Очень хороший отель, расположен на окраине города, до центра пешком минут 10-15 прогулочным шагом. У нас был просторный номер с двумя двуспальным кроватями. Санузел с душевой кабиной и ванной, ванна только набирается, мыться в ней нельзя, но мы не пользовались. Есть шампунь, кондиционер, мыло, лосьон, но нет геля для душа, учитывайте это при планировании поездки. Балкон с двумя креслами и столом. Очень круто, что окна выходят на лес, нет необходимости закрывать шторы, посторонних глаз быть не может.
Матрасы удобные, не мягкие, это хорошо. Розетки под европейские стандарт переходники не нужны.
Приветственная вода только одна, не пополняется.
Завтрак очень хороший, ассортимент не огромный, но есть омлеты, яишница, бекон, сосиски, мясо, овощи, фрукты, сладкое, все вкусно. Один из лучших, где мы были.
Персонал говорит по английски, очень отзывчивые и помогут со всеми вопросами. Нам давали зонтик и делали ланч боксы с собой, потому что мы выезжали раньше начала завтрака.

I enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious !
We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish.
Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy
Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic
and leans toward cold/luke warm
People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

Die Lage ist ein wenig weg von Schuss, aber die meistens Restaurants sind 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausblick von Zimmer war sehr gut!
Außerhalb der Hauptsaison gab es leider keine Polster für die Liegen am Pool oder Handtücher.
Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur wenige konnten Englisch sprechen.
Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

Прекрасний готель, максимально наближений до природи. Привітний персонал. На території є 2 басейни та гарний ресторан. Фото смачної вечері додаю))
Усе зроблено в одному стилі, гарні будиночки, навіть рецепція красиво вписується в загальний вигляд. На другому поверсі рецепції є лаунж зона, де комфортно можна зачекати свого поселення та пограти в настільні ігри. Або ж почитати книгу.
В номері є все необхідне: від різноманітного посуду з келихами, до блендеру, також є репеленти від комарів, що дуже допомагає. Мате, горішки та шоколадні цукерки як комплімент від закладу були приємним бонусом.
Дуже класна тераса з мангалом, можна вечеряти на природі.
А ще хочеться звернути увагу на деталі: записочка з іменем гостя та привітанням - виглядало дуже мило 🥰 ❤️
Це один з найкращих готелей, які хочеться рекомендувати. 10 з 10.

Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

Место красивое, и не в самом центре, но до него приятно прогуляться минут 20. Рядом остановка транспорта, если не хочется гулять. До водопадов отправляется автобус практически на выходе из территории отеля.
Номер просторный, но немного старое оборудование.
Не хватает стульев на балконе.
В таком чудесном пространстве хотелось бы более внимательного персонала и клиентоориентированности.
Очень долго тянут с заселением, хотя номера готовы.
Завтрак не дотягивает до 4 звезд, много испорченных фруктов, нет никаких овощей. И омлет не готов всегда, рассчет на то, что доготовится на месте, но это не работает.
Но территори отеля очень красивая и зеленая!

XXiongmaoshushuThis is a very cost-effective hotel. Iguazu is a very small town, so don't expect too much from the hotel, but it is definitely worth the price. Local transportation relies on taxis and buses, and there is a taxi point at the door of the hotel, which is convenient.

麦麦We arrived at night according to the navigation guidelines. All the way to the black light, I thought I went to the wilderness. The hotel is very wonderful. The room can only accommodate 2 people. The children over 3 years old will have to pay 60 yuan for the room. The half-day price is almost noisy and the final price is 40 dollars. The room decoration design is very simple, almost no decoration. The toilet door is facing the bed, the room on the first floor is simpler, two small beds of one meter wide, no carpet. In China, it is completely incompatible with the five-star standard.

CChuyunPretty good! There's a direct path from the right side of the hotel right into the park to see the waterfalls. The room facilities are probably on par with a 3-star hotel in China, not luxurious, but the location is just unbeatable. The hotel's natural surroundings are also excellent; you can see monkeys on the balcony from your room and toucans on the lawn. The hotel's dining is also very good, the fish was delicious. And the cantaloupe at breakfast was also really tasty.

55352****The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!
