Dream of heaven? Come here. Amazing hotel with amazing staff. View, swimming pool, even customised cosmetics in the bathroom of the room. Thanks for this unique experience. Great place to stay! I'm sure I'll be back

房間的色調非常美，窗外隔一條路就是大海，景色很美，晚上也並不吵。有一個小客廳（帶沙發床）和廚房，廚房用品齊全，很實用。有免費的停車位，離超市也很近。打車去熱門的景點（海明威故居之類的）也就十幾美金。唯一晚上的被子很薄，類似於一張毯子，有點冷，需要問酒店要額外的被子。但總的來説很滿意，下次應該還會來。

酒店位置/設施/服務都很滿意，自帶泳池，房間佈局合理，廳房分隔在廚房兩側，還有海景；廚房設備和用品上檔次又好用，一應俱全，我們待了兩晚，非常難忘，包括離開的早上keywest的區域大停電，謝謝後續Alberto的溝通協助。

無敵海景~ 停車方便，酒店可以幫忙和合作的公司租自行車和Scooter，和前台説完需求後一會就送來了。

The room itself was beautiful with fantastic facilities but this is where the good review stops. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I didn't get the view that I paid for. I paid for an Ocean View Deluxe Suite and the view that I got was completely obstructed of which the staff didn't care about when I advised that I was unhappy, the response I got was 'write a review about it'. What is the point in having a full ocean view and partial ocean view available to book if you are not going to honour what people pay for.

Very nice accommodations for a family. Easy parking. Washing facilities, spacious rooms. Fun pool with lots of fun activities such as ping pong and a basketball game.

Our stay at The Laureate Key West was so relaxing and spacious. We chose a 3 bedroom (yes, 3 bedroom) suite. We had two King rooms and one double queen room, as well as a full living area. Having three full bathrooms was definitely worth it! 😎 We also enjoyed a full kitchen with complimentary Keurig coffee, bottled water, and a full size fridge. It's not located in the heart of the historic district but a quick drive/golf cart ride away. Very clean and reasonably priced, too.

Staff very helpful, beautiful and clean rooms. Great area for dogs. BUT very expensive per night to have a pet. $100 per night. We loved our little apartment like rooms so we accepted that fee. Plus $35 per day resort fee. Overall a great choice as it is in key west and only 2 miles from old town making it very convenient.

The rooms are very clean. It’s nice to be able to make some meals in your room. The pool area is very nice

I liked the cleanliness of the room. They were very spacious. Getting to the room was a bit strange with going to back of motel and then up in elevator which was all outside. The hotel is out of the way.

Extremely busy traffic and very noisy from the road noise. Noise between floors very loud. Kept awake until 3am with guests on the floor above us. Will not stay again.

The room was beautiful & had a full kitchen with all the essentials. The bath products were wonderful & beds very comfortable. I loved having a room overlooking the water. Another bonus was complimentary cold water & & cold towels for your face at the pool. Also IHOP is a 5 minute walk for breakfast.

Our first time staying in Key West and I chose The Laureate because of other reviews and by what it looked like. They upgraded us without asking (probably because they did not have the room I reserved) but that worked out wonderfully because we really needed the extra space. The rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were super nice. The only reason for a 4-star is the showers had some hair and the grout needs to be cleaned but otherwise super clean. Definitly would stay there again.

Staff very friendly. Our safe was broken. Nice ocean view. The pool was clean and not too busy
