Good central location. Room was basic and spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited but food quality was excellent, and the staff serving breakfast were wonderful. We stayed in the second block and the Wi-Fi signal was weak at times. It was strong in the first block.

Wow, what an incredible experience! We absolutely loved this resort! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us with setting up mopeds, ordering a taxi, transportation to the airport, and so much more. We went to Tiger Cave Temple, which is not too far away and is an incredible place that everyone must go to. It's a tough hike, but worth the views at the top. One day we did a luxury private long tail boat tour and wow, amazing! There's so much to do in the area. The resort was super clean and even better, you get the amazing jungle views. Hopefully one day we can make it back and we will make sure that we stay here again !!

Bilik itu agak besar dan selesa, dengan segala-galanya disediakan - jubah mandi dan selipar. Tuala ditukar setiap hari, anda tidak perlu memintanya. Katilnya selesa dengan tilam ketegasan yang baik. Satu-satunya perkara ialah bantal tinggi tidak selesa. Apa yang benar-benar hilang ialah sekurang-kurangnya pengering pakaian kecil di balkoni.
Hotel ini mempunyai gim yang kecil tetapi selesa dan kolam renang yang bagus.

PPengguna TetamuDusit Thani turned out to be our best decision when we planned our trip to krabi. It’s one of the best resorts we stayed in till date. The property is huge but in a stay of just 2 days, we couldn’t even roam around the whole property. Room size is decent, nice washroom, good amenities, okay breakfast for a Indian, not too good for a vegetarian(must hire a Indian chef), but room service, reception staff and all Hotel staff were really good. Swimming pool is amazing. Beach area is just beautiful even at night. The resort beach is a sunset beach so no need to go anywhere else to see the beautiful sunset in krabi. The best of this resort is the Photography Team Ahmed and Marwah. They were the best thing happened to us in Krabi. Thankyou Dusit Thani for making this possible for having Ahmed and Marwah there for us and film us so well that we got the best memories captured for our lifetime. The photo shoot done by Ahmed and Video created by Marwah (an actual surprise) was so amazing that we will cherish all our life. The sunset photography, the beautiful dress and the amazing film created made our whole trip the best till date. Thanks Champions Ahmed and Marwah.. hope to meet you guys on all our trips in future.

PPengguna TetamuWe had an amazing visit! Would definitely return! You must realize that you are staying basically in the jungle. You don't need fancy clothes. You don't even need shoes. Getting there takes time and you need to plan ahead with flights and boat transfers. We were there during ”off” season, so this information could change during high season. (Check other reviews.) There was not any entertainment, which was perfect for us! We came to rest and relax and enjoy the beach. We read books, swam, walked, ate, exercised, slept. Best vacation ever. 1) When I go to a beach resort, the most important thing is THE BEACH. This beach is gorgeous, the sand is golden, the water is clear and beautiful. The swim area is very generous and cleared of large rocks. No trash or debris. You can also go outside the swim area and snorkel near the rocks that are in front of the neighboring resort. Lots of lounge chairs with a bean-bag type cushion and large umbrellas. If chairs are taken, they also have mats that lay on the ground but with a back cushion. They were very comfortable. 2) The other thing that makes or breaks a hotel stay is the comfort of the bed, and the room in general. The bed was perfect -- not too hard, not too soft. The rooms are individual teak wood buildings and have thatched roofs. The room has air conditioning. The beds have mosquito nets, but I didn't feel like we needed them during our stay. There is a beautiful breezeway porch with chairs and cushions, then an enclosed bathroom with toilet, sink & shower. There is a separate outdoor shower behind a wooden wall. Also an outdoor sink attached to a dressing table with chair and mirror plus outlet. If you have long hair that you usually dry, I would make plans NOT to do so. It is too hot and the hair dryer is not really for styling. (ours only had high setting and it made my hair look crazy) 3) Food/Dining - The resort had a large dining area where an amazing breakfast buffet spread was served daily. We were able to get lattes with several different types of milk (regular, almond, soy). There were western choices and traditional Thai choices. Fresh eggs to order. The other restaurant is on the beach. You can get lunch/snacks and dinner there (special occasions or rain would move to the breakfast area). For dinner there were delicious Thai choices. They also had western/American food, but we ate Thai at all meals except a hamburger & fries once for lunch. 4) Drinks/Alcohol - We're not big drinkers, but I felt they had an adequate range of alcohol to make a variety of drinks/cocktails. I don't usually like sugary drinks, but the ones they serve in the fresh coconut and the fresh pineapple were delicious. They also had a fair selection of wines. JJelenaPenginapan kami di BlueSotel Hotel semasa berbulan madu adalah satu perjalanan yang sukar dan membuatkan kami bercampur-baur. Salah satu halangan pertama ialah proses daftar masuk, yang bermula pada jam 3 petang, sejam lewat daripada kebanyakan hotel. Kesulitan kecil ini agak dikurangkan dengan isyarat pihak hotel membenarkan kami menunggu di tepi kolam renang. Bagaimanapun, minuman alu-aluan yang ditawarkan, pada asasnya air gula berwarna biru, terasa kurang menyegarkan dan bukannya menyegarkan.
Bilik itu menanti kami dengan kejutan yang menggembirakan yang mencerahkan mood kami serta-merta. Sebagai mengiktiraf majlis istimewa kami, kami menjumpai tuala berbentuk angsa yang elegan membentuk hati yang dihiasi dengan kelopak mawar di atas katil. Hiasan yang bernas ini benar-benar membuatkan kami berasa diraikan dan menambahkan sentuhan romantik pada bulan madu kami.
Walaupun sarapan pagi yang disertakan dengan penginapan kami menyelamatkan kami daripada kebimbangan perbelanjaan makan, ia tidak cukup memenuhi jangkaan kami dalam kepelbagaian dan kualiti, terutamanya jika dibandingkan dengan resort lain seperti Sea Seeker, yang terkenal dengan pilihan yang luas dan pilihan yang lebih segar, termasuk pastri buatan sendiri.
Mengenai kemudahan, spa dan kawasan urut menonjol kerana harganya yang tinggi, terutamanya lebih tinggi daripada yang mungkin ditemui di pertubuhan tempatan yang menawarkan perkhidmatan pada kadar yang lebih berpatutan. Kawasan kolam renang, menyenangkan untuk bersantai, dilengkapi dengan polisi tuala yang ketat yang kelihatan berlebihan; tuala tidak boleh diakses sebelum 9:30 pagi tanpa bayaran 100 baht di kaunter penyambut tetamu, kesulitan yang kami dapati pelik.
Dari segi positif, hotel ini menikmati lokasi yang strategik berhampiran Pantai Aonang, dikelilingi dengan pelbagai pilihan tempat makan, menjadikannya tempat yang sesuai untuk menerokai kawasan tersebut.
Ringkasnya, BlueSotel Hotel menawarkan detik-detik kegembiraan dan keselesaan untuk bulan madu kami, terutamanya dengan persediaan romantik bilik. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat ruang yang besar untuk penambahbaikan dari segi pilihan tempat makan dan harga kemudahan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman tetamu keseluruhan. Potensi hotel terserlah melalui gerak isyaratnya yang bertimbang rasa dan lokasi yang sangat baik, namun keseimbangan dalam perkhidmatan dan nilai boleh meningkatkannya untuk benar-benar sepadan dengan majlis istimewa yang dianjurkannya.

PPengguna TetamuSo..when you first arrive, you can feel the unhappiness in the lobby just oozing off of all the clients. It basically feels like they're just damage controlling every day. Rooms aren't ready when guests arrive, they must wait, the pool doesn't have enough pool chairs for guests, amenities are not the best
BUT once you get in your room, everything is pretty amazing. The room is so nice, everything as expected. Don't depend on the hotel to give you a great experience with only what it offers because you'll be miserable.
However, the concierge is very good at helping with local things. You can rent a motorbike for super cheap to get to the key areas in Krabi and AoNang, OR they can call you a ”tuk tuk” for 200 Bhat one way which I felt was a deal. Make sure you talk to your tuk tuk about a pickup time too because they'll still only charge 200 to take you back whereas if you get one by yourself in the area it's about 500.
They have two shuttles in the mornings to take you to the beach, but they were already full, much to my annoyance (why is there not enough room for all guests to shuttle? Get more shuttles?) However I spent my first day taking full advantage of the room, sleeping most of the day, ordering room service etc, and went out to a beach club that evening for the 200 Bhat price.
Next day I went scuba diving (planned and paid for the previous day) with an outside company
And I liked the breakfast! Simply for the fact that they made home made, hot, fluffy waffles.
No alcohol at hotel but 7-11 within walking distance, it's a HOT walk mid-day though. They sell alcohol but only between certain hours of the day (5:00-late night is one of these times.) If you order a juice or anything at the hotel be sure to order many and keep them in the fridge or something as they take a long time to arrive.
And many thanks to the buggy drivers who were mostly kindly attentive

DDavid MosherWe had a wonderful stay at this well maintained hotel. The pool was amazing and close to the beach. Staff were very friendly and it had a standard hotel breakfast. Booking of activities were possible form the front desk. The location was great for watching the sunrise. One downside was the day tours that drop hundreds of people right next to this hotel’s beach. We just moved to the amazing infinity pool for peace and quiet. Something to consider if you are looking for a quiet beach all day.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel staff were all amazing and very helpful. They collected us from the pier with our bags and carried them directly to the room, and the same leaving the island. The hotel is all individual tree top cabins. This can be a hike/long walk up a hill to the room depending on which one you stay in. The hotel is located on the beach with a private beach which is lovely. You can walk across the beach for 3 minutes to the main path around Phi Phi. 5 minute walk from the hotel to restaurants/shops. Taking 15 minutes to walk to the pier. Or you can get a tail boat taxi directly from the hotel beach to take you around the island or day trips. The hotel’s breakfast was 5/10. The average buffet style breakfast. The pool bar doesn’t exist when we were there and doesn’t look like it has been open in a long time. The rooms were cleaned everyday. I would not recommend the hotel for young children or people with reduced mobility.

PPengguna TetamuWe planned to stay at this hotel for two nights. We checked in and reception looked ok. There was no lift to get to the bedrooms so had to carry the suitcases and bag packs up the stairs. We walked into the room and honestly I have no words! There was bugs everywhere, it was dirty, stains on the sheets. The bed was like concrete and we immediately knew we could not stay in that room. When trying to get out the door would also not lock. The couple we were travelling with had an even worse room then ours. These rooms were on a very busy loud street. We went to reception and they showed my partner a different rooms that both couples have. This was better but these rooms were NOT under PP Charlie hotel this was under PP Princess hotel. The woman reassured that this was a quiet room. The room was bigger and more comfortable, a lot more like the pictures provided upon the PP Charlie website. Most importantly it was clean and the air con worked. This room was double the price on top of what we had already payed. On the night we again had to ask to move as the base of music from a tattoo shop had the bed vibrating. The hotel was accommodating in letting us move 3 doors up where it was more quiet. The swimming pool is nothing at all like the pictures. Please do not be fooled by the pictures of this hotel. This hotel needs a lot of TLC.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here for 12 nights in march 2023. We have no bad things to say about this hotel - the rooms are lovely, the pool is amazing with beautiful views of greenery and the sunset. Breakfast is very peaceful as you sit looking out over the view, and was quiet each day we ate. We tried the floating breakfast one morning which cost 300 baht (around £7.50 for 2 people). This was lovely and felt very luxurious. There is a free shuttle to and from the beach/high street however we decided to rent a motorbike from reception which at first we were sceptical about getting it up and down the hill with 2 people on but we did it multiple times a day with no issues. The staff were very helpful, sorting our airport transfers and motorbike quickly, and the maids were very kind too. Overall we would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area and want to stay somewhere with luxury for a good price. Thank you, Andakiri!!

When I went there first time no one was not in the reception and hotel area even they informed 24 hours reception. Second time also when I went no one was in reception staff but I met with a foreigner guy at the pool area I ask are you owner or working he do not say anything and he told me he can help me. But sorry man you could not help me. Because when I called by phone before I come o the hotel and ask about pet friendly ? Hotel staff told os ofcourse you are welcome to there with our lovely pet. The staff welcomed us so friendly on phone and I went to this hotel. But the foreigner guy which I met in pool area he do not accept us with our pet to the hotel even their staff informed about out pet can stay with us. I am so sorry to hear that because I made around over 500 KM to go this hotel after I got confirmation from phone about my pet can stay with me. And when I was moving from this place he asked me did I find a place for accomodation ? Are you kidding on me man do not be rude for your next costumers if you can get. Thats why I never waste my time to visit your nice hotel again and never reccumend someone to waste their time ......
