We stayed for two night, and while the location is fantastic, the room maintenance needs improvement. Our first room had seepage, dusty linens, and a broken wardrobe door. The staff was okay when we reported these issues, but we arrived late and had no choice but to accept it. They did promise to change our room the next day, which they fulfilled. However, the new room also had some seepage, this time in the bathroom, though the view was an upgrade. I suggest they improve maintenance standards to match the hotel's great location, as it could significantly impact the guest experience. Also, be aware that there are no meal or beverage facilities, so you'll need to arrange that on your own👍

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to India. We had a Mountain View room that was clean and super comfortable. Location is great and the staff was amazing - always making sure we were comfortable and happy. They helped us with laundry and booking the Triund trek. We highly recommend staying here if you go to Mcleodganj.

This is an excellent place to stay. We had a mountain view room, overlooking the valley. Breakfast was included in the package we selected and the food is good and filling. It is very central on Temple Road and plenty to see within the confines of a walk. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. They waited for us to arrive after a long car trip from Delhi. I cannot fault this stay.

My parents, wife and I stayed here from 12 Nov 2023 to 16 Nov 2023 (during the Diwali break). Located on a prime spot on the temple road in McLeod Ganj, this hotel is a fantastic place to enjoy a stay. The actual rooms turned out to more spacious than we could estimate from the online photos on a popular travel booking app. The city view room commands a quaint view of the lovely temple road. The valley view room overlooks the scenic valley and the morning views are breathtaking. The hospitality of Sunny was par excellence. He took care of all our requirements including arranging for taxis (twice for local sightseeing and once for our travel to Pathankot). The breakfast items that we enjoyed were pretty tasty. Although the kitchen opens a bit late (for our taste), Sunny was kind enough to arrange tea and sandwiches a bit early, upon request. The clean bathrooms were commendable too. A definite 5 star experience and a will-repeat location. Cheers!

This homely stay situated in the heart of Mcleodganj, 5 - 10 minutes waking from sardar statue downhill, the area is very congested but they will manage to get you & your luggage, they do not have in-house restaurant but you don't feel that they do not able to fullfill your request of food & beverages. There are lot of food options nearby - one to mentions, hot-spot for Punjabi food, the street food near car/driver allotment center for tour/travel of Mcleodganj, which is 10 mins. walking, special mention is Sunny who will go beyond a manager of the stay and can provide you car service, scooty & proper shop to buy stuff. The owner is also very friendly, next mention is manu, owner of car service who can allot you cars of your choice, pls do bargain. Last but not least the in-house shop, does have a lot to offer, from souvenirs to essentials, sunny will give you best price in the market.
