The Ummed Jodhpur Palace Resort & Spa

We had a great experience in Jodhpur. All the staff was really nice and attentive. Dayal and Arpit were very attentive in the restaurant. Morisi showed us around the horse stables and the area where the peacocks are. We had a great time over all.

Shitan singh and mohan best room service people and helped a lot whenever required. Best service and hospitality. The property is very good and the food here is awesome. The swimming pool is best ever and also has hot water for cold season. The indoor games include chess ludo carrom and many more

The property is so beautiful and the staff is so friendly. Special thanks to the Jwala ji, Mohan ji, Guddiji, Rahulji and Jagmaal ji for your hospitality. The nature, the view and the vibes are so specious. Our morning breakfast was the cherry on cake too.

We stayed at the resort for 3 days. Positives: located over a large parcel of land up close with nature and animals, kid friendly as they enjoyed spending time at the cow farm and horse stables, food ordered a-la-carte was good, front office staff was courteous. Negatives: the hallways had a strange damp smell, washrooms need maintenance, shower curtains were stained, toilets need deep cleaning, bed sheets were torn and not maintained, lighting in the room was dull. Housekeeping staff unknowingly barged into the room to clean up as we were preparing to check-out - it was a very unpleasant experience. The staff can wait to clean up until the guest departs the hotel especially when it is an off-season and the hotel had lower occupancy. Kids had a great time feeding cows and horses but the Farm maintenance staff demanded money as tips. Unfortunately I didn’t have a wallet so I was ridiculously offered a gpay number. It was a damper to the whole experience.

Sorry, but no. More of a hostel than a 4-star hotel. The reception was lovely, but there was a strange smell in the hallways. The rooms only have two light sources, giving the room a gloomy feel. The air conditioning didn't work even at full power. The bathroom had dirty stains on the wall, as well as the shower curtain. The hotel staff was super friendly and attentive, but in the dining room both the plates and cutlery were dirty. Also the waiter's nails, which had some black marks, left a lot to be desired. Sorry, but it's the truth, the staff was lovely and attentive, but we didn't like the general service.

Had a long stay in The Ummed Palace Resort and Spa... The entire stay was excellent... The Hotel has such a grandeur...The rooms are well maintained, very comfortable with all amenities with large glass windows, allowing the scenic views of the gardens.... The best part of the hotel is its people.... The staff of the hotel is extremely courteous and helpful... The hotel staff at front office especially Nabnita, Ishita, Sagar, Vivek and others were always ready to help...The staff at the restaurant, Bikramaditya, Raju, Om, Dayal, Ravi and all others were full of hospitality....They always took care of and looked after the guests very well... Food was very good and always a lavish spread...Chef Mr Joshi was always there to look after the dining needs and was ever ready to prepare any dish which the guests wanted....Mr Om Singh looking after the travel needs of the guests was again very decent and punctual.... special thanks to Mr Jatin, for being so much considerate to accommodate our so many demands and change of programmes... The Udaipur Suite and the Jodhpur Suites are the most luxurious rooms...tastefully done and with excellent in room amenities... Overall, I had a very comfortable long stay at the hotel made memorable by the excellent staff and ambience of the hotel...The main lobby of the hotel is so beautiful, especially the round canipy shaped roof decorated with beautiful designs. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody visiting Jodhpur for a leisurely trip...

I got the best service in this place and I want to mention their best breakfast services, their hospitality and their good helping nature in the delightful hotel and their property. Comfortable stay. However, the spa services are not running currently on this property.

We stayed in the hotel for a prolonged duration. Went for work trip with Mr Mahipal. He is a highly professional, cordial and helpful person. If you stay at this hotel and avail their transportation services then definitely ask for him. Kudos ! And best wishes

The Bed was very cozy and warm, pillowes were very comfortable. Room service was very excellent and staff was were friendly and helpful.Mainly there Bathtub were very nice and clean.There AC were also good and interior was very good and vintage.
