Hotel berhampiran Sweet Garden Kobe Factory Store, Kobe

神戸出張の際に利用しており、今回で3回目になります。いつもバスユニットが広い部屋を選ぶのですが、トイレと風呂の間隔が広くゆったりとしていて満足できます。 コロナ禍の為か、ルームウェアがフロントの前に置かれていたのですが、フロントの方から持っていくようにとの案内もなく、部屋に入って服を脱ぎ去ってから気付き、また服を着て取りに行く羽目になりました。 また、朝食のバイキングを中止しているのは仕方ないのですが、パン食が選べないのは残念でした。 こちらのホテルのパンは美味しく、楽しみにしていただけに少しがっかりです。 あと、コーヒーも機械式のインスタントのみで飲むものがありませんでした。 機械式でも豆を挽いて出すタイプのものに替えて欲しいと思います。

Excellent hotel, room small but very well designed, very comfortable bed and pillows, they provide free coffee, ice cream, massage chair upstairs near the hot spring. Hot spring facilities also excellent, very clean, inside and outside spring lockers, shampoos etc, staff very friendly and helpful, close to great Japanese restaurants and walk to Himaji Castle definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s closer to motomachi than sannomiya station. The location is good with a lot of food options, but more izakaya style, not suitable for young children in our opinion. Very near the busy Okura street for more family friendly options. The counter staff were dressed casually, no black jackets here, in fact they were looking a lot like characters on a hongkong police show but generally they are very friendly; the room does not provide bottled water and there are no vending machines in the building; we did not get any croffles but ice cream every night with fruits it was delicious. Night time noise is quite ok, though many people reviewers said it was noisy, we stayed on the 9th floor facing away from the main road and we slept very soundly for 3 nights. The room was very spacious (3 beds plus bath tub), and they gave us clean towels daily. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would return again.

Location in excellent. Very close to shopping malls and JR stations . Breakfast is light but yummy and afternoon tea service is wonderful. All of my family really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

Saya bertukar ke hotel ini pada saat-saat akhir kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Tanpa diduga, ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya! Beberapa kejutan: Lokasinya lebih mudah daripada yang saya bayangkan. Banyak kedai terkenal berada dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki, apatah lagi kereta bawah tanah, yang terletak di tingkat bawah. Sangat mudah untuk ke Kyoto keesokan harinya; Wanita di meja depan memberi saya hotel bertingkat tinggi. Pemandangannya bagus. Saya melihat matahari terbenam ketika saya mendaftar masuk. Tidak perlu pergi ke Gunung Rokko. Ia juga sangat tenang dan kalis bunyi, tidak ada bunyi sama sekali pada waktu malam; Kemudahan bilik adalah sangat baru dan pintar. Walaupun kawasannya kecil, terdapat butiran tersembunyi di mana-mana (seperti cermin penuh di sudut, almari pakaian di dinding TV, dll.); Akhirnya, peralatan tempat tidur juga sangat baik. Saya memilih katil dan bantal, tetapi saya mempunyai tidur yang terbaik sepanjang perjalanan di sini. Saya bimbang katil besar 1.6m tidak boleh tidur dua orang, tetapi ternyata bahawa ia tidak perlu, ia sudah cukup untuk tidur. Belum lagi aspek-aspek lain seperti sanitasi, bekalan, dan lain-lain. Very nice and clean hotel , close to the Main Street for shopping and food , nice staff , cheap price ,worth for visiting 👍

The raw eggs and natto are the most luxurious breakfast I have ever had. The room is clean. It is a bit small for foreigners, but it should be medium in Japan. The transportation is very convenient. It is in the city center. The price is acceptable. After all, it is a holiday. It's a pity that there is no public bath.

Quite good. It looks like it used to be a 5 star hotel that got a little tired. Still super clean and very convenient to the airport. The usual excellent Japanese customer service

初めての利用でした。部屋は老朽化の為か古かったですが、清掃はしっかりとされていました。そして何よりもスタッフの対応が親切で丁寧でした。いつもはホテルクラウンパレスを利用していましたが、翌日に神戸空港の利用があったのでこのホテルにしました。ホテルクラウンパレスと同じ系列と知り、「やっぱりな、、、」と思いました。ホテルクラウンパレスもスタッフの対応が非常に親切で凄く気に入っているホテルです。HMI？系列のホテルのスタッフはどこのホテルも親切で気持ちいい対応をしてくださるんだろうなと思いました。また利用したいです。
