As I tend to stay in budget accommodations, many of my reviews and ratings are pretty similar. This will be another, as I found this place just average for the price. In all fairness, hotels in the south of Thailand are a bit pricey for what you get, at least when compared to northern Thailand. The room was comfortable enough but really needed a deep cleaning. The air-conditioning, hot water and refrigerator worked fine, no complaints there. On a positive note: there is ample parking for those who are self driving. Also, there are coin-op washers and a dryer next to the reception area. I took advantage of this opportunity and did a load of laundry. Perfectly acceptable for a night or two, but that's about it.

I think they had rebuild the hotel, as it is quite new. Spacious, and very comfortable. Bed is nice to sleep, bathroom is big and balcony with view. Ample parking space. They even had Netflix! Price is affordable. There’s a mini mart in front of the hotel. As long as you have a car travelling is easy. Distance from city centre is just few minutes drive

Location wise, it’s excellent. Smacked right in the middle of town. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, clock tower, tunnel, and most attractions. Rooms are not well kept. I’ve got a bed sheet that was torn. Toilet taps that are loose. Noise levels near the discotheque next door is deafening especially if you’ve got a room that is near the corners next to it. Hot water is sporadic. WIFI is non existence once you get inside the room. Spotty at best if you stand at the room corridors. Air conditioning is central but there is no temperature control. So you are left feeling cold throughout the night. Now there are those of you who see this as a plus point. Nearby the hotel, there armed abundance of food choices within walking distance.

Resort area is clean and tidy. Excellent. Rooms condition; rundown require serious upgrade. Lighting not fully function and toilet facilities require full upgrade. The bath tower is ages old. Need full upgrade in order to justify the price. Breakfast is top notch and delicious. Credit to the kitchen. Interesting resort.

stayed sri bentong3 deal breaker- wifi cannot log on and nobody appears to really bother. they will show it's on but nobody is able to log in. just for a night or two, so WiFi was important to us cons- one lift for 8-9 floors,flush need to hold very long and need like twice, bath tub stained, one small bar hand soap for bathing, one small packet of shampoo, lukewarm water, wifi hard to log on or never, one manual key, had small dead beetles or cockroaches behind bathroom door. pros - fairly maintain, towels provided, at the 3 active lanes where everything are
