Hotel Kathmandu dengan Gim

During my 10 days of stay I truly loved the hotel, the staff from reception to house keeping were amazing and above all Kishor from reception and Saroj, how can only forget hom, what great person. I'm very thankful to him for the support he gave me in all my needs, from shopping, site seeing and much much more, I sincerely wish to thank Saroj , your truly a gentleman and I surely will never forgot you. Thank you Kishor, Kumar Mrs. Pornima,and above all Saroj. I recommend this good hotel , it's worthy of stay,

This property has a lot of history and heritage. Morden yet well kept Nepali tradition. Staff was amazing, customer service was spot on. Rooms where very clean and comfortable. No where in downtown Kathmandu you will find massive gardens to relax. The property is well far from the Main Street so less road noise and horn. Breakfast selections was very good.

We stayed in le himalaya on 21st march to 23 rd march: 2024. The room is ok but house keeping service is poor. We wanted to change the room for better options but after telling so many times in reception they didn't take any responsibility. Service is very poor. So we decide we ll stay another hotel after coming back our dhulikhel trip. Our buffet breakfast is included with room rent but there also service is very poor. Food is not hot if you order in live kitchen they ll take so much time. We are disappointed. Swimming pool also not available in this hotel. D. Ghosh.

ネパールカトマンズのタメル地区に有ります。細い路地を入るので入り口が分かりにくいですが、滞在中に利用したタクシーの運転手さんは全員場所を知っていました。 年末年始に利用したので朝食会場が混雑していましたが、それ以外はゆったりと朝食をとることが出来ました。 賑やかな通りまでは5分ほど散歩程度の感覚で歩いて行けるのでとても便利です。 部屋はきれいで清掃もきちんとしてくれましたので満足しております。

It’s quite good for location those who wish to travel cause international and domestic airport is closed to hotel. As well if you walk to PASHUPATINATH temple is about 10 to 15 minutes of walk.

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

在KGH住了三晚，我和孩子都很喜歡這裏。 服務：入住後發現隔壁房間很吵，找前台調換房間，免費升級豪華房，很安靜舒適，感謝 環境：這是一家有歷史的酒店，牆上的畫，展品，博物館（收費），藝術館，手工繪畫班，都含藏在酒店內，小花園能滿足低齡小童的玩耍需求 位置：酒店在巷子裏面，門口都是小商鋪，買東西，吃飯很方便，去幾個主要景點也不遠，酒店叫車貴，門口出租車可講價 餐飲：尼泊爾比較傳統的味道，價格略高，但用餐環境好，貴也值得

Spectacular luxury building with very comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Park-like grounds. Very attentive polite service. Excellent dining options. Can highly recommend to anyone staying in Kathmandu, if price isn’t a barrier. We would definitely choose this resort again upon a return to Kathmandu.
