這家酒店雖然評分不高，但我覺得整體還是蠻不錯的。下次還想來住。 服務：前台的小姐姐又漂亮又熱情，送我們到房間後會詳細講解每個服務和設施。 設施：酒店的泳池俯瞰特別美，很喜歡。 環境：酒店蠻大的，路有點複雜，一定要有人帶去房間認一下路才行。

كانت تجربة ممتازة من ناحية الإستقبال وحُسن الضيافة والإستقبال والفندق ممتاز من ناحية الغرف والإطلالة على البحيرة ولكن الأكل بالنسبة للفطور ماهو بالمستوى المتوقع كان نوعاً ما جيد ، وشكراً لإدارة فنادق سينمون كاندي من إدارة وأعضاء وطاقم . It was an excellent experience in terms of reception and good hospitality and reception. The hotel is excellent in terms of rooms and a view of the sea, but the food for breakfast was at the expected level, it was somewhat good, and thank you to the management of Cinnamon Kandy Hotels from the management, members and staff.

Super view of the city, tasty food and comfortable rooms. Accessing rooms with elevators is another plus. Thanks to management. Our stay was group of 10 people from Turkey. We really loved cleanliness as well highly recommended, we loved Kandy

Starting from front desk to F&B to housekeeping, all the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They all had a smile on their faces all the time.

The beds were super, super comfortable and we had the largest room on the top floor with amazing city/hill views from 2 windows. The rooms sizes seem reasonable. The staff were all very lovely and helpful and the location is close to the lake (10 minutes walk). The bathroom was large and the water was hot. Breakfast was nice but expensive and Wi-Fi was excellent. Sadly, The decor of the room was in poor condition and needs redecorating. Wallpaper is peeling and walls are marked. The window blinds were all broken. The pool and surrounding area did not look inviting at all. The pool looks dirty. Such a shame. If they could fix the decor and pool we would have given this 5/5.

Lovely view and soft, comfortable beds to sleep in for the night. The single, only problem I had was the waiter at the restaurant kept asking me, “are you okay, is everything good?” literally every 2 minutes. After saying “yes, thank you” multiple times, he stands there and starts a conversation, and once, just stands there and looks at me. The only thing I want to do is eat my food in peace. Lastly, after the only thing he brought me was a cappuccino (as it was a buffet so I fetch my own food), I gave a 1000 lkr tip. He was visibly upset with this and his over-friendliness completely disappeared. I didn’t dare to go back to the restaurant after this. Food was good, however!

打開房間一股黴味，因是景觀房，外立面為幕牆，窗子不能開，須空調全力開啟半小時後黴味才逐步消散。 位置離山頂不遠，遠離康提湖，樓頂觀景台也看不到湖。設施還可以，服務態度還好，食物味道贊。 總體不推薦。

Staff were friendly, caring and helpful. Especially, Ashan, who was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fresh towels given each day and rooms cleaned daily. Room included the following amenities, free wifi, toiletries, safe, air conditioning, complementary bottled water. Hotel in a convenient location; 15 minutes from Kandy railway station. Nearby attractions include Kandy Lake (5 minutes -walking distance) and The temple of the sacred Tooth Relic (10 minutes -walking distance)
