The most wonderful traditional hotel. Wonderful because it has a charm that other hotels have lost through modernization. Not to say that the Pollera is in need of updating, I hope they don't do anything to change the way it is. The front of house team are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The room were in had an updated shower room, again it was spotless. Since our last visit they have changed the breakfast room arrangement. It's now VERY good. The offer is comprehensive and delicious. It's hard not to eat too much! The location can't really be bettered. It's close enough to the main square to be convenient yet it isn't bothered by noise and traffic. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay in Krakow. We will be back! Matt

Our main advantages include our perfect location right next to the railway station and sho pping center and being greeted by a welcoming smile. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet. Stayed here for 4 nights in room with additional bed(for 3 people), but stayed alone. Very spacious room, wich i did not expect from budget hotel. Very nice furniture in the room, nice beds. I loved that everything was clean, high quality of room service. It was quite busy at night, but it was because of guests, really annoying, but it was New Year time, so probably most of people came to party. But it is more about guests than hotel. Nice destination, close to Main Railway Station, Rynek Glowny.

Loved this hotel a stones throw away from the old square so very well located ,,friendly customer service on the reception who were very helpful ,rooms were very spacious and more than adequate for a short stay myself and 14 year old stopped here for 3 nights and were very impressed with the cleanliness and very high standards presented by the hotel ,the breakfast was good and served up to 11am daily and there is something to suit everyones taste , luggage storage is also available for your day of departure if you have a late flight check out is by 11am so again very convenient .overall experience was excellent highly recommend and will look to return when next in Krakow .

so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay,
i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room,
you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping,
This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel ,
so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding,
i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,

Clean, modern room with a spacious bathroom.
Situated by the Vistula River which provides ideal walking opportunities. The main bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and a local supermarket is slightly over 5 minutes away.
Will happily stay here again when we next visit Krakow.

We chose this hotel only because is so closed to ICE Krakow, the venue for a concert we were about to attend. The room is basic, on the small side, but except for the fridge, it has everything you need. Only two pillows and two large towels... The bed is hard but, some how, quite comfy. You can walk to Wawel Castle (which is just across the river), Old Town, Kazimierz, Stradom, tram station is very close to the hotel. It's a very good base to explore the city. Even the railway station is in walking distance, if you plan a day trip out of the city. For us, coming from the south, so easy to reach by car. Parking is 45PLN/night, but is limited in space. I saw a lot of paid public parking places around.

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm after a long journey - I was greeted with information that the system was down and it was not possible to check me into the room I booked and that I had to wait in the bar area. Fortunately, the complications did not last long, otherwise it would be reasonable to offer at least a glass of water while waiting for the problem to be solved. However, this is a detail compared to the point: in the room I had no way to turn off the fan, which was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I reported the problem at the reception the next day and asked to turn off the fan - I received information that at the moment there is no such possibility, because the person responsible and able to do it is currently not at work. As a solution, I was offered earplugs, which are very uncomfortable for me to sleep in, but as they say ”better than nothing”. I was hoping for a shade of relaxation during my two-day stay, and as a result I left the hotel with a headache. Two nights of sleep deprivation, annoying ”humming” of the fan in the room and the inability to open the window = drama.

The location is good which is near to the airport. There are also free airport-transfer services provided. However, the shuttle bus only provided limited spaces (8 person per time) so you have to come earlier to line up.

PPengguna TetamuWe recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. It is half way between the main square and the Jewish quarter We were a group of 4 friends we had 2 rooms that were joined giving us two beautiful modern bathrooms .One with a free standing bath and the other with a walk in shower .The rooms were large with fridge and tea making facilities.The rooms were very warm and cozy as it was deep snow .The thermostats were easy to use so you could have the room the temperature to suit yourself. We had an early start one morning so the hotel provided us with breakfast bag we were amazed at the amount they had given us .. We had a fantastic stay would recommend this hotel great value for money a real gem .

CCanberkThis was a perfect stay. The hotel has a 3 star rating but the service and the physical conditions are similar to a 5 star facility. They had robes in addition to towels in the room which was a pleasant surprise. I also had the chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, which offers tasty meals for affordable prices. Members of the staff were kind and knowledgable, the bed was comfy and everything was super-clean. The only downside is the location, it's 20-25 mins from the city center by tram. But if you have engagements in the southern part of the city or you don't mind the commute this is the perfect hotel for you. You couldn't get this quality for this price in anywhere in the old town.

PPolarmermaidWhat an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi.
There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months.
There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge
and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃
The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞

LLvDarynaIt’s a decent hotel for its price with delicious breakfast and convenient location. Staff is welcoming and friendly. There’s a safe at the reception if you need it. Room has all kinds of cutleries, pots and pans, and a little stove which makes it suitable for cooking your own food. But in the room there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers. Also shampoo and shower gel is like all-in-one, so make sure to bring your own toiletries. The other good thing is that water can be taken at the reception or in a breakfast room if you run out of that you were provided with.
I enjoyed my stay and definitely can recommend this hotel

BBojacáJuanIn general the hostel is a great option price-value. I would recommend it. The change the staff very often and the service was better from one than from others. We wanted to rent the bikes that they offer but their tires were all flat. Some receptionists didn’t even say hi back to you and when we asked for recommendations on where to eat, one of them just said “go to the main square”.
We stayed in a room with a private bathroom, and for paying more I would have liked to enjoy some basic extra services such as towels (you have to pay a deposit for them ONLY IN CASH), a floor towel and a hairdryer would be nice.
The garden is nice and the cleaning is quite good. The internet isn’t fantastic but I would say that in Krakow in general I have experienced the same, even at the airport and libraries.

The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.

The position of the hotel is perfect location a very short walk and in main square lots to places to eat in area of hotel and not far to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and welcoming with breakfast brought to room found very repetitive but nice fresh food. Lots of seps to get to your room.
