A GOOD HOTEL, VERY NICE LOOKING, STAFF ARE FREINDLY ENOUGH, GOT TOURIST CENTRE THERE. POOL IS VERY GOOD. DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST, HOTEL CERY CLEAN, PILLOWS AND DUVET ARE VERY GOOD, BED A BIT HARD FOR MY LIKING, ACROSS TGE ROAD TO BEACH. GREAT FOOD NIGHT MARKET, BARS AND RESTAURANTS 20 METRES AWAY. DOWNSIDE. LOTS OF KIDS BANGING ABOUT. IF U HAVE POOL ACCES ROOM U GET LOTS OF BANGING FROM ABOVE..

Hotel ini akan mendapat ulasan yang hebat jika tidak kerana kakitangan penerimaan tetamu malam pada malam kedua kami pada 20 Dis. Kami mempunyai bilik keluarga dan salah satu tandas tidak dapat disiram dengan betul. Kami menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel tetapi lelaki di kaunter penerimaan tetamu itu sangat kasar. Dia menegur kami kerana membuang kertas tandas ke dalam mangkuk tandas. Walau bagaimanapun, tiada tanda di dalam bilik untuk tidak membuang kertas tandas ke dalam mangkuk tandas. Ini adalah kali pertama saya mendengar bahawa kertas tandas tidak boleh dibuang ke dalam mangkuk tandas apabila kertas tandas itu kotor dengan najis. Kakitangan tidak datang ke bilik kami selepas 15 minit dan kami memanggilnya semula. Dia dengan tidak sabar berkata dia akan datang. Apabila tiba di bilik kami, dia dengan marah berkata kami tidak boleh membuang sebarang kertas tandas ke dalam tandas. Saya terkejut, dia enggan menyelesaikan masalah dan menuntut kami membaiki sendiri mangkuk tandas dengan melemparkan pelocok kepada kami. Pengalaman ini merosakkan pengalaman hebat kami di hotel. Lokasi hotel adalah kira-kira 15 min berjalan kaki ke pantai dan agak berbahaya untuk berjalan di sepanjang jalan pada waktu malam kerana tiada lampu jalan. Walau bagaimanapun, kami memandu jadi ia tidak menjadi isu kepada kami tetapi kami melihat pelancong berjalan di sepanjang jalan tanpa cahaya. Isu lain yang kami ada ialah hotel ini hanya mempunyai 1 lif jadi ia boleh menunggu agak lama. Lif rosak sekali semasa kami menginap dan kami terpaksa menaiki tangga ke bilik kami. Tetapi mereka membetulkan lif dalam masa beberapa jam.

Bilik yang bagus, suasana penginapan yang baik Boleh makan angin dan tengok view.Selesa mata memandang.Ada swimming pool untuk bermain. Nah, semuanya bagus. Saya mengesyorkannya. Ia berdekatan dengan sumber makanan. Sangat mudah untuk mencari makanan pada harga 2 malam 3 hari lebih 2,000 baht dan pasti akan menginap lagi 🙏🎉

Saya jarang menulis ulasan negatif, tetapi malangnya saya perlu mengatakan ini. Jika anda membandingkan kos bilik dan keadaannya, maka secara keseluruhan hotel ini tidak buruk. Kakitangannya baik, lokasi hotel juga baik, sarapan pagi yang lazat. Saya tidak suka bau yang tidak menyenangkan di bilik mandi, pemandangan dari bilik dinding bangunan bersebelahan (tetapi itu hanya nasib buruk dengan bilik) dan perkara yang paling tidak menyenangkan ialah sarung bantal yang koyak dan tuala yang koyak. Linen jelas perlu dikemas kini.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

Located close to the beach. About 500m from the main beach attractions in Ao Nang. Neat. And clean rooms. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a great pool and good restaurant. The spa was unfortunately closed when we visited. The pool side bar and the lobby bar are good with live music every evening

Secara keseluruhan hotel yang bagus - lokasinya hebat dengan kedai dan restoran berdekatan. Bilik itu bersaiz baik dan mempunyai 2 kolam renang dan gimnasium kecil. Katilnya agak keras untuk kami - tetapi selesa dan besar.

Halal foods for breakfast. Great location and kids friendly (w slide pool) for a good price. Highly recommended. Rent a bike if you like to go ao nang landmark rather than take a tuk tuk cause price return the same as bike rental.

Generally we have chose this hotel due itself great location, simply get off to downtown and market by foot couple mins. Room basically is clean and functional as same budget hotel as it shall be, but at least having a landline easily to call out desk if any assistance needed. TV remove is kind of mess that it been 2 sets as we thought it out of service.. Anyways you got what you really paid for but service of mindset at desk really needs more greets and smiles..

From my experience for 4 days 3 nights here, all good as described like in the description. But, i thought is provided laundry service but is not. So, those please note that this hotel have not laundry services.
