Hotel Kandy dengan Gim

The hotel itself and its facilities are fantastic. The rooms are nice and the food is absolutely superb. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant was really poor, which made this stay absolutely unpleasant. We were given dirty table cloths (and they didn’t want to replace it after asking for it), our table was given to someone else while we were at the buffet, we had to order drinks several times until finally served, we were given the bill to sign while still eating the main dish (not even dessert) and actually wanted to order more drinks, after being seated, we had to wait min 10 min to place orders for drinks or get silverware etc. From a 5* hotel we definitely expected something better. This is the only hotel during our trip, where we experienced bad service. which is a pity, as otherwise the hotel is really nice. We would not book it again.

Very comfortable hotel and great breakfast, though the aircon in our room produced a musty smell. Good view of the lake but the hotel being up a hill, the view is a little distant.

無變泳池擁有一流的風景，從泳池可以看到Kandy美麗的風景，房間的風景也不錯。到了酒店以後，酒店工作人員會幫忙協助辦理入住，並提供welcome drink，酒店比較大，我入住的房間相對比較遠。房間比較大，三人間有2張拼到一起的床，和一張單人床，足夠三個人睡覺。房間比較大，有空調和風扇，房間的落地窗不錯，有一個小陽台，可以用來發獃。房間不足的地方是的確比較舊，個別毛巾有點黑，而且感覺衛生間馬桶的衛生沒有搞好!在酒店吃了自助晚餐，價格3000多盧比，種類挺多，味道也不錯! 但是自助晚餐不含酒水，飯後需要給一些小費(畢竟這麪是小費國家)。另外補充一句，這個酒店在攜程感覺比其他平台都便宜!

The entire team at Radh Hotel takes pride in what they do! Love their warm and welcoming service and the room was absolutely amazing. Warm and strong shower, spacious room size and comfortable bed. It was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka!

The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The location is very close to downtown but up a hill so very very quiet. The food is good, EXCEPT the mutton biryani. Don't order the Mutton Biryani it was just tough fatty meat that you couldn't chew unless you want to feel like you're chewing on an old piece of gum.

We can introduce Mahaweli Reach in Katugastota area as the best place to rest for those of us who travel in the country and come to Kandy. The reason I say that is because of the fragrance of the staff there (Reception section, restaurant staff including the captain, spa master),everywhere very clean and Very tasty food. Hope to visit that place again soon. 🙏🌿

This is our second visit to this hotel this year and we will always stay here when visiting Kandy. Excellent hotel with great food, personalized service, extremely friendly staff, clean and big rooms with great views.
