Ulasan Karuizawa Prince Hotel West

Although the room rate isn't cheap, I think overall it's a hotel with excellent value for money. Firstly, the hotel environment itself is superb. It's spacious with lots of greenery, including a lake, trees, lawns, and small villas, making it very pleasant for a stroll. Secondly, there are hot springs and a shuttle service. Plus, right next to the hotel is a beautiful and very large outlet mall, offering convenient dining options. The shuttle runs in a loop, taking guests to JR Karuizawa Station and the outlets. Even though it's not a far walk to the outlets anyway. The hot springs ♨️ are free for hotel guests and include outdoor baths and a sauna. The hotel also has a golf course, which we didn't visit, but we saw staff assisting guests with their golf clubs in the morning. The only downside is that the hotel is quite large, and some guest rooms are a bit of a walk from the front desk. The West Wing is closer to the shopping plaza, while the East Wing is closer to the ski resort. It seems the West and East Wings are booked separately. The rooms are not small, and the window views are very pleasant. All in all, it's a hotel I would happily choose to stay at again.

The deluxe terrace room has been newly renovated and is excellent, and the view from the terrace is also fantastic!

Very nice to stay. A cozy place for relaxing. The room is very big and and can accommodate 4 persons. Just a bit far away from the hotel lobby, they will drive a car to send us to this place. Very nice view looking outside from the window.

The front desk upgraded us, and the cabin environment was superb. The balcony view was incredibly healing. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Although the shuttle bus was a bit inconvenient, we didn't even want to go out in such a wonderful environment.

The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and an excellent location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hot springs are incredibly relaxing. The outdoor rotenburo bath offers a unique experience. While it's a bit of a walk from the West Wing, thankfully it's all indoors, and following the arrows makes it easy to navigate without getting lost.

It's alright. Very convenient, the outlet mall is just a few minutes away.

You absolutely have to stay at the West Wing of the Prince Hotel in Karuizawa. Even though it's a bit further from the shopping center, the fairytale charm of the forest cottages completely captured our hearts. We spent ages taking photos on the lawn and didn't want to leave.

The location is convenient, with a shuttle bus service between the hotel and Prince Outlet shopping mall and the train station. There's a bit of a distance between the East and West wings of the hotel; the East wing is closer to the children's play area. The jungle adventure is suitable for both kids and adults. The breakfast was quite average, possibly because there were too many guests. You need to call a day in advance to reserve the number of people and time for breakfast the next day. During our stay, we could only choose between 6:30 AM or 9:30 AM. The 'please clean my room' sign was very confusing; instead of simply stating 'yes' or 'no', it had a lengthy message that was open to misinterpretation.

A great hotel, perfect for families. Both the elderly and children had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the free hot springs every day, and the complimentary shuttle bus to the station/outlet every half an hour was super convenient.

I originally booked a forest cabin, but since there was no air conditioning in the summer, I was moved to the West Wing instead. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the Karuizawa Outlet Mall, making shopping incredibly convenient.

This hotel is quite nice, very spacious, and the scenery is beautiful. It's right next to the outlet mall. The hot springs are also very comfortable. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Karuizawa to stay here for a night! They also have tennis courts and a golf course, which you can book if you're interested.

This hotel is super close to Karuizawa Station, just a 10-15 minute walk away. They also have a shuttle bus, so getting around is really convenient. While the room facilities are a bit older, they're well-maintained. For Japan, the room size is actually quite spacious. The hotel grounds are beautiful and quite extensive. Plus, they have a free and very comfortable hot spring!

Super nice hotel with great environment and service. We will definitely gonna revisit. My family and I enjoy very well.

I was initially worried the cabins would be old and run down, but they were actually much cleaner and brighter than the photos suggested. The woods are absolutely beautiful, though it rained the day we went, which was a shame. We really should have stayed at the hotel for a few more days. The only downside was the incredibly long wait for the shuttle.
