Hotel di Pusat Bandaraya Johor Bahru, Johor Bahru

ini kali ke2 saya menginap disini..hotel bersih..berdekatan dengan bandar..pelbagai kemudahan senang didapati..sya juga telah mencadangkan beberapa orang rakan untuk bercuti disini untuk bermalam dihotel ini..

First of all, the hotel is brand new. The hotel is very close to the JB city centre yet located in a very quiet surroundings. Secured indoor parking. The 2 Bedroom Suite is definitely worth every penny...extremely generous in space, a very functional kitchen, spacious dining area and living room. Would definitely come back with family & kids as they have a nice kids pool at level 5 with nice view of Johor straits & also Singapore!

Semua okay. Kecuali aircond dalam hotel tu.. Kalau boleh servis laa..sebab tidak rasa langsung aircond..berpeluh sy tidur..dgn baby lg..harap perbaiki lg.dlm keadaan cuaca panas nie kan.. Ape pon hotel cantik..

Rehat sekejap dengan suami ke JB. Hotel terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari City Square kira-kira 10 minit. Melancong adalah mudah. Bilik adalah sangat luas yang saya menghargai ruang berbanding dengan penginapan lain. Layak dan bersih. Katil terlalu lembut untuk berharap ia boleh menjadi lebih kukuh.

Hotel yang terletak sangat hampir dengan pusat bandaraya. Berdekatan dengan pelbagai kemudahan seperti pusat membeli belah, carwash, service apartments dan lain2. Mudah dicari dengan menggunakan waze atau Google maps. Apa yang paling Best adalah tekanan air di dalam bilik mandi sangat power. Puas hati. Terdapat juga kemudahan salon, spa, valet dan mini market. Harga yang berpatutan dengan bilik yang ditawarkan. Terima kasih Trip.com

The room was not fully cleaned up on entering the room at 7pm, and they forgot to give us keys to lock the room door but it was a 2 room unit with a shared main entrance so we had to request for keys at night to lock the door safely for the next few days. We checked in with the owner in the afternoon but the jam coming in was very bad so we had to rush off for our appointments. The check in process was clumsy and they insisted on taking our passport photos that Anju didn't require and a RM200 deposit that was only returned upon check out. The owner didn't register our car to the parking lot and we were stuck at the carpark for a few minutes while we tried to exit the carpark for supper. There was puke on the shower wall, hand prints on the mirror, and dots of puke in the toilet & sink. So I did some scrubbing to make it liveable since we're staying for 3 days. The coffee table also had hair and dandruff from previous user so it wasn't wiped down after use. The bed is nice and firm, I actually had a good night sleep on the bed as compared to the lousier beds at Anju. Unit provided us with cutleries, cookware and utensils and working washing machine which we utilised. Checking out was Abit messy because we cannot handover the keys and the carpark access card before leaving the carpark and 1 told us to handover at level 8 while the staff suddenly turned up at our door at 11.45am while we were still packing up. In the end we agreed to checkout at the carpark exit.. Price wise between YJYQ & ANJU, I would say YJYQ is more pocket friendly. And when I were to bring my family over for holiday, I would book YJYQ for the 2 bedroom join units. We also received a small door gift. 😀 Overall I personally like staying at R&F.

Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik. Lokasinya selesa. Menemuinya dengan cepat. Biliknya kecil, tetapi semuanya sesuai untuk kami. Katilnya bagus, selimutnya besar. Sangat selesa, mereka menyediakan air, produk kebersihan yang baik. Dan berdekatan terdapat sejumlah besar masakan Eropah (Amerika). Saya mengesyorkannya. 👍

Fives Hotel Meldrum is a newly opened property in October 2023. It is 850m by walk from Johor Bahru Customs. To get to the hotel, you would need to use the link bridge near the customs that leads to R&F Mall. Just before reaching the mall, head down from the bridge and walk towards the direction of Grand Blue Wave Hotel (GBW). The property is located beside the back of GBW. A 24hrs security personnel is stationed at the main entrance of the hotel. Upon my arrival, the Front Desk Staff had requested a RM200 deposit for my check in registration. The rooms are situated from the first to ten floors. There is no fourth level in this building. I was accommodated in a Standard Queen Room (No. 311). Although the room offers a window, it faces the wall of a building. There is an ongoing construction site located beside the hotel, which I perceived to last for another year or more. Unfortunately, the construction noise is audible which only ended at 10pm during my weekday stay. I later approached the Night Manager and paid a RM40 upgrade to stay in a Standard King Room with no window (No. 308). There is no noise as this room is located in the middle section of the building. Local, Singapore TV and Malaysian radio station channels are available for entertainment in the room. The SMART TV also offers Netflix and YouTube. There are two USB charging ports and three power sockets for your mobile device charging needs. The air-conditioner functions well and keeps the room cool. Shower gel, shampoo with conditioner, toothbrush and paste are provided. The shower head is fixed to the bathroom wall. I found the water pressure to be acceptable, but the temperature is lukewarm. A-lar carte breakfast is offered at RM25 per person, though I did not consume my breakfast at the property. Nearby the hotel, there are several coffeeshops located behind a public carpark that serve breakfast. Among them is Restoran Ah Bee Bak Kut Teh (Pork Ribs Soup) which is a popular eatery among the locals. There are also convenience stores and halal eateries located within walking distance from the hotel. Connoisseur Food Generation, a trendy food court is situated a 5-min walk from the hotel. This place has many food stalls that offer a wide variety of cuisine. There is also live band during my dining there. Whilst the location may not be perfect, Fives Hotel Meldrum is great for those who are seeking something new and an affordable stay in Johor Bahru.

Everything ok... Pemandangan cantikk... Bilik sangat sangat luas... Sesuai untuk short vacayy.. Breakfast ok cuma tak banyak pilihan makanan.. Dan yang paling penting dekat dengan tempat-tempat menarik.. Makan luar pon dekat2 je.. Will repeat.

Ia adalah percutian yang membuahkan hasil untuk hari lahir hubby saya. Kakitangan penerimaan tetamu sangat membantu kerana ia adalah penginapan yang tidak dirancang. Disebabkan tempahan saat akhir, kakitangan terpaksa mendapatkan pembantu tempahan mereka dan kami menghargai bantuan mereka. Dari lobi hotel, restoran, laluan pejalan kaki bilik tetamu sangat bersih dan cantik. Kami menginap di Suite Premier mereka dan kami menyukainya. Bilik ini sangat luas, kawasan sofa sangat selesa semasa menonton filem. Sarapan pagi adalah lazat dengan pelbagai hidangan. Daftar keluar kami juga sangat lancar. Secara keseluruhan kami menikmati penginapan kami di Holiday Villa Hotel, Johor Bahru. Terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan mereka kerana menjadikan penginapan kami sangat selesa. Terus tersenyum dan selamat bekerja. Kami akan mengesyorkan kepada keluarga dan rakan-rakan kami dan pasti akan kembali lagi.
