for dinner. We called Yummy Pizza and they delivered our dinner for a fee. Hotel provided plates sets.
