Hotel berhampiran Wakamiya Shrine, Kobe

酒店位置很便利，距離南京街，ハーバーランド很近，房間雖然小但很乾凈，早飯是印度料理，不怎麼好吃。種類少，適合孩子吃的更少。房間定的是兩張單人床一張沙發床，本來想着帶着孩子可以把沙發床和單人床拼在一起，但是實際上房間裏沒有沙發床。原因是填寫住房人數的時候寫的兩個大人，要加沙發床需要另付錢。大家預訂的時候一定要注意。另外1300日元一個人的早飯其實可以不要，周圍便利店什麼都有，比印度料理好吃的店也不少。

Conveniently located at the heart of Kobe. The hotel has Onsen which is 👍👍👍 breakfast has a lot variety with Kobe specialities!

It’s closer to motomachi than sannomiya station. The location is good with a lot of food options, but more izakaya style, not suitable for young children in our opinion. Very near the busy Okura street for more family friendly options. The counter staff were dressed casually, no black jackets here, in fact they were looking a lot like characters on a hongkong police show but generally they are very friendly; the room does not provide bottled water and there are no vending machines in the building; we did not get any croffles but ice cream every night with fruits it was delicious. Night time noise is quite ok, though many people reviewers said it was noisy, we stayed on the 9th floor facing away from the main road and we slept very soundly for 3 nights. The room was very spacious (3 beds plus bath tub), and they gave us clean towels daily. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would return again.

The reception looks presentable but the room was quite old and toilet was really small. Will consider to try other hotel on my next visit to Kobe.

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

Location of hotel is superb, literally steps from the train station. The street beside the hotel is lined with restaurants, hence you will never go hungry. The configuration of the room was a little awkward, making 1 pax hard to get off and on the bed. View from the room was great. Hotel staffs were super helpful and gave us a good suggestion for dinner.

Just across the shopping street. Daimaru department store is 5 minutes walk. Check in at the 2/F with help from staff but you still need to go to the machine to get the room printed out and pay by the machine if you haven't paid. Breakfast room is crowded and can be full. Suggest to go before 7:45 am or check in the TV in your room to see the crowdedness - the status is Empty, Not Crowded, A bit crowded and Very Crowded from left to right.

Super nice hotel and I will visit Kobe again , love it , close to bus stop and JR line and Main Street 😘😘😘😍very clean and quiet room . Will book again 🥩like 4-5 stars hotel

The decoration of room is aged and the lighting is dim. But, nice customer service and convenient location of the hotel.

Quite good. It looks like it used to be a 5 star hotel that got a little tired. Still super clean and very convenient to the airport. The usual excellent Japanese customer service
