Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

Die Lage ist ein wenig weg von Schuss, aber die meistens Restaurants sind 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausblick von Zimmer war sehr gut!
Außerhalb der Hauptsaison gab es leider keine Polster für die Liegen am Pool oder Handtücher.
Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur wenige konnten Englisch sprechen.
Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.

Единственные замечания - это:
1. При заезде на 2 человек была только одна бесплатная бутылка воды 0.5. На второй день и ее не положили. При такой цене отеля и отсутствия магазинов в шаговой доступности - очень странный подход.
2. Не было геля для душа. Шампунь, кондиционер, даже лосьон для тела были, а геля - нет. Тоже очень странно.

Very helpful staff. The hotel is not the most modern, but the beds were comfortable, the restaurant food was tasty, and everyone extremely helpful with any questions. Bus stop is right in front so it's easy to get around. Was great for our stay to the falls.

我們連續住了三晚獨立小屋202房，酒店位置和整體自然環境都不錯，比較天然，還能看到野生刺豚鼠在花園裡活動。距離機場和瀑布都不算遠，單程打車25刀。早餐比較基礎。有泳池。房間比較舊，設施也老，吹風筒很小的功率，桌子也開裂。
服務態度挺好，有問題也會反饋。第一晚發現屋子周圍的燈都壞的，反饋後，第二晚修好了一部分。
但從第二天就開始跟酒店溝通要更換到另一間空的201房，前台小哥説被訂走了。但第二天晚上發現並沒有，201房是空的。房間也沒打掃，垃圾沒倒，但房間裏的燈和空調卻被關閉了，説明有人進入過，為什麼不打掃？也不更換垃圾桶以及衞生間浴巾？也沒更換床單。前台説因為我們沒放需要打掃的字牌在門外。根本沒有。我要換到隔壁乾淨的無人的201房，前台不給換。也沒人打掃。
第三天房間整理床鋪，但沒換床單，整理清空垃圾桶。總之有問題酒店會有迴應，但不怎麼整改，也不給住空置的房間。非常奇怪難以理解！下次應該不會住了。雖然自然環境不錯。

Modern style of hotel with bare concrete ceilings etc.and very close to lots of bars and restaurants.. Room was comfortable and plenty hot water at the shower. Early breakfast at 6.30 can be busy and chaotic as everyone going on trips. Better to go an hour later if possible. Nice rooftop pool area. We felt it was excellent value.

XXiongmaoshushuThis is a very cost-effective hotel. Iguazu is a very small town, so don't expect too much from the hotel, but it is definitely worth the price. Local transportation relies on taxis and buses, and there is a taxi point at the door of the hotel, which is convenient.

香香港來的商务客人Mercure is so reliable with reception Lucia who can speak fluent English. She is so kind to help us book tango show for us. the breakfast nascent a variety of bread, pastry’s, fruit and bacon etc. We enjoyed the salad and risotto in the restaurant although the rib eye has let us down. The hotel is conveniently located about half an hour from the airport and 15 mins to Iguazu Fall and town centre. The tour guide could’ve pick us up easily in the morning after a full breakfast.
We highly recommend Mercure to travellers.

WWEI LING KohWe arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in the Iguazu National Park, and it is very convenient to go to the waterfall. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The room is cleaned twice a day, which is very serious and responsible. The room is of a suitable size and the bedding is comfortable. The restaurant has a rich variety of breakfast and dinner, especially the steak, seafood and various dishes for dinner are very distinctive and delicious. There is a super large infinity pool outside the house, which is very comfortable and has good attractions. In short, it is highly recommended!

55352****The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful, and not in the very center, but it’s a nice 20-minute walk to get there. There’s a transport stop nearby if you don’t want to walk. A bus leaves for the waterfalls almost right outside the hotel.
The room is spacious, but the equipment is a bit old.
There are not enough chairs on the balcony.
In such a wonderful space, I would like more attentive staff and customer focus.
They take a very long time to check in, although the rooms are ready.
Breakfast does not reach 4 stars, a lot of spoiled fruit, no vegetables. And the omelette is not always ready, the expectation is that it will be prepared on the spot, but this does not work.
But the hotel area is very beautiful and green!
