Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the hotel is pretty good overall.
Hygiene: It's very clean, no major issues.
Environment: The environment is decent, and parking is quite convenient.

Top level hotel under all aspects. Breakfast is superb and the room is spacious and comfortable.

The Hotel is just under the landing and take-off zone of the planes. Extremelly noisy…better using hears protections if you want to sleep before midnight or after 5am.

Overall a really good experience, would Satya here again before a flights!
The room was very warm due to the weather and the AC would only cool down to 25C which was still hot!
Complimentary bottle of water and coffee, as well as a complimentary coffee before the shuttle at 0500.
Complimentary WiFi, decent and easy to login to it.
Restaurant good value with outdoor seating in a central quadrangle
The bed was massive and very comfortable, although the pillows weren't great, even though there was a pair of big ones and a pair of thin ones.
Shower was really good
25 euro per day parking, stopping for a short while to drop stuff off (the desk staff said two hours) was free
Complimentary airport shuttle - easy and quick!

It’s quite hot and the AC doesn’t work well

The hotel has a reliable shuttle service to and from the airport terminal.
The receptionists are very nice and helpful.
The breakfast is excellent.
The public spaces were warm when I stayed there in December but the rooms did not have adequate heating.

The hotel's location is close to the airport and offers a free airport shuttle service. Remember to book your departure shuttle with the front desk to avoid any delays. The hotel lobby provides complimentary fruit tea, and there's also a mini convenience store. However, I'd recommend buying any necessities at the airport supermarket before heading to the hotel.

Hotel is near airport. We can see the aircraft flying over. Good Sound proof room, thus no disturbance from outside noise.

The location was great, there’s a shuttle bus connecting the hotel and the airport, you can refer to the schedule fyr. The room is clean and tidy, had a great 1 night layover.

Stayed in this hotel as I have a flight out of Frankfurt early in the morning. Free shuttle service is awesome . Room is clean just that spring time may not have aircon working.

The overall service of this hotel does not seem to justify a four-star rating. Additionally, the salmon dish I had at the hotel restaurant was one of the worst I've ever tasted, and its presentation was worse than that of a local take-away restaurant. Above all, experiencing hotel staff entering a guest's room without even knocking, despite it not being check-out time, is far from a pleasant experience. I believe the hotel needs to reassess every touchpoint of interaction with customers, starting from picking them up at the airport to the check-in process and beyond.
