Hotel Krabi dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

It's brand New, very quiet during day and night, beautiful pool. Bed is comfy, very spacious villa. Except the location wasn't that great,not walking distance to the beach, but you can always call a taxi. Or book tours they can pick up you from the hotel. Hotel has bicycle for free, or motorbikes to rent. Free breakfast. Reception are very sweet. I booked one night and extended two more nights. Had pleasant stay.

Walaupun saya menempahnya selama 4 hari, pada hari terakhir wanita menjadi sangat biadap tanpa sebab dan berkata jika anda mendaftar keluar pada 12.10 tengah hari dan bukannya 12.00 tengah hari anda perlu membayar tambahan 50 bhat. & Apabila saya meminta kantung gula yang lengkap dengan bilik, dia dengan kasar Said Tidak untuk gula lagi. Walaupun kolam bagus, tetapi pembinaan hotel sudah lama.

Penginapan kami melebihi jangkaan, kami menginap selama 6 malam dan menempah 3 bilik. Penghawa dingin sangat sejuk, akses ke pasar dan kedai berada di depan pintu. Kakitangan sangat membantu dan ramah. Makanannya sangat lazat!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this beach resort in Krabi—it was absolutely perfect in every way. The scenery here is breathtakingly beautiful, with turquoise waters, golden sand, and stunning limestone cliffs all around. The beach itself is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous; I couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot to relax by the ocean. The best part by far is the resort’s swimming pool, which is actually the largest pool in Thailand. We spent so much time there and had the best time swimming, laughing, and enjoying the water—it was so much fun. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to every need. Overall, everything was flawless. We had an incredible time in Thailand, and this resort made our trip even more wonderful. I can’t recommend it enough!

Modern amenities with good location, just only complain would be they do not provide Toothbrush. Other than that, it's a great hotel, breakfast a bit modest but good, felt like there's more of a local vibe here, staffs helpful but some of them do not speak English.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

It's a long read, brace yourselves! We stayed in Vipa Tropical Resort for 5 nights and the trouble started right when we moved in. They showed us to the room, which was the a bungalo next to the pool. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room we booked. So I went to the reception and said ”that doesn't look like our room”. After some debate (we were told that they are fully booked and, in reality, this was an upgrade) they took us to Superior room #113. At first glance, it was the room that we booked, but then... things started to come to light... All firnuture was old and beaten down. Literary! There were bits and whole pieces missing or broken. So I made a complaint to Trip.com and demanded to either manage the situation or get me a full refund. While they promised to resolve the issue whithin an hour, we went out into town and when we got back reception was already closed (not a 24h service), so we went to our room, decided to ”sleep on it”, pulled the cover from the bed... it was stained and the blanket was dirty, like it wasn't changed from previous stay. Another call to support and there was nothing that could do about it, but to offer to wait until morning. We spent the night cramped on the couch. In the morning I went to the reception, called the lady into thr room and said ”I don't care about the furniture, but at least the sheets have to be white and clean and crisp”. She tried to tell me that those are clean, just the laundry that they use isn't doing a good job.... Again, we went out for the day and by the time we got back the sheets were white, clean and crisp. And Trip.com agent offered us some coins ”for the trouble”. After night 4, there was a knock on the door and we were offered to look at the room #114... And it was PERFECT! Just next door. The bed was clean, the furniture was brand new, the shower had strong and hotter water. Why, oh why?!?! Oh yeah, they were fully booked and just moved people around.... Besides, all the trouble, the nature around is stunning. Very green and quiet. And the cliff massively hanging above is nothing but spectacular, but... that's where the good part ends. P.S.: There waa a ”do not disturbe” sign on our door. And yet, when we got back from our day trip, there were towels and TP and two bottles of water sitting on the couch. Quite disturbing, concidering there's no safe deposit box in the room Not going to stay there again.

We stayed at Centara Life Phu Pano for 6 days and 5 nights. Our stay started in a connecting room, and the first night was perfectly fine. However, on the second night, a family with a baby was assigned to the adjoining room, and the crying carried through the connecting door, making it difficult for us to sleep. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk and asked if it would be possible to move to a different room since we still had three nights remaining. The staff handled the situation very well and upgraded us free of charge to a room with a beautiful cliff view, which greatly improved the rest of our stay. We also participated in the hotel’s Green Day initiative, although we never received the promised voucher. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it may be worth following up on. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the beach, which is convenient, though we only used it once during our stay. One thing that would have made the experience even better is having an in-house spa. We visited during a rainy period, and it wasn’t always convenient to walk outside to find a massage or spa nearby. As our flight wasn’t until 8:35 PM on departure day, we also arranged a late check-out and were able to keep the room until 5:30 PM. The cost was equivalent to one additional night’s stay. Overall, the staff were responsive and helpful when we encountered an issue, and the room upgrade with the cliff view made the remainder of our stay very enjoyable.

Kakitangan resort ini sangat mesra dan penuh perhatian, sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu dengan senyuman yang hangat. Kami amat menghargai perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke Pantai Ao Nang, beroperasi setiap dua jam bermula pada tengah hari, yang memudahkan anda menerokai kawasan itu. Walaupun lokasi tepi pantai menawarkan pemandangan yang menakjubkan, perlu diingat bahawa pantai itu sendiri tidak sesuai untuk berenang kerana sifatnya yang berbatu. Walau bagaimanapun, pelbagai kolam renang di lokasi lebih banyak daripada ini, memberikan banyak peluang untuk bersantai dan bermain. Bufet sarapan menawarkan pelbagai pilihan, memastikan permulaan yang memuaskan untuk setiap hari. Suasana resort yang tenang dan menenangkan menjadikan penginapan kami benar-benar meremajakan. Walaupun ia mungkin tidak mempunyai penarafan lima bintang, kualiti perkhidmatan dan kemudahan memberikan pengalaman yang menggembirakan. This was my first time staying at a hotel with traditional Thai architecture, like what you’d see in palaces and temples, and it was such a cool experience. The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach! There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
