Hotel 3 Bintang di Krabi

The location of the hotel is perfect . The hotel is clean , modern and hip . There are many chill areas which is nice if you want to remain at the hotel but not in your room . The room is adequate , lovely fridge and the bathroom is spacious. The gym is small but sufficient provided there are not too many people in there at once , nice variety of equipment ie kettlebells , free weights , sandbags , treadmill , steppers etc . The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but does offer a 200baht voucher per room to spend at their little cafe . Perhaps the amount per room can be increased . Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would without a doubt stay there again .

If this quaint city oasis were situated in a major metropolitan area, it would be called trendy or industrial-deco and cost twice the price. Instead, it offers incredibly clean and nicely configured rooms with comfortable furnishings. The staff were delightfully welcoming and helpful as well. Perfect location for a casual stroll around Krabi town!

Nice stay! Seabass are decorated everywhere so cute! Very clean and silent. Because of plan we only stayed just 1night. This place definitely I want to visit again!

An excellent hotel for its price. It’s just a five-minute walk from the main attractions. Nearby, there are mangroves where you can take a stroll. The riverside is also very close — just a minute on foot. Right across the street, there’s a decent restaurant with good food. The room had everything we needed: large beds, warm water, and a small balcony. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. No issues at all!

We stayed here for one week. We saw the hotel on booking.com originally and thought it would help the hotel to book with them directly and so I contacted the hotel via email and we agreed on a price and they said that they were happy for us to come and view the room before payment. We drove for 3 hours to the hotel only to arrive and the room to be unavailable and to be charged an extra 450bht per night for a different room. We asked to speak with the manager but was told this wouldn’t be possible as they had gone home. I emailed the next day and I was given the impression that they would be happy to move us to the original room once available and pay the price that was originally agreed. Even though this was the case, I received emails stating that they couldn’t refund the difference (even though the price was agreed prior). I tried to explain this received a very rude abrupt email back with highlighted text in capitals with exclamation marks. Throughout our stay, we found that the ‘fresh towels’ provided were very worn and fraying and often stained. The bedding was only changed once and both sets of bedding had multiple stains on. The floor was always dirty and felt like I could never walk around without shoes on. We found ourselves without toilet roll most of the time as it wasn’t refilled. One of the mornings, there was no hot water and had to wait for nearly an hour for the water to heat up. On our last day, we started to put our belongings in the car and was approached by staff. Instead of asking how our stay was, I was asked for my key card so the cleaners can ‘check’ the room. I informed them that I wasn’t checking out yet and check out wasn’t until 11am. She was quite persistent but eventually got the message. Overall, we found staff to be quite rude and their hospitality was low quality. The hotel is outdated and I feel that the best thing about the hotel is the location.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained, but the place seemed seriously understaffed. There was no one at the reception and the restaurant was closed at breakfast time.

If you want to feel like you are in the middle of a rainforest this is your place! Lovely little secluded area, really cool design of the tree huts and surrounds. Faultless staff, so friendly, happy and helpful. Shower was great Unreal value for money, almost feels criminal Little out the way from Main Street but a super quick walk. As a solo traveller I had no issues walking to and from. Sadly I didn’t get to enjoy this hotel to its full as I was suffering with terrible food poisoning(from Phuket!) but it was a lovely place and would thoroughly recommend. Mosquito haven, don’t forget your repellent! Bed was a little hard but that is fairly normal for Thailand.

A friend who has lived in Krabi for 30 years recommended The Greenry to me. I was considering booking on Riley Island and enjoy the beaches (at 2000 to 3000 Thai baht per night). That rins about 60 to 100 usd per night. So grateful I stayed her in Krabi Town. I have gone to Ao Nong beach 3 days in a row. The resturants are great along the beach. I can walk, bike or grab a (Rot Thaw) which is so cheap. The back of it has side seating and it is about 50-60 baht (about $1,50 usd) If you want to go alone than its more. I love this place. Nothing fancy but the owner Bang speaks English and they have a great staff. There is an elevator and stairs for their 4 floors. There is no iron or blow dryer. Bring your own. They do not serve breakfast but from what I can see, they must have before Covid. Have grace as these hotels get back on their feet. I paid 500 Thai baht per night. That's $15 per night. The rooms are a good size. There is lovely outdoor tropical seating/tables and chairs to sit under ceiling fans. It's worth it! This may be my regular place to stay. Lot's of highly rated restaruants and cafe's in walking distance. Very Covid safe and Sha approved!

Oké verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Alles ziet er wel wat meer verouderd uit dan op de fotos. Wij hadden de deluxe kamer. Deze is qua grootte prima. Badkamer klein maar wel te doen. Wanneer je de airco aanzet komt er een stank uit. Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf 2 kamers gehad. Beiden hadden deze vervelende geur. Ontbijt buffet stelt weinig voor. Wij hebben dit 1 keer genuttigd (extra bijgeboekt, zal niet bij de prijs inbegrepen) maar is prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Was 250 bath per persoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Hebben ons goed geholpen met vervoer regelen. Mochten ook kosteloos later uit checken was voor ons erg fijn was gezien onze vlucht naar huis later die dag
