Yüzünde ki, tebessümün ruhundan süzüldüğünü farketmek, kendinizi çok özel hissettiriyor. Sesi ile kalplere dokunan, nazik, zarif ve ipeksi bir ruha sahip olduğunu düşündüğüm, daha bir çok övgü dolu sözlerimin sahibi olan Sn. Selma hanim'dan bahsediyorum. Başta Selma hanimefendi olmak üzere, bu güzide otelimizin bütün çalışanlarina ayri ayri teşekkür ederim. Burada olmaktan ve Sizin kiymetleri tanimaktan dolayı çok mutluyum. İyi ki varsınız..

About the Kayseri hotel called Prime Inn City. Today morning, they asked for a price for January 10-14, they asked for 6000 for 4 nights for a 2+1 room. We evaluated it at the hotel (equivalents are in the 4000-7500 band) and made a reservation. During the reservation, Mr. Emrah asked how much the price was (a questionable question, they probably give different prices to everyone, check carefully) and I said 6000 TL and finally we completed it. 15-20 minutes passed, I was called again and asked for 3500 TL per night instead of 1500, saying that the friend who gave me the price today was on his own for 15-20 minutes and gave the wrong price, could it be checked in various places on the internet. Even though I explained that it was their fault, they did not take kindly to it and without apologizing, they said that if I did not give this number, they would cancel it, and I said cancel it. Businesses with this talent may sell the room to size, sell the room to someone who offers a higher price in the future, and call you saying we made a mistake. In summary, beware of a place that does not care about the use of trust and the customer's happiness/experience.

The room we had was cheap accommodation. The room was small, the shower and toilet were in very close quarters i.e. have a shower and the toilet would be soaked. There was a common room and a self-contained kitchen which we didn't use. This accommodation would be ideal for the budget traveller who wants to be close to the centre of town. It was pleasant enough. The street sweepers come though the town late at night and you would swear they came to clean the room. Finally the staff here were extremely helpful.

2 gece bu otelde kalıp servisle Erciyes e gidip geldim. Otel son derece temiz, odalarda ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey mevcut. Konumu merkeze yürüyerek 15 dk uzaklıkta , gürültüden uzak bir semtte. Bu sayede aracınız olmadan da rahatlıkla ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilecek durumdasınız. Kahvaltısı da gayet iyi diyebilirim.Bu fiyat seviyesinde bu kadar kaliteli bir otel bulabilmek heryerde mümkün olamaz. Kayseri’ ye gelecek herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

Fevzi bey ve Merve hanımın sunduğu hizmetten son derece memnun kaldığımızı belirtmek isterim. Her iki yetkili de nazik, profesyonel ve işlerini bilen kişilerdi. Bu tür bir mükemmeliyet seviyesi, gıda sektöründe nadiren karşılaştığımız bir özellik. Restoranın lezzetli yemekleriyle birlikte hizmet standartları, akşam yemeğimizi unutulmaz bir deneyime dönüştürdü. Fevzi bey ve Merve hanıma, bizi bu deneyimi yaşatan kişiler olarak özel bir teşekkür sunmak isteriz. Gelecekteki kariyerlerinde başarılar dileriz. Kendilerini herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim. Bu restoranda daha fazla zaman geçireceğimizi sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible of this hotel. Even if you’re on a plane near this area, tell your pilot to deviate and don’t overfly this horrible place. The room was super small, old, poor maintained, broken power outlets,not working wifi and has the worst cigarette smell that I’ve ever feel in my life. There was no hot water, no towels, not a curtain in the shower and just the remains of what used to be a roll of toilet paper long ago. It seems that they haven’t clean the room properly and there’ were some pills over a used ashtray (obviously with remains of a cigarette) near the window. The communication with staff was almost imposible, they don’t accept to change the room for a one that wasn’t a smokers room, my wife is asthmatic and has had a horrible asthma attack in the room, possible due to previous smokers on the room. When we checked out early in the morning, like 2:30 am there was no body on the reception, the door was locked and the key on the lock, so basically we had to leave the room key on the front desk, open the door myself and find my way out. I have been in a lot of bad hotels in my life, but nothing get closer to this horrible experience, and i considered myself a very calm person that tries to see the glass half full. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
