Gentle*** at Reception very pleasing attitude. Room was good with fridge nice setup but lighting is not effective. We had views of old buildings. Stairwell had very old smell due to poor ventilation. Breakfast taste was generally poor, omelette had bad smell. Dining section is beautiful and waiters etc.. very helpful. Juice and coffee were quite good.

Stayed here for one night in November, 2022 to catch a flight next day. The Location is great. Just 10 minutes to the airport and plenty of cabs available (160-200 Rs Max). But the rooms are very small, no restaurants, Only one option in the breakfast (breakfast starts at 8:30 and you might have to miss it if you have a early flight). The room was clean but the bed sheets, pillow covers were not clean, TV remote was missing. As per the Price (2500/- for standard room) it is a bit expensive if you consider the facilities. Staffs were helpful. Good thing is that decent restaurants are around this hotel so you wont have problem with food. I suggest the hotel should improve with the things that I have pointed here. Wish to see again if you improve!

We booked two rooms, and we're alloted on 4 floor , first the kettle were not working, ac remote not working, furniture looks like it will fall apart, old and ill maintained. Reception staff does not cooperate, very Rude as well. Stayed for 2 nights and ended up arguing on both nights. Request for cleaning the room was also ignored.Rooms are noisy as well, would like to mentioned Mr ***as and his colleagues are very good at Arguing with the guests. Overall highly disappointed.
